The car had to stay for diagnostic and repair. Joe arranged a ride home for me. Joe contacted me in the afternoon and told me the vehicle would not be ready till the next day. On the following day Lori called and said the vehicle was ready. She said that she could have the car dropped off at my home About an hour later the car was dropped off. Because I had the extended warranty there was no charge. Over the twenty years I have lived in this area I probably purchased a dozen or so vehicles from Tom's Ford and would go anywhere else for my automotive need. Thank you to everyone at Tom's Ford. Insane markups and lack of inventory made car shopping a nightmare. I reached out to to Tom and he went through a list of my needs and wants, helped me to narrow down some choices, and went to work. In no time Tom had located the exact car I wanted, arranged for a test drive, and once I gave him the green light, arranged for the car and all paperwork to be ready for me at the dealership. I was in and out with my new car in a fraction of time it would have normally taken and without any of the stress and aggravation of handling these things on my own. This alone makes his service worth it, but I ended up spending quite a bit less than any other dealer I talked to prior to hiring Tom. I recently used Car Concierge Plus to find a used Wrangler for my daughter. Tom was very patient as I pivoted a couple times on what year and trim I was looking for. Once we zeroed in on a short wheel base TJ, Tom sent me several choices and explained the pros and cons of each one. We eventually found a low mileage example in amazing condition. Again, super smooth transaction with Tom there to see me through it. My family currently has a lease that goes back in a little over a year and I'll absolutely be reaching out to Tom again to use his service.

I do think this is a true luxury experience end to end- even for Mercedes. What I loved most about my recent experience? I called Tim, the Sales Manager, told him what I wanted and he made it happen- the same day. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was ready and all paperwork prepared. I left in a new Mercedes GLE in under 70 minutes. Adriana helped me through the entire process. She knows her cars, the details of what she has on the lot, and she knows her numbers.
