Very polite, responsive service with very strong quote which I accepted. However when sh!t came to shuffle and the car had to be delivered to me, none was available. This was despite the fact that I have them over 3 weeks to allocate the car. So a very big minus there on their part as in the end I had to rush and get a completely different car, last minute elsewhere.
