I have an Escalade and the mirrors were not folded in but I took my suburban through a few times with no issues. Well not this time. I noticed my front wheel was a lot closer to the track then the back tire, I watched as it went through and seemed find up till the last part. It hit the metal rack and scratched my mirror and folded it in. I spoke with the manager who told me oh well not our problem. I asked for the owner who he stated wasn't there. I will be going back on Monday. I only asked them to make it right. Some of the stretch could be compounded out but unfortunately the metal on the mirror will need to be replaced. Again I was told too bad not one else complains. Customer service is horrible and I will not use these guys again. I wonder if the guy with the work truck that the oil change guy crashed got treated the same way.

I know the car like the back of my hand, do you think I wouldn't know if it was already scratched? I also used to own a detail shop in NY so I know all about detail shops, and when I came out of the car wash there was still snow/salt residue on my car. Terrible customer service and terrible car wash, would not recommend.
