I then turned to the finance department and the finance advisor Tommy, helped me submit my credit application and came back with an approval we closed the deal. Regrettably, I can only give four stars based on the initial lack of response. Maybe the initial email I sent didn't go through, but Dave told me on the phone that he gets email notifications of voicemail left. I listened to the message before sending it on Tuesday. The subsequent calls at different times on Wednesday are indicative of failure to answer. I called (732) 212-6261 and pressed 3 to go to parts. I was sent to voicemail every time during business hours. No response was received until Thursday. The bottom line is I got the parts I needed, but it was without initial frustration. This parts department needs to review the gaps in messages coming through, voicemail notifications, and simply having staffing resources available to answer the phone during business hours. I do think this is a true luxury experience end to end- even for Mercedes. What I loved most about my recent experience? I called Tim, the Sales Manager, told him what I wanted and he made it happen- the same day. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was ready and all paperwork prepared. I left in a new Mercedes GLE in under 70 minutes. Adriana helped me through the entire process. She knows her cars, the details of what she has on the lot, and she knows her numbers.
