Any of the representatives are highly qualified and supported by management that cares not just to sell you but to get you in the right car. Remember this it's up to you too it's a partnership be honest with yourself and them! They are a liaison and advocate between you and the lender, and they fight for you to get in the right financial position! That's what you want! Now the quality of cars ... it's a great range - a one stop shop. Everyone wants the Mercedes, if that doesn't work out Audis are available, Nissans, Toyota if you don't see it ask for it. Don't rush it's not a sprint out it's a day out. Take your time you're investing in a vehicle why rush the deal? Location is very clean and accessible. I came from Southampton, Long Island, NY, and they met every expectation to put at ease get comfortable and let them do the job they are great at doing. Negative responses IMO is not at the fault of the salesperson people need to look at themselves before pointing fingers. Remember you have rights and options they let you know what it is. Take the time, find what you like and always have a backup. I delt with Nick he was fantastic! He'll be around for a long, long time, great communications, works hand in hand with management, and provides options. Feel free to reach out to me for further thoughts but I believe I said it all ! Cars2Sell, East Windsor NJ - Where "Free and Clear" Apparently Means "We Have No Idea"…read moreIf you enjoy long games of phone tag, expired temp tags, and mystery paperwork that vanishes into the ether, you'll love Cars2Sell in East Windsor. My mother & I paid cash on August 20, 2024 for an As-IS Used Vehicle... Every document said the title was "free and clear." Spoiler: it wasn't. Nearly two months later, after endless holds, "meetings," and contradictory stories, we learned there was actually a lien on the car -- something the manager admitted on video a month after he signed said papers. When title was ready to picked up two months later He continued to say "he didn't know about it" Cue round two of expired tags, overnight mail fees, and a trip to the DMV so frustrating that even they suggested we bring the police. The officer told the manager he had 48 hours to get the title. That was October 13. It finally appeared on October 18, conveniently notarized on October 8--meaning it had been sitting somewhere for days while we were still being strung along. Turns out it was at their Hillside location all along. Funny, since I called Hillside, after my 1st paper tag was about to expire and I was told, "We can't help you, it's at East Windsor." When my mom finally picked up the title, the manager actually asked her to have my sister remove her negative review. That says it all. Yes, I bought the car as-is. I didn't realize that also meant good luck in getting a title without threatening a lawsuit for Breach of Contract So if you're thinking about buying from Cars2Sell, bring a camera, a lawyer, and a saint's level of patience. Because once they've got your money, you'll need all three.

No matter what make or model you are looking for, there is a very strong chance they have it. What really stood out is the freedom to test drive multiple cars at your own pace. I test drove about six vehicles and even went back to retest one. Being able to take the cars out, get a real feel for them, and compare helped me make a very informed decision. I worked with an amazing team: Ross (sales), Steve (finance manager), and Sean (Shawn) in finance who handled the paperwork. Each of them made the experience exceptional. Ross was outstanding. I came in with only a general idea of what I wanted, more about the feel, power, and certain non negotiable features, and Ross listened carefully. Based on that, he curated an excellent lineup for me. After each test drive, he paid attention to my reactions and adjusted accordingly. He ultimately guided me to a car I had never even considered, but it turned out to be exactly what I was looking for, my dream car. Ross was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. He provided true customer service. When I noticed something slightly off with the brakes, he personally test drove the car to confirm my concern, and they immediately fixed the issue before I took delivery. Every question or concern I had, Ross handled quickly and professionally. He truly gets to know his customers, which is rare in today's car buying experience. Steve in finance was equally impressive. He came out, introduced himself, shook my hand, and focused on understanding my situation rather than pushing for a payment amount. He found me the best possible deal, even beating my pre approval, without excessive credit inquiries. He provided a detailed breakdown of every item before I signed anything and allowed me to accept or decline options with zero pressure. I was able to customize my package completely, which I have never experienced before. I walked out paying exactly what I expected, which is unheard of in car buying. Sean (Shawn) handled the paperwork and made the signing process smooth and stress free. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and provided copies of anything I requested. He kept the atmosphere relaxed and conversational, which really helped ease any anxiety. Even with multiple test drives and resolving a small issue, I was in and out in under four hours. That is incredibly efficient for such a thorough and personalized experience. Overall, if you are looking for an outstanding car buying experience, Auto Lenders of Princeton is the place to go. I came in unsure and left with a vehicle I absolutely love. I will definitely return again and again.

