My wife and I were about to have our third child and decided it was time to get our first family car. We had no idea where to start but a friend recommended Make & Model and we're so glad they did! We started out by just chatting about our wants and needs. Things like third-row seating, all wheel drive, big sun roof (our son gets car-sick occasionally). They made some suggestions, we went on test drives and zero'd in on the 2020 VW Tiguan with the third row as our favorite. They walked us through the ins and outs of selecting the right trim, options, and the leasing process in general. We had no idea how complicated the whole process was. It also turned out to be difficult to find the exact color and combination of features that we wanted (potentially as a result of covid-19). Finally however, we stumbled upon the perfect car at a local dealership outside of Make & Model's network. They couldn't broker the deal for us but instead of steering us back to one of their own dealers, they armed us to the teeth so that we could negotiate the absolute best deal possible for ourselves. Simple things that we wouldn't have thought of like the what time of day to schedule the signing, which add-ons to take and which to skip, what questions to ask about the return process, etc. In the end, we got the right car at the right price without losing any sleep or getting any (new) gray hairs and they got costumers for life with us.
