Our service rep, Isuf Grajqevci kept us updated and helped us out so much. We've had the pleasure of dealing with Isuf before, so it's no surprise that he was his usual courteous self. He's knowledgeable, and tells it like it is. Isuf always gets me an Uber ride home. This time the car was going to be laid up a few extra days, so he arranged a loaner for us. This is the fourth KIA we've either purchased or leased from Island KIA. Always feel like we get a decent deal, but of course repairs are needed along the way. We feel fortunate to deal with Isuf for those occasions. Highly recommend dealing with Isuf Grajqevci, for any and all KIA service needs.

They routinely double park in public spaces, leave cars blocking sidewalks and roads, and use car alarms to track vehicles -- all while ignoring neighborhood rules. Security guards patrol like they're running the street. Trucks idle loudly and beep incessantly, especially at night. Workers shout across lanes, and their illegally modified mufflers create excessive noise -- violating NYC regulations. This isn't just poor customer service -- it's a failure to consider how their operations impact the public.

I called Abe at Xclusive Auto Leasing around 11am and within 6 minutes he had already given me a price on the exact car I wanted. No "I'll call you back later" -- straight to the point and transparent from the start. I told him I had a trade-in and the highest offer I got anywhere else was $19,000. He asked me to send him a video of the car, and shortly after he texted me back saying he could do $19,500. We worked out a deal on a $98,000 car for $1,128/month for 24 months with only the first month due at signing. I asked if he could roll my negative equity into the lease and he said absolutely. Payment went to about $1,250/month with just the first month out of pocket. I told him we had a deal and to get me the car. Then around 3pm he calls me and says, "Listen, I can get you the $106,000 car for only $10 more a month." I literally told him, "Why are you even asking? Just do it." By 3:15pm he sent me the credit app. By 3:30pm I was approved and already had the VIN to put insurance on the car. The next day the car was delivered right to my house. He told me it would arrive between 3-5pm and it showed up at 2:55pm. We signed everything in under 10 minutes, they took my trade, transferred my plates, and my old car was paid off within a couple of days. This guy is the real deal. No games, no wasting time, no nonsense. I dealt with Abe years ago and he was always on point. I stopped because I started buying cars instead of leasing, but now that I'm back to leasing, I went right back to him. I would recommend Abe at Xclusive Auto Leasing 100% with my eyes closed.

Adam not only had the the dream car we wanted (a MB AMG 63S) with all the desired options. He was more than helpful in taking a initial deposit but also generously waited till we were ready tomake the purchase. The price of the car was reasonable considering it had $15K in extras... Adam also provided us financing through a reputable auto finance broker with a competitive rate, had temp plates ready for us and we drove of the lot the same day we signed the final purchase contract. It was the fastest and easiest car purchase I ever had...and that's saying a lot since I purchased and leased many cars over the years.
