The repair cost $31 which beats $300+ for a new tire, no upselling other services by the staff which was nice. Being open 7 days IS definitely a plus.

This is from the bar trying to get the tire on but he than told me to leave and he wouldn't do anything about it. He had to keep my car and he diagnosed it on Monday, he couldn't figure it out so I had to get my car towed to near Honda facility. The honda diagnosed my whole car and gave me the estimate. If I had that issue before I wouldn't be able to drop my car off to repair AC in the first place. Now I have a very costly repair and this guy is not even taking responsibility, He doesn't even want to talk or listen, he doesn't even care. Absolute worst customer service. Please save yourself. My husband inquired about new and used tires. He was told they had to order a new tire and could come back in a few days. As far as used tires go, we were told they had none in stock that would fit out vehicle. Another employee directed us to a HUGE pile of tires behind the shop that were being thrown out and would be picked up for recycling the next morning. After searching through the huge pile of used tires we found one that was semi-usable. Being that we had a donut on our car the semi-usable tire was better to use temporarily. The manager told us we would have to pay $40 for the tire including balancing and mounting! I took a look at the tire and laughed. I told the manager that the tread was horrible and would only last a month if that... I asked why $40 if they were just recycling tomorrow and wouldn't profit off the tire anyway? Why not $25? Wouldn't that be better then throwing it out and not profiting at all? The manager then laughed at me and said "It's either $40 or nothing". I explained that I could go to Walmart (1 mile down the road) and get a brand new tire mounted and balanced for $68. The managers response was "well, then I guess you should just go to Walmart and pay $68". Keep in mind during this entire conversation the manager did not have the decency or respect to look me in the eye or acknowledged my existence the entire time we were speaking as he continued working on another vehicle instead. What a jerk! We went to Walmart, paid $68 and sat in a nice air conditioned waiting room with 50¢ canned sodas. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE!

I went to Walmart Auto Care Center (839 US Hwy 130) for a simple oil change. As soon as I left, I…read morenoticed a strange noise coming from the blower motor. I went back immediately, and the manager told me it wasn't related to the oil change and said to go to the dealer, claiming they would cover the cost if needed. The dealer found the cabin air filter was installed upside down, causing debris to fall into the blower motor. They explained that checking and reinstalling the filter properly is the responsibility of the service center. After paying to fix the issue, I returned to Walmart -- and they refused to reimburse me, saying it wasn't their problem. Unprofessional, irresponsible, and unwilling to take accountability. Definitely not recommended.
