I mentioned the vehicle, I was interested in seeing the sales associate got the keys and a dealer plate and we went for a test drive. The vehicle drove exceptional. We sat back down at the desk and started talking Numbers. They were great and very straightforward we agreed on a number and got the paperwork going. Michael the sales associate was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and firm in certain aspects of the negotiation which I appreciate. I then turned to the finance department and the finance advisor Tommy, helped me submit my credit application and came back with an approval we closed the deal. Meanwhile, my vehicle was getting detailed and was ready for me five minutes after I signed all the paperwork. This dealership is one I would recommend 1 million times over to anyone looking to buy a New or Used vehicle of any make. These guys provided the best experience possible. The salesperson explained almost nothing about the vehicle and rushed the entire process. I didn't even truly see or go over the car until I was already driving off the lot. Once I got home, I realized the vehicle was missing features I specifically thought I was getting. The finance/lease process was even worse. I was told the ONLY way I could get approved was with a much higher payment, yet somehow I am not even listed as the primary lessee while the co-signer is. That was never properly explained. The entire deal felt misleading and incredibly shady. After only TWO DAYS, I returned to the dealership upset and asked to exchange the vehicle because I was so unhappy. Their "solution" was to increase my payment another $150 per month. Completely unrealistic and honestly insulting considering how unhappy I already was. Their advertising and customer service motto mean absolutely nothing once the papers are signed. They care about making the deal, not making sure the customer understands what they are driving home in. Do yourself a favor: slow down, read EVERYTHING carefully, and do not let them rush you. I regret trusting this dealership. I've had far better experiences with Gateway Kia.

While the sales team is decent--friendly and good at selling vehicles--that's where the positive experience ends. The service department, on the other hand, is another story: condescending, rude, and dismissive. Incident One: I bought a truck that needed brake service just one week after purchase. I brought it in, thinking it would be a quick fix under goodwill or warranty. They "fixed" it, only for the brakes to start acting up again three days later. I had to take more time off work to bring it back. The master technician was not only unhelpful but also rude and clearly in need of customer service training. Incident Two: A check engine light came on, and my diagnostic tool said it was a transmission belt issue. I informed the shop, but they didn't find anything and instead replaced the heat cap. They kept my Silverado for three days. Just two days after getting it back, the same issue returned. I called, only to be told they had no record of my recent service visit. Now I have to take off work again for something they should have addressed the first time. Bottom line: If you enjoy wasting time and money, by all means, take your vehicle here. Be advised this business has terrible service and is deceptive with their pricing…read more Two of their toll free lines go nowhere (one warns you 3 times that you are being recorded before disconnecting) . The other just hangs up. Nobody answers the phone or texts. They think they don't have to provide service because, in their words, "they are a luxury brand". I finally got someone to answer the 732 number after several attempts to confirm a car was still available. They confirmed it was and only mentioned a $995 fee and sales tax when I asked about any other fees. When we went to test drive it, they "ran the numbers" and surprise! The price was $2,000 higher than listed. These deceptive guys added $848 accessory fee and $995 proc/doc fee. Yeah they will tell you they have to charge them, but that is not true. I have bought two cars in the past 12 months so don't BS me. The accessory fee was for vehicle anti theft and filling up the tires. We said we won't want them, but they wouldn't budge. Well then it should be included in the price of the car. Deceptive! The $999 fee doesn't include "government fees" or taxes. It is just another way to charge more but under list their cars. Deceptive! I strongly advise against shopping here.

This Rogue was the Midnight edition and man she was sweet!! Got back to the showroom and decided I wanted it. We then went to speak with Carl, the finance manager. What a character!! We never laughed so much and he was super efficient and professional. They let me take the car home that day and we returned the following day with a bank check for the deposit. Oksana gave us a very informative overview of the Rogue's features and was sweet and professional. Overall an excellent experience with nothing negative to say!
