Car buying is so tough now ! I know chip shortage is really making it difficult, but the service we get from the dealers is becoming a big pain ! No more customer service ! No stock everywhere ! No test drive ! Hope the sales guys understand customers feelings . I always have been a fan of Toyota and I hope things become better for car dealers and customers :)

Lease terms on a base 19k lease for 22 kia forte

Would give 0 stars if i could. Shopping here is a total joke. Just a reminder to STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

Car buying is not the funnest process but it was pretty painless and the truck was VERY fair priced.

Go to the second lot to see the other car. The mirror is broken, like the house to the mirror, is broken... "STAY FAR AWAY - This Dealership Sold Me a Wreck and Lied About It"…read more If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Freehold Mitsubishi is a complete scam operation that should be investigated and shut down. They sold me a Mercedes-Benz with a fake sense of security -- claiming it was in good condition and backed by a 30-day warranty. Within HOURS, the check engine light came on, followed by a flood of major issues: Cylinder misfire Traction control failure EVAP leak Blind spot system failure Oil leakage and computer damage They kept the car for weeks at a time, passed it off to another shop, and gave me false promises that it was fixed. When I got it back, it was in even worse condition. My attorney sent a legal demand letter, and they ignored it entirely. No refund. No accountability. No ethics. This place is the textbook definition of consumer fraud. And just as shady -- they are deleting negative reviews to hide how many people they've screwed over. It's disgusting. I've already filed complaints with the New Jersey Attorney General, Consumer Affairs, BBB, FTC, and media outlets. Mitsubishi Corporate has also been notified. DO NOT buy a car here unless you want to be deceived, ignored, and stuck with thousands of dollars in damage. They lie. They ghost you. They don't care.

We are a Toyota family and had purchased my daughter's RAV4 at DCH Freehold Toyota a few years ago…read more My 2008 Sequoia was due for replacement so went back and found a great 2022 4Runner Limited. The experience was fantastic- we negotiated a more than fair trade in on my Sequoia and the sale price of my new to me 4Runner was lower than any dealership in the Tri-State area! We had a unique issue in that we wanted to pay cash but couldn't get the cash from our HYSA that day. Their finance department suggested we finance the vehicle and pay it in full before any interest accrued - they quickly completed the finance process and thus we were able to get the 4Runner that day. Couldn't be happier with my new ride and the whole sales experience was stellar - thanks DCH!

My experience today with Jason in the service department was a masterclass in frustration. Toyota came in with a clear list of five items I needed addressed. While trying to price out different combinations of these services, Jason printed out a quote that didn't reflect what we had discussed. When I finally decided to scale back and just pick one specific service to keep things simple, he rushed through the paperwork and literally ran out the door before I could even see or verify the final price. The result? When I went to pay, the total was significantly higher than what was quoted or expected. It felt like a deliberate tactic to avoid a transparent conversation about costs. The service department, specifically the lack of transparency and the "rushed" hand-off is a major red flag. If you value straightforward pricing and an advisor who actually listens, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. The communication here was absolutely terrible.

I would like to take this opportunity to express our delight with the wonderful service we recently…read morereceived when leasing our new 2015 GMC Acadia from Freehold Buick GMC in February 2015. These days, it is not often that a sales person goes the extra mile to ensure a client's piece of mind and satisfaction. It is an absolute pleasure dealing with Jeff Morrissey, but I am a little biased having known Jeff for many years. Jeff took every measure to ensure that my experience was impeccable from start to finish. I have dealt with countless dealerships in my past in my hunt for a new automobile. Unfortunately, the majority of them were useless. Typically, they would arrive at a point where they stopped answering my questions, or I knew more about the product than the sales person I was dealing with at the time. From my first contact with Jeff, to dealing with Sales Manager, Gary Louis, to finalizing the deal with Rich Bishop in Finance -- a First Class Act! It is GREAT to know there are some companies that still believe in EXCELLENT Client Service. I have no doubt that we will once again return to Freehold Buick GMC when we are ready to renew my other lease. Once again it was a pleasure doing business with your company and I know the relationship we have developed with Jeff and your company will be a longstanding one. Sincerely, Joseph D. DeVito

Bruce Greenstein Horrible experience! Typical bait and switch scammer.. Unprofessional and greedy…read more Avoid if wise. Here are the details. Bruce quoted my wife a price on a Buick Envision that her parents were returning on a lease in order to buy out the lease to own the car. A final price was communicated to us by Bruce and my wife had a cashiers check drawn for the agreed upon amount. We then drove to the dealership to finalize. Upon arriving Bruce proceeded to "explain" to us that he would not be able to sell us the car at that price and either my wife would have to pay $2500 more for the car or her parents would have to pay $170 more per month for their new lease. My wife and I walked off.

This accident kept me deep in my gratitude for life , but insurance declared the car a total loss. Loss is so hard, and if we're speaking metaphorically here, if there's anything this past year taught me, it's that with great loss comes with new beginnings. Sure these new beginnings can be lonely, and scary. But they can also show you how beautiful life can be. Perspective and mindset is everything. Thank you John Pearce and Benjamin Martinez of Freehold Raceway Nissan for taking this experience of loss to a new level. With total loss, you don't have much time to shop for a vehicle! With the help of my rock, and hero Rob, my brother, we were met with empathy, care, concern, and excitement all in the most appropriate of times. We told them what I had, what color I wanted and specified that I didn't want to lose any features. I never thought I'd be able to upgrade at the same time! This was by far the quickest, easiest transaction for a car I've ever experienced in life. If you need a new car or even want to upgrade what you have, John and Ben are your go to's for a beautiful line up of Nissan vehicles. John said I'd feel like a queen now, and he's sooo right! You don't have to be a passenger princess to feel good driving a new car! It's the beginning of a new era with this beauty. Can't wait to pick a name and see all the adventures I get to experience with her! Do you name your cars?

We had a child with us, the process was long and the little one was getting antsy. Victoria went to speak to a manger and we decided to get out and asked for a call back for the sake of the little one. Hours later, we never received a call so we returned. Apparently Victoria was gone for the day and we were partnered with Will. Will was extremely professional. The management team would not work with us on any discount while 3 other companies gave us fantastic offers, 200-300 (monthly) below lease price with a low down payment. We were mostly upset with no call back and having to return to provide the same information, total waste of time. If you don't want a deal, shop at Freehold Nissan !
