I was told it had been transferred, and that if I put down a $1,000 fully refundable deposit using my debit card, they could bring in an Equinox EV with Super Cruise in a day or two. The salesman and manager repeatedly assured me the deposit would be fully refundable, and that they'd even write so on the back of the receipt. But they did not. On January 13, 2025, I let them know I was not going through with the deal and asked for my deposit back. What followed was weeks -- and then months -- of excuses, silence, and the same promises repeated with no refund. My partner and I called many times and spoke with salesman Larry Brooks and managers Mike Delgado, Harout Gapikia, and Sergio Mendez. I also went in person (after a long drive) and was kept waiting while they claimed they were "working on it," then I was sent away with another promise that it would hit my account "shortly."