PLEASE STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! The car had an oil leak that we were assured it would be fixed. We had to take to his mechanic JR in Burlington for the repairs to be without the car both times over two weeks. A third time it was towed to his mechanic. This car has been nothing but a headache and such a terrible experience for a first time car buyer. Fast forward less than a year and the car is disabled yet again. His "mechanic" "fixed" the oil leak at the front main seal behind the crank by removing the crank pulley then putting a massive amount of silicone sealant and most likely used an impact gun to tighten the crank pulley back on. Well that sheared off and car is useless. Malik, the manager I spoke with again today at their location and he said my son never complained about the oil leak again... yes because if we were tired of taking it 25 minutes away and being without it for a week or more. I was told to call his mechanic and he should fix it. I was told he should have bought the warranty... Look at the other negative reviews folks, I do not in my right mind believe any of the positive reviews are true. These people buy broken cars from auctions, have their "mechanic" polish those turds up and they sell them in our town for top dollar and push warranties for fix what is eventually going to break down. I will be going to the township and speaking with the administrator about their business practices in our town.

Bait-and-switch tactics all the way. I stupidly agreed to another car, only for them to drag their feet for 3 WEEKS before actually giving me the one I already signed for. Then they made me wait another 4 days for a "detail" job that looked like a toddler with a wet rag did it. And the cherry on top? TWO MONTHS later the car needed a brand new engine. When I called, they told me they wouldn't fix it unless I dropped my warranty. Who the hell does that? Completely crooked. I found a shop that would honor the warranty, but thanks to Car N Drive's garbage service and shady dealings, I'm still out $2,000 of my own money. They do NOT stand behind their cars. They do NOT take responsibility. They smile, take your money, and leave you with a lemon. This is the kind of place that gives used car dealerships the worst reputation imaginable. If you value your sanity, your wallet, and your car -- stay as far away from Car N Drive Bordentown as possible.

And for that I have to give all the credit to Kerri Villani my Senior Sales Consultant, that's who this review and the five star rating is about, she made this easy and painless. The first thing she asked me was what was I looking for and she wasn't talking model, I told her I wanted to lower my monthly payment. She explained a few numbers to me, we agreed on the money down and she said give me a minute. Kerri came back with a price $35 lower than my current monthly payment. The deal was done. No haggling, no negotiations, no multiple trips to see what the Sales Manager said. My wife recently got a different make car, that deal took seven hours. Seven hours! They were treated with real professionalism and care even if they were just visiting. After hearing such positive feed backs from my parents, I drove up to NJ that night, took about 5hrs just to check out the Maserati and meet Eric and his team. When I got there, I was treated very warmly, definitely sensed he was an honest salesman who is down right real with you. He's the kind of guy that focuses on transparency and gives you honest feed backs on what's worth it or not regardless of sales, which I think is an amazing trait you rarely see with car salesmen who are just hungry for their next sale. The 2013 MC wasn't in as good condition inside and Eric agreed even if it's a rare car,but he let me test drive their 2012 Granturismo sport they got few days ago and wasn't even listed yet. That car for the mileage and age was in pristine condition, you could've fooled me and said it was 2018 or 2019 and I would've bought it because it was that clean inside. Eric was also generous enough to give us the car for a really good deal. Agreements and paper work flew by and next thing I know, I was driving back to VA with my dream car. In lieu of bringing down the price lower than he wanted, I agreed to come back to his establishment for my services and future body work which we briefly discussed. Good guy, honest and hard working salesman. His success is a true testament to his dedication to what he loves. I highly recommend giving Miracle AutoSports a serious look for used luxury car owners.
