Without even the ability to have flashers work on my car (due to no electrical) and an hour of phone calls with AAA to finally have them say; "we can't provide service for you tonight, you will have to wait until tomorrow morning..." I was scared and frustrated. One call to Bobby's and they had a true patriot at the scene. Ricky was not only experienced and knowledgeable but also a veteran who has served our country and it showed. I think he knew how nervous I was about being on the side of a busy highway at night without flashers and it being pitch black with cars whizzing by at 80 miles an hour. With all that said he was calm and professional. There weren't scare tactics, guilt trips of it being late on a Friday night or bad-mouthing of "other companies". None of it. Our driver broke down on the side of the road for a battery issue and was offered a courtesy tow. Then after they jumped the truck was told he was being charged $750 which went to $802 to $1289 . The other part of this bait and switch company and the City of NJ is that on a restricted highway you can only use them, and we had roadside assistance as well. I had to reach out to our freight broker to let him know what was going on prior to payment and she then sent a tow driver out when I gave authorization for my card to make the payment increasing the payment to $1289. Right from the time my towing was scheduled, an associate promptly called to inform the timing of the pick up and later when the towing driver Lucky Singh showed up, he handled the car so well and got it dropped off at the service center ahead of time. The owner was nice enough to follow up on the service to get feedback too. I'm not sure of the pricing since my car is still under Mazda's warranty but their service was spotless and professional.
