I was skeptical about used car dealerships after having a bad experience with another dealer . I…read moredon't appreciate being pushed around or someone trying to force my hand to buy something . Thankfully after looking at some reviews I decided to check out ELDORADO and I met the wonderful Mark. Mark is like a kind uncle . He was patient, he was informative, and he was invested in me making the right choice for my lifestyle and my budget . He was never pushy like the typical sleazy used car salesman so I felt comfortable working with him. We found a car that worked for me and his team even handled all the dmv requirements so I didn't have to do that myself . I am so happy with my purchase . My family got a chance to meet mark as well and said if they ever are in the market for a car they would work with him in the future! I also want to note that after I bought the car I had a problem with my heat . I called mark and he was so apologetic and instantly called a mechanic who took care of it right away at no cost to me. Mark has called to follow up with me and ask about my family even though I already bought the car. He is a genuine person as well as the rest of his staff. I would highly recommend this dealer if you're looking for a good used car !!

My gripe however is that I'm not even in my second month from owning one of their cars and I've had an exhaust repair (if they inspected the pipes they would have seen the damage right?) luckily it was within the 30 days so the did cover that! But I didn't have to skip work so probably evens out the cost in reality. And now I'm staring down the barrel of a complete transmission replacement putting me $5000 out of pocket. By the way that's half of what the car cost! Fist time taking it into an interstate going above 65mph and the cars transmission fails. When a car You just bought, and after being assured it was running great! Has it's transmission fail, is a large kick in the teeth! I would advise anyone considering buying used, to seek a proper inspection at the car dealership before buying used. Do not take the people selling it on their word, as it can cost you big time. We were dumb enough to think we won't need the extended warranty. Maybe you should chip in for it. Better than being stuck with a $5000 bill I somehow have to find in the back of my couch. I really wanted to like this place but now I am just waiting for more things to fail with the car I'm now stuck with until it's paid up.

After a seemingly good experience, Brooklyn Mitsubishi really dropped the ball. Upon bringing home…read morethe vehicle after waiting for hours, there was an airbag light and navigation error message. The vehicle never should have passed an inspection with this indicator on but they gave it to us in an unsafe condition anyway. None of these issues were communicated to us upon taking the vehicle. We contacted Brooklyn Mitsubishi and they had us bring the car back a week later. After ten days without any communication from Brooklyn, we reached out to find out if the car was ready. The airbag issue was fixed but the navigation issue was never addressed. They said they would order a new navigation card (after having the car and doing nothing about it for 10 days). We STILL have not heard back from them, over two months later. We will now have to address the navigation issue out of pocket directly with the dealer. We are a family of five drivers and would never use Brooklyn Mitsubishi again.

Had me sign all of the paperwork before I even got to test drive. (My first experience car shopping so you know how that goes.) The online pictures made the car look clean. When I stepped in the vehicle there was a deep cut in the front windshield literally from top to bottom shallow enough where it wasn't noticeable. (They also had a Sun screen on it so maybe that helped conceal it. When I mentioned this needs to be fixed the salesman said its cosmetic and its my responsibility. I told him when an officer pulls me over cosmetic won't be on the ticket. He didnt budge and I had already signed the paperwork so I took the car to a mechanic non affiliated with their business to get it checked out. Not soon after I rolled the vehicle out the lot the check engine light comes on. (I understand lemon law but I wanted to see what the mechanic had to say.) When i got a report a page long of the issues the salesman immediately stated "You used your own money? You could've used our mechanic." Obviously I could not trust this business afterwards so I told him no I preferred my own. The tempo changed and he fixed the glass and the "mechanical issues" (im not a car guy but its something about the northwind downwind thing related to the catalytic). While leaving other issues out as "cosmetic". Fast forward to today 2026 My review overall has been involving constant repairs (most of which i imagine comes from regular use.) But the latest blunder has been my transmission being blown a little while back. I took on the expense at the cost of maxing out 3 credit cards and lovely to know my Mechanic tells me most likely someone swapped out my transmission with a different one most likely to sell it. Im not going to slander them and say they did it but they were the ones who sold me a car which needed a. Windshield replacement, mechanical repairs needed right off the bat, sold it to me before I even got to test drive it, sold it to me used with new car pricing (~26k at ~60k miles), only rendered repairs when they saw im willing to spend my own money. Now im left with about 70% of my debt coming from a car they sold me. If you need my background I have multiple jobs in healthcare, im a real frustrated person with a real story.

I'll be honest I don't have trust for car salesmen, but these guys were honest and transparent about everything. I spoke with he manager Adam, who was able to help me out in the process and even offered me some pizza. Overall, I was able to walk out with a decent deal which I don't think I would of gotten elsewhere. Mohammad wrote down the whole deal in detail and told me just what to expect. I think if you come in with a realistic mindset they will help you out. Hopefully I don't have any issues, but so far so good!

Had me sign paperwork and everything even without obtaining insurance. After 2 days of trying to get the car insured, bot parties decided it would be best to scrap the deal. I wanted the car and signed the paperwork for the approved loan. They sales manager Jay told me they have had a problem with insuring this vehicle. Which means they had knowledge of the issue and still coerced me to give a $500 deposit promising the insurance would not be an issue despite all our efforts to obtain insurance... Upon them scrapping the deal and me not liking any of the car options they had left, they should return the $500 just as easily as they scrapped the deal.. These people are hustlers. DO NOT BUY FROM CHAMPION AUTO SALES. Hustlers and crooks!!
