Good morning, I'm here to report something that happened yesterday. I came to change the oil in my car at Miracle Quick Lube. They did it in a hurry because they were about to close when we realized it was leaking oil. We called and no one answered. We came here, left the car, contacted the manager, and he said, "What do you want me to do?" I brought my car in yesterday for a car wash. I didn't notice until this morning that they had done a horrible job, leaving bird droppings all over the hood, front window, and trunk. I went back today to clean it up, and, despite it saying clearly on the receipt that they guarantee that my vehicle would be clean, Luana refused to make it such. She got her manager Will who said that I should have seen the car was filthy yesterday. I guess that he's right, knowing how dishonorable they are. Just a horrible experience from start to finish. There's a car wash across Federal that I will be frequenting from now on. I recommend that everyone make the switch! Warning, I see that they leave nasty comments to negative reviews. I will respond. Getting a full interior/exterior car wash during a pandemic is not available. But a cheap quick HANDWASH for $9.00 with a $3.00 wheel shine is a DEAL! If you happen to be in Elizabeth NJ, I stumbled across this quick oil change and car wash. For 12.00 you get a hand-wash, tire shine and towel dried vehicle. 5 stars due to the quick servicing and great price. I was looking for another car wash in the area and was surprised how many other establishments were packed offering the same car wash services. Until the next phase of the "new norm" I will have to DIY the interior of my vehicle and trust my vacuum and armor all skills are comparable to the car wash professionals. read more

Do not bring your vehicle here, the workers could care less about actually cleaning your car. The automated doors are not properly maintained or managed so if it hits your car, it causes damage. Check your vehicle before leaving the premises, multiple friends have come forward to tell me their horror stories about this location after I posted my incident on social media. The car wash manager said it wasn't their fault, that door was automatic and they wouldn't have taken ownership of the scratches to my car. But I called Elizabeth PD and while I waited for an officer to arrive they changed their mind and gave me a card to a repair shop. Go elsewhere. Do not trust them with your car. 1st and last visit from me and many others after my social media post. I hope this helps others avoid this same situation. read more

I am sad. Sad and Mad. Mad at myself for stopping here two times. The first time i was here I got an oil change. When i arrived the line was long. It was a Saturday so I did expect a long line. When we finally were attended. The rude guy said " Que Quieren" (What do you guys want?" in spanish. I said well an oil change, He said well your car only takes synthetic. Not when there is a big sign that says oil change 25 dollars! The guy said rudely "Oh no your car doesnt meet that standard, your car only takes Synthtic" He said I wont touch your car unless it is synthetic Quieres o no? " Do you want it or not? i said okay fine only because we already had wasted 35 mins waiting and i had the family with me. 75 dollars later the car was ready, and i was given a free car wash. yay so i thought,... I went back for the car was on Sunday. This time i was alone. The carwash is right next to the oil change place. The people working at the car do such a horrible job. They are lazy LAZYYYYY!!!!. They dont care about you. They wash your car in 2 mins. They dont even scrub well, They want to get you out of their faces. They miss so many spots. Horrible horrible service went in for oil change and free car wash. Oil change was not done properly and nothing was refilled as they stated they would. Service was horrible when I went to get car wash right after, they don't enter into van to clean 3rd row or windows, they took out my twins car seats in van and didn't place them back properly when I went to put them back on they rushed me out I placed my phone on car seat and when I went to get my phone cleaner had took my phone. I asked where's my phone? He said he doesn't know told manger at window I was going to call the cops and while I was doing so all of a sudden same person who didn't take it shows up with my phone. If I could give it negative 10 Stars I would. I tried to ask people to hose off my car before they started taking soap and pushing the dirt slush and mud around my vehicle but they had no idea what I was talking about. I would never come back to this hand car wash again or recommend anybody. all the slush and mud on the car these people just scratched my black car and had no idea what I was talking about. You better off going 7 miles out of your way then to deal with these people. read more

I never go on yelp to leave a bad review but this really bothered me. Just like the previous post I have also been going to this place for years and not only that I would brag to my friends and pay the extra as oppose to going to the many other car washes in elizabeth. I am a loyal customer and have been but sad to say i have reached my last visit with Miracle Car Wash. I was highly disappointed with their services over the last year. The quality of their work is nothing like it used to be. My car used to leave there spotless. The outside was great until I got home and noticed spots all over the car from the wheels i guess they didn't spend enough time actually wiping down the car. and how the left the inside truly set me off. spray marks left behind everywhere and smudges on the door. I could of done better myself and like I said I will probably never return. They were once a reputable place and i swore by them and refused to try my friends "spots". read more
