Their labor rates are high and they'll charge a lot of hours for simple work (like a pad change) - call around and find a better indie elsewhere unless you want to light your money on fire. My car just have a minor accident that the fender needs to be change and G and R body shop messed up big time that the sunroof rubber hose wasn't returned properly and it causes flood on the passenger side floor and most of the electronics got damage bcoz of water. I wanted to give a special THANK YOU to Leo. Last week, at my wits-end and my Bimmer in need of some TLC. I scanned goggle in search of a BMW repair shop. Thank God, one of the results was Motorcepts. At 11:30 am, I called the office and explained my situation; and was advised to come right in (explicitly informed no promises to fix the car today). Upon arrival, I went into the main office and was greeted by Leo. Who, honesty stated he was not sure if they could repair my car that day. But, would diagnosis the issue and move on from there. Well, GOD is good. Cause, after about 15 minutes, the matter was reviewed, diagnosed, a good price quoted, and the required time frame to complete the repair (Leo stated car would be ready by 4 pm). I was very happy. At around 12:15 pm, I headed over to Starbucks to relax, eat, and surf the internet. Around 3:45, i headed back to the shop. Upon arrival, Leo greeted me asking how was my time at Starbucks and advised the car was still in "surgery," but should be ready in a few. So, I sat down in their nice and cozy little waiting area. Soon after the other manager offered me coffee and tea :-) About 15 minutes later, Leo said "You're all set." Paid my bill and drove home a "happy camper." I would highly recommend this place to any Bimmer owner. The process was one of the least stressful experiences, I have ever had when dealing with a car repair shop. Been going here since 2013 and I've never had nothing but good services. Only place I go when I need something done. I recently had my twin turbos upgraded and they did a great job. In the processes if they see something else wrong they will call you and let you know as they should in case you want it to be taken care of. Some of these negative reviews are fake as hell with fake names and no photos. Don't be scared to go to this shop! You'll always see negative reviews for everything. Can't satisfy everyone! Best spot to goto for BMW. Well everyone knows BMW dealer charges alot for even the simplest job. I tried saving money going to a different spot and they did a horrible job just changing my lights. There's a reason why people say for BMW's goto the dealer for problems. I realized even for the easiest thing other may think they know what they are doing but at the end will have to pay more to fix what they did. Also getting cheap work done means cheap parts. Well Motorcepts reallllllllly helped me and i felt i can actually trust them. They actually explain clearly what i need and do not try to rip me off. They fixed my lights because problem with oem and added hid fogs and got angel eyes. Some other extra services were given and all at a fair price. If I could give this business a negative star it would be to generous. My son drove his car into the shop to change a belt and was told he needed to all these test to see why it kept slipping. So after 1200.00 dollars to check it out he was then told by the manager he needed 4000.00 worth of work. For a belt??? Really!!! Installed my front bumper properly but when it came to the paint job, LOOKED great at first but then it went to crap. Absolutely no primer/bulldog at all and water was entrapped under the paint. A huge 1x3" section of paint just flaked off and it showed the bumpers plastic within a year. Not to mention that the mold that was put on the lip to the bumper was so thin it just cracked apart. HORRIBLE paint job. Spent close to $500 for garbage. Job was done almost two years ago but now I have to spend money yet again elsewhere to have it done right. read more

GO TO PLACE FOR GERMAN CARS! FRED and LEO are who you should go to for some outstanding knowledge in BMW/AUDI/MERCEDES. They also work well with other European, Asian and American carmakers but the Germans are their speciality. If I'm not wrong, they worked at some big authorized dealerships and know what they're talking about. I see some negative reviews about people who came in for changing their brakes etc. and were told about fixing their engine stuff etc. I mean so? The dealerships do the same. I take my bmw 330 exlusively to Motorcepts to get any work done. Leo, the owner is extremely knowledgeable with cars, and the pricing he gives is extremely fair. I needed to change my Front Control Arm Bearings, and was charged around $200 for the job including the OEM part. The same Job at the BMW dealer would have been OVER $800!!
