    In a word: ABYSMAL…read more Hopefully, I will never have to use them again. The customer service was terrible. I would have to call four and five times to get through to the service department. I never got through. I would have to call sales and ask them to transfer me. The service was equally disappointing. I came there with a faulty DCM. The first time I bought it in, they disconnected the DCM from the satellite. Two weeks later my battery died again. I brought it back and was told by a very rude and impatient customer service person that the problem was fixed. That the problem was a disconnected wire or something and I could pick up the car. When I went to pick up the car, I met a very nice but uninformed (I'm being polite here) customer service representative sho said that they were ordering another DCM for me but she didn't know why I was told that I could pick up the car. I had to take the car to drive to a new job in Chicago. If I was told that the car was not ready I would have made other plans. I had no choice but to take the car which she said was "fine." The car would run. I realized about a half hour later that my backup camera was disconnected and noticed wires hanging from the drivers side. I made it to Chicago somehow and took up to another Subaru dealer who told me that the DCM was indeed bad and that they disconnected a bunch of stuff when disconnecting the bad DCM. They are replacing the DCM and correcting all the problems Bay Ridge Subaru created. (SEE ATTACHED PHOTO) The Subaru mechanic in Chicago said the wiring inside was a "hot mess." A manager at BayRidge texted me a survey. I sent her the above letter and she NEVER RESPONDED to my concerns. She ghosted me after I followed up on email and text. So after you get crappy service don't expect anyone in management to give a damn. You have been warned! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

She said technician forgot to rotate them and asked how i know?     Brooklyn Chinese Car Broker Danny Lew Accused of Scamming Customers - Turning Car Purchases into…read moreLeases and Stealing Over $400,000 As more victims come forward, it's becoming clear that this is not an isolated incident but a well-planned, systematic scam. We are determined to hold him accountable by organizing a class action lawsuit and working with a legal team to recover our losses and pursue criminal charges. According to reports from the China Press and Sing Tao Daily, a car owner claimed they were scammed by the same Chinese broker, Danny Lew, who tricked them into leasing a car instead of buying it--resulting in a loss of over $27,000. Danny Lew, a Chinese car broker based in Brooklyn, allegedly set up a fraudulent scheme targeting Chinese international students and local Chinese residents. He claimed to help them purchase new cars but instead fabricated fake purchase contracts and forged their signatures. Victims only discovered the fraud after paying significant amounts and receiving the vehicle, only to find out it was a leased car. One of the victims, Ms. Zhou, sought help from the Asian American Community Empowerment (BRACE) group on the afternoon of May 5. According to her account, her husband met Danny Lew back in 2014 through a friend when Lew was still working at a dealership. They purchased cars through him in 2014 and 2018 without issues, which built trust over time. In April 2023, Ms. Zhou decided to trade in her 2018 car for a brand-new Lexus 450e electric vehicle. She contacted Lew again, and he came to pick up her old car, estimating its value at $27,000. He also claimed the new vehicle would qualify for over $7,000 in federal tax credits. They agreed to use the $27,000 from the trade-in as a down payment toward the new car. After deducting the tax credit, the total cost would be around $50,000. Lew later delivered the new car to Ms. Zhou's doorstep. Throughout the entire process, she never received any contracts nor signed any documents. However, she created an online account with the Lexus financing website and made monthly payments, fully believing she had purchased the car. In February this year, a friend from Pennsylvania called and warned her about being scammed by Danny Lew in a similar way--the car they thought they bought turned out to be leased and was repossessed. The friend urged Ms. Zhou to check her own vehicle's status. Alarmed, Ms. Zhou contacted the car finance department and was shocked to learn her vehicle was indeed leased, with a three-year term ending in 2027. She then logged into her account and discovered the same: the car was listed as a lease, not a purchase. Ms. Zhou admitted she had trusted Danny Lew so completely that she never closely examined the account details. After realizing what had happened, she repeatedly contacted Lew. He initially denied everything, then claimed that a different account--one she did not have access to--was used for the purchase. Eventually, he stopped answering her calls entirely. Ms. Zhou now hopes to share her experience publicly to warn others not to fall victim to similar scams. Asian American Community Empowerment President Thomas Chan stated that they have received complaints from at least five individuals who say they were scammed by Danny Lew in a premeditated scheme. BRACE is helping Ms. Zhou file a police report and encouraging other victims to come forward. This will assist the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office in launching a formal investigation and bringing the perpetrator to justice. BRACE's Director of Administration Wang Mengxin added that other victims revealed the broker goes by the name Danny Lew, though he may have a different legal name. They urge anyone who may have been scammed to contact BRACE. Victims can call BRACE at (917) 309-5603 or (929) 999-8800. The organization is located at 476 Bay Ridge Ave, Brooklyn, and is open Monday to Friday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The mechanic refused to take the car to the legal speeds necessary to replicate the issue--despite the fact that there are multiple highways nearby (such as I-95, Garden State Parkway, and I-87) where the speed limit is 65 mph. If the mechanic refuses to drive the car at the required speed, it's either because he's too lazy to do his job or because he already knows the car isn't safe to drive and doesn't want to admit it. Either way, we are left without a working vehicle and no real answers. To make matters worse, we escalated the issue to the General Manager, who was not only completely unhelpful but also condescending throughout the conversation. Instead of taking the situation seriously, he tried to turn this into a sales opportunity rather than actually fixing the problem we already have. We have formally requested all paperwork related to my car's sale, service, and the mechanic's refusal to diagnose the issue properly (which we have not yet received). If this dealership won't take accountability, we will escalate further. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to be ignored, mistreated, and left with an unresolved vehicle issue.

After they were done, and then wiping excess water odd the car, I noticed that one side was still dirty so I asked the worker if they can clean it. He said he did and that's the best they can do, which was pretty crazy. I used my hand and got it off pretty easily but he said they don't do that. So I spoke to the manager and the manager said that they don't do that because it would take them hours to clean that side of the door. I showed them that it was simple to do with just my hand. I even said just give me the towel and I'll do it myself but they wouldn't even do that. I went home. Took a microfiber towel and essentially finished their job to clean off the side of my car. I was just so baffled because it's a car wash so I didn't think I was crazy expecting the car to be clean; and then to show them that it was easy to get out and wasn't anything ridiculous, and they still wouldn't do it. So it just felt like I was burning money and then having to fix their terrible job. I highly DO NOT recommend this place. You can probably do a better job hand washing it yourself than spending your money here.

I've always noticed this place with a few vehicles in line. I have not seen how crazy the lines could get but my wait was fast, only two cars being washed at once. I did avoid this place for a bit due to the scary reviews of improper vehicle handling and complaints but I was still recommended this place by word of mouth. The location was very convenient for me.The prices are not bad and it's really important that the staff doesn't make me feel uncomfortable if anyone here understand what I mean by that. It wasn't the best hand car wash I've had but $50 for the wash/tip got the job done.
