I did not get my car fixed here after I encountered the rude and really disgusting person in the office. Not sure what his name is (Tony I'm guessing?). I came in to ask about my car and he was on the phone completely ignoring me. I decided to go back out and wait in my car. When I came back in he was standing there eating his lunch and telling me he can't speak to me until he finishes his lunch. He was a nasty old dirtbag. Needless to say I will never return. read more

I got a nail stuck in my tire today, and I stopped here to try and get it patched up. The man at the front told me i needed a new tire because the old one could not be replaced due to how nail went into the tire. He then told me that it would take a day to get a new tire in, but i needed a new one now, so i decided not to get my tire changed there. Even though i chose not to get my work done there, the man put air in my tire and put a spare on for me, and this was all done during his lunch break too. Great service! read more

My old Mercedes came due for the B Service. Instead of going to the Mercedes dealership, I took it back to Tony's Auto Repair. Not only did they perform the needed service but did more than that and charged me a lot less money than the dealership would have. Tony's restored my faith in auto repair. My Honda Civic has had so many weird problems over the years. Time and time again I've naively taken it to Honda dealers for service. Never again. As long as I work in Yardley I'll be taking my car Tony's for repair. They've helped me deal with two emergency visits without fail. The most notable was my faulty trunk. For years my trunk wouldn't shut like a normal trunk. I took it to the Honda dealer to fix, but whatever they did only lasted until the first pot hole and my trunk flew open mid trip. Tony's truly fixed the issue, identifying that it was the lock mechanism and not the latch causing it. Now I confident I could off road with this car and that trunk will stay shut. Much gratitude for Tony's and their staff. Great service! Totally recommend for others in the area! read more

We were recently given a preposterous quote by a large chain to do rear and front brakes and rotors and rear calipers. We moved here 2 years ago and decided to give Tony's a try. He finished both front and back in less than 3 hours and had us back in the road for upcoming work week. We saved a few hundred dollars by coming to Tony's. He even let us pay after the weekend as we would not get there in time since shop closed. Super nice staff and we're very happy. This is how you treat customers. Mechanic Lou takes the time to listen to your concerns so he can make an accurate diagnosis. Transportation to and from the shop are provided when needed and without delay. When my car is being serviced I am updated on the progress without prompting and always receive a through and understandable explanation of the problem and the cost to repair it. Staff is friendly and courteous and always a pleasure to talk to. Most important, however, is that I trust Tony's and know that I am getting a good price and a safe car. Very friendly and fast service. Doesn't do more than what needs to get done. (For instance, I just got front brakes and rotors done. Rear brakes almost need to get done but have a little more time. They didn't try to sell me on replacing those sooner than necessarily.) Comparable prices to other places I've been. As a small, young-looking woman, I have to be careful where I go for car service. I don't have any patience with the bullsh*t I've come across in many places. I never had to deal with anything like that at Tony's in the past 4 years. They are always straightforward, recommend NOT getting service when it's not needed, are flexible and treat me with respect. They were patient when I flipped out one day about my stupid car needing something that confused me, before I understood the actual problem. Their work is excellent and their costs are as reasonable as I've ever found. And Dwayne is the best. read more

Should have 0 stars but that option isn't available. I don't feel like getting into details but basically if you want to pay 4x the price for parts then take your car here. If you want to be lied to, then take your car here. If you want to pay for service that doesn't need to be done ( for example: they will tell you that you need new shocks ( even though your shocks are still fine) then take your car here. They will charge you quadruple the price of shocks, then take your old shocks off( which were still fine) and resell them. hahaha I can only laugh because this place is such a ripoff. Too many bad stories to tell, but if I kept giving examples then this review would be longer then a dictionary. Beware of this place! read more

We had been going to Tony's for a long time. Recently things are awful. I was lied to about the time of my car being done, TWICE! I called to check on my car, being that it was there a half day before, and at the end of that first day, the young man assured me it would be ready in the morning! I figure they ran into some problems and called at 12:30. (They were just doing Brakes and Calipers!) I was told that he couldn't get a part and I would be called at 4. So 430 comes around and I decide to give them a call. Whoever answered gave me attitude and told said "YEAH he's working on it, he'll call you" 5:30 comes around and I get concerned because their hours state they are open until 5. I call, and shocking but no one answered. Everyone went home for the day. No phone call, no concern. Friday comes along and the true grade of professionalism comes into the light. Not to mention they aren't cheaper than taking it to a dealership I found out today. Ridiculous. If you have to have your car fixed in a timely, professional manner. This is not the place for you.
