I want to make a complain because the workers at this business are legally supposed to work from 8am-5pm. However, they stay after hours and work on the cars. They make a lot of noise and last weekend, a loud dark bmw was going off after 10pm. I have a video and photos and will make a call to 311 for noise complain. I found tyrosport when I was looking to get some work done on my Tiguan and send some emails out to various shops and Mike responded to me. I went and spoke with him and he basically asked me what I wanted out of the car which was completely different than what I thought I wanted. With that being said he did an intercooler, downpipe, Golf R quad exhaust, Bilstein B6 shocks and struts, and an H&R Cup Kit. I absolutely love the work he does and how he explains to me what is better and what is useful as opposed to just taking a payment for something that I was thinking about getting. I went in looking for a spark plug and ignition coil change, APR Stage 2 dual pulley add on to my 2015 Audi S4 and it was done seamlessly in a day. Went to the shop for the first time today and I was lost on the block looking for the shop since there is no big signage (these guys are low key and non-pretentious) on the outside. Very, very impressed for my one visit for Audi repair. Audi air suspension wonderful but notoriously prone to failure and very $$$ at dealer who's inclined I think to replace lots of parts, not just the immediate cause of failure. Going the "correct" dealer way may be worth it for some people. But since this isn't a safety issue I preferred to isolate the real cause and use Arnott (not Audi) parts - which have AT LEAST as good a reputation in this area. Bonus - they warned me coolant and oil were low. And I hadn't even asked them to check. Fair price, friendly prompt service. What else can you ask for? Thank you ! I highly recommend Mike and his team at Tyrol. They are extremely passionate about what they do and very honest. A few positive experiences I can share: -Several years ago, Audi told me I needed to replace my A6 battery. Called Mike and he said it didn't sound right as the battery was still young and under warranty. He was happy to take a look at it but suggested to just to wait and see how it performed over the winter. Of course I had no issues as the battery was totally fine. -Audi suggested rear brakes on my Q7. Mike and his team reviewed the car and said I still had 3 - 6 months left and there was no need to replace at this time. I asked him to move forward with the brake swap as they already had the car for the day. -Mike made a minor calculation error in the bill in my favor. I told him to rerun then bill as they are entitled to the their full bill. He refused and said we take pride in our quotes and that's the way that I run my shop. They made a lifetime customer today.
