I absolutely believe that maybe some people had positive experiences but I have to echo a few of the other negative reviews. My husband spoke to Igor and worked out a deal that we were really excited about. I filled out the applications and I think they ran my credit because I got an alert about a hard credit check. After that we never heard back from them. I highly doubt my credit was the problem because it's excellent but hypothetically even if it were it's extremely unprofessional to just stop following up with a customer. Say something! The start was great, pricing looked great on a lease I was looking for. After agreeing on a price, the rest was down hill from there. Communication was great while they asked for the information required to fill out the credit app, but became nonexistent and then they started pulling the whole "the bank gave you tier 2 instead of tier 1" which was complete BS since right after I went to another leasing company for the same car and got approved for tier 1. The whole process took way too long and the car I was looking for was sold already. I ended up getting the same car with a few different options from another broker. It may have just been my experience, but I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

The car came nothing as my deal, Greg Roosamando described as. Apparentely a fully loaded 2017 Infiniti has no back up camera or heated seats? I also bought insurance on my tires for an additonal $1,000 , which was supposed to cover anything with my tires. They literally took my $1,000 and stole it. I tried to make a claim and there was no existing claim. I've now been back n' forth with Greg for almost 4 months to try and get my $1000 back, but he keeps pushing me off... Go figure... read more

I went in for an interview on Tuesday, March 6th with Erin Leone, The Director of Human Resources, at the Levittown Ford Dealership for a position at the Grand Prix Subaru dealership in Hicksville. She told me that due to my inability to maintain a position for more than 2 years (the longest position I held), that my ability to procure a position at the Subaru dealership would be negatively affected. She also stated that my familial responsibilities to occasionally assist in the care of my father who is a double amputee, a diabetic, and has alzheimers, that those would negatively affect my ability to procure a position. She stated that me needing to possibly needing to leave work early for a family emergency would not take precedent over the job I was doing. And that if I ever needed to leave work early for a family emergency that I would not be allowed to do so. I feel that telling a potential future employee that they will have their hiring process negatively affected because of work history and familial responsibilities. And that family emergencys do not take precedent over work is ridiculous. I feel that this is unfair, unjust, and borders on discrimination. I am not asking for special treatment and I am definitely not asking to be handed a job. Instead I am asking to be treated fairly and justly when it comes to the hiring process. And that I am not told that because of my work history or familial responsibilities, that in so many words, I will not be able to procure the position I applied for. It honestly felt like I was being told I had no chance of getting the job. And for the Director of Human Resources to tell me this. It makes me feel that whomever put her in this position shares her views. And that I would never want to work for a company like that and would definitely recommend that no one gives their business to said company based on their views towards their employees and potential employees. read more

Was randomly put in touch with this company in search for a car lease. My brother reached out to friends to get recommendations on leasing companies. VIP came back with the best deal. I wanted a good price and quick service and I got exactly that. Dealt with Ron Dema, who was personable and attentive and got me the information I needed in a short amount of time. I leased a Honda Accord Hybrid. Since I needed the car in about a day or two, I had to follow up for plates and other administrative things and Ron stayed on top of it. Even when there was an issue with a toll when the vehicle was being delivered, Ron handled it. Overall, if you know what you're looking for and your budget, Ron and VIP are helpful and will cut out the dealership nonsense, but there won't be as much hand holding. I leased a vehicle with VIP auto leasing in March of this year. Everything including the price was great and went awesome. I planned to transfer my plates from my 2017 Kia to my 2020 Dodge and requested the dealership do the same. The vehicle came without an issue, as promised and I was told my new registration would be coming in the mail within the time frame of my temporary plate. Then Covid-19 caused a shutdown of all DMV, including the NYS DMV (where I live) and the Pennsylvania DMV (where the vehicle came from). Months passed and I received a suspension order in the mail that if I did not return my plates from my NYS plates to the DMV, my license would be suspended. I called VIP and was directed to call Reedman Toll Auto group (where the new lease came from). After speaking to the person who handles the plate transfers, I was reassured that the letter I received was an automated letter and I could ignore, since DMV was closed anyway and wasn't processing any registrations during the lockdown. I did so and then a month later in May received a suspension notice, that in fact my license was suspended, due to not surrendering the plates. I again called VIP and Reedman in an attempt to clear up the mess up, but was once again reassured the paperwork was in and I could ignore it. Then the fun started at the end of June when I was pulled over (for an expired temporary) and almost arrested for driving with a suspended license. Mind you I am 7 months pregnant at this point and don't need the stress to begin with. I again called VIP and Reedman, who said my paperwork was on a desk somewhere and would be processed soon. A week later I received NEW plates in the mail for my new vehicle and a post it attached telling me to return the plates and that would clear up the suspension. The next day I returned my old plates to DMV and waited, and waited but no clear up on my license. I called DMV and after about 3 hours on hold was told the paperwork was submitted as a new registration, not a transfer and my license is suspended til October or if I wanted the suspension lifted I would have to pay $8.00 a day, since March to get it lifted. The suspension would also negatively affect my insurance, since I would have a suspension on my record. To get it cleared up I would need paperwork from when VIP took possession of my old lease. I again called VIP and spoke to the secretary, who wanted to speak to the salesman and would call me back. That was a week ago from writing this, and I still haven't received a call back. I have called repeatedly, texted Mike from Richmond Ave, only to be ignored and left dealing with this on my own. Joe T(my salesman) was probably the most helpful person, but his ability to get forms is limited due to his position. The managers, owners, and everyone else I left messages for have not called me back or even acknowledged this issue. Now my insurance company may drop us because of this suspension. VIP's negligence and dismissal of this matter, coupled with their blatant disregard for me as a customer has forced my hand to write this review. All I wanted is to be acknowledged and helped getting the forms they have showing they took possession of my vehicle and when they did, but nothing. Today I received pictures of the forms, which I told Mike I needed the hardcopies or PDF files of, and of course I was again ignored. I believe Mike to be lazy and he has no business running the operation at VIP Auto Leasing. This situation is has caused undue stress on me, my unborn child, my household and has made this experience completely awful. They have lost my business forever and I hope no one else gets treated as I did. read more

One star is for friendly service. However, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. When I arrived to pick my vehicle up, they had given it a front end alignment and replaced a part without letting me know either of these things needed to be done. I just had a front end alignment when I got new tires less than 4 month earlier so I am certain I paid for a service I neither agreed to or needed. They replaced a part with a janky version and is still giving me a code. No inspection and I would have to come back.However, they said my "transmission is gone" and it really wouldn't be safe to drive. Off to AAMCO and nothing was wrong with my transmission. (It did need a new dipstick arm so AAMCO fixed it.) When I brought it back to get my sticker, the guy at the counter was rude & dismissive. One man said yes, we can take you right now and the other guy shut him down and told me I would have to make an appointment and they were booked for the next week. Not offering an estimate before any work above and beyond the request of a customer is unprofessional. Not accommodating your customer when you have an opening is unprofessional.
