No problem I say, because I'm looking forward to buying a car cash in my hand possibly 2 cars if everything went well. But to my amazement, I get there small dealership, I spoke with the girl I was supposed to deal with Dominique super nice person. I had spoken with an associate the day before who I felt blew me off really wasn't attentive to what I wanted. But whatever, I get to the location no car available, the nice lady makes a call to have them bring it to the location I was at. And after a brief conversation she had on the phone I was told that the owner said the car was no good, what do you mean no good. I was in shock and upset that I made this trip for nothing but rejection at the end. What a shady way to run a business absolutely no consideration for consumers. Definitely won't recommend this place to anyone. Buyer beware.

Discovering Simple Auto Group on Yelp was a pleasant surprise. I am 77 years old, retired and…read morerecently moved from Astoria to Manhattan. It was very expensive to maintain a car that I used once or twice a month. I decided to sell a 2021 Mazda CX-30 that had 2200 miles on it. I did my research on Edmunds and Kelly Blue Book and factored in whatever minor damage the car had. I went to the dealer as I had seen similar cars on their lot which they were offering for almost as much as I paid originally. The associate told me that the car was worth $5000 less than I had read because it had minor repairs--even though they were fixed. I walked away. I then went to Simple Auto Group, which is a broker not a dealer. The associate inspected the car, took note of the damage and immediately offered me close to the estimate from Edmunds and Kelly. We negotiated a little and in the end I felt I received a fair price. The refreshing thing was that he started at a reasonable price and did not try to badmouth my car and then lowball me. It was actually a pleasant experience.

Beautiful and fully correspond with Lincoln brand. Car - 80 %. There is a reason for the lowest assessment. The car was beautiful at first sight, and everything worked, but I found out that it had broken windshield. And here the issue started. I live in VA (cca 250miles from the dealership) and the windshield must have been replaced. Jonathan, the salesman found a repair shop in VA where the windshield should have been replaced for free. Eventually it didn't happen and I had to visit the Wayne dealership again for the windshield replacement. This resulted in 500 miles in the car, one extra day out of my office and rescheduling all my meetings that day. The car assessment would be 100% without this trouble. The question is how the presale inspection was done... Personnel - 95 %. Friendly and professional. Sometimes, the answers to my questions took longer than I expected. But I am not native US citizen so my question could have been unusual. Not having the issue with the windshield there would be nothing to worry about. But life is not flawless and mistakes can happen. Overall, the experience of buying car in Lincoln of Wayne was great and I can recommend this dealership. Lukas
