I was in shock and upset that I made this trip for nothing but rejection at the end. What a shady way to run a business absolutely no consideration for consumers. Since I responded to an ad on craigslist I had no idea if I were dealing with a private party or dealership so when I called to inquire about the BLACK ECLIPSE they told me it was still avail. They gave me crappy directions told me the exit number but mixed up the A & B portion of the exit and I ended up relying on my GPS from there which took me over the verazzano bridge both ways and costing me $30 in unnecc tolls when I could have taken RT 17 to RT 3 but took the salesman advice to use TPK and relied on his directions to "save time" which cost me over two hours of ADDED time. The saleman then showed me a white car so I asked if either he was showing me the wrong car or if it changed colors at which point he told me they HAD two Eclipses and the black one was sold a month ago. not only did they fail to take down the ad they also misled me about the availability of the car I inquired about. I am certain that I requested to know if the BLACK one was avail and even if it was an honest mistake which I dount it was because I have been burnt before with tactics of this nature it is the salesmans JOB to tell me if there are more than one car that meet that description and to verify the one I am referring to. If a dealer had TWO eclipses and ONE was sold then by damnit make sure you clarify that before I waste my time driving aimlessly for soemthing that doesn;t exist when I have my mind set on ONE car and ONE car only. They better reimburse me the $30 in added tolls I had to pay or else they will have a lawsuit and I am serious.

When I went in, I asked how much to change pads on Honda CRV. Was told $150 for each axle. Not sure if that was really a good price but if only pads should be like $80 front and back each?
