After months and months and phone calls and calls to the dealership and corporate. To be forgotten about. I got my measly buy back. I had all intentions to re-lease with vw in SI because I enjoy the cars and the dealership is on the island. I also thought " maybe the car i had was just a lemon". So when I started dealing with the Male sales manager for my re-lease of my buy back .I was surprised how he was so disgustingly aggressive, condescending, unprofessional and extremely disrespectful! He demanded I use all the money I receive for the new lease and he was counting every cent. Which I have the convo on recording. He was extremely difficult to deal with and I decided it just was not worth it. he didn't deserve my business. The day I was suppose to get my check and give back my loaner I ended up waking up to a flat tire. So I had to call road side. The gentleman came to switch the tire and he was puzzled how the tire deflated because there was nothing wrong with it. No screws, or holes or bend in the rim. I went to the dealership met with the service manager and he seemed angry and tense. He was upset I wasn't re-leasing with the dealership and also I got a flat. he told me I would have to pay For the tire then in the same sentence he told me I shouldn't worry about anything. I found this so grossly unprofessional and wanted out of this uncomfortable situation as quickly as possible. I left and went car shopping elsewhere. I'm so devastated how I was treated here. This is not a family run business. It's a corporation and emotions are not suppose to be involved in a professional business. I called today 5 months later bc I did end up with another vw and needed service. Thought maybe I would be able to stop by. Not only was I hung up twice. The manager in service picked up when my friend called and when we gave a different name. When I said it was me he told me I was at fault for a large gash in the loaner tire and I owe him 250 dollars. I have documentation stating otherwise that there was nothing wrong with the tire. he also told me he basically has a grudge and I wasn't welcome at his vw dealership in Staten Island ! If you are looking to buy a car I would really think twice on this dealership.

Service Tec spilled engine oil all over engine compartment never cleaned up the mess, returned 3 times before it was properly cleaned. Returned June 2025 for another oil and filter change but before leaving inspected under hood and again found oil all over engine cover and had them clean oil spill. Extremely Sloppy Workers cant trust these people to be competent in their work . These people could not perform a simple oil change I can only imagine how bad they could screw up Major Work on your car. Also noticed I was never sent a Survey after each visit.

I visited the dealership to negotiate a lease on a 2026 Atlas Cross Sport. After working through options with a sales associate, we pivoted to an SE with Technology model and proposed a fair, realistic lease target. At that point, General Sales Manager Angelo Alexiadis stepped in. Instead of negotiating like a professional, Mr. Alexiadis engaged in aggressive interrogation tactics and blatant verbal intimidation. Rather than discussing numbers transparently, he repeatedly questioned where I got my budget figures and implied I was not being truthful. When I confronted him directly and stated that his behavior was making me feel like he was calling me a liar, he explicitly agreed. Feeling completely disrespected and uncomfortable, I immediately walked out. Unprofessional, abusive, and hostile toward prospective buyers. The sales experience was average at best. However, the handling of my out-of-state registration has been unacceptable. Throughout the process, I received inconsistent information, poor communication, and little accountability. In many cases, I only received important updates because I contacted the dealership myself. As a result of registration delays and administrative errors, I was unable to legally operate my newly purchased vehicle for 14 days and incurred additional expenses and significant inconvenience. I continued making payments on a vehicle that I could not drive through no fault of my own. What makes this experience particularly frustrating is that I have purchased four vehicles from Audi Meadowlands over the years and have remained a loyal customer despite living in different states. Unfortunately, the professionalism, communication, and customer service that once earned my loyalty were absent throughout this process. Customers should not be left without a usable vehicle because of avoidable registration issues, nor should they have to repeatedly chase down updates on their own purchase. This has been the worst automotive purchasing experience I have had and has seriously damaged my confidence in Audi Meadowlands.
