The shop is very professional and detailed on the work, Being performed. I was walked through the shop and shown all the vehicles they work on, products and brands they offer. The bonus that I didn't expect was my car was washed after service with high end products it was Adam's polishes, which every enthusiast knows how amazing it is. No more going to the dealership's this is my shop now even though I live in New Jersey I will always make the trip. They gave me an estimated wait time and was very accurate, nice big waiting room with music playing, ice cold water and clean place.

Eric and his team are truly professions. They did a good job on repairing my rims' scratches. Right now my rims just look like new!

Horrible customer service.....overcharging prices... and take way too long to perform any work, just so they charge you more $$ at the end.

The bike shop is under an auto shop/state inspection garage (you can get your state inspection sticker added to service appt) on the corner of Washington & Warburton. About as easy as the Manhattan-Brooklyn ride with little traffic and a much nicer ride along the river. John was responsive on email and got me estimates within a day. Got new tires, fork seals, oil and brake fluid, chain and sprockets. Asked about major bearing clean/lube (headstock, swingarm, hubs) but John put the bike up and reported no play, noise or stiction. On the other hand although my tires had some tread left he caught some early warnings of dry rot. State inspection sticker was added on. Rates are fair, parts and tires shipped overnight and he stuck to the schedule and estimate. CC payment easy through a link in the estimate email. Seems to know Triumphs well, saw Japanese and Euro bikes in the shop. Happy with the service and quality of work at CycleLove.

Small shop that's big on communication and transparency. John is a super chill mechanic who is responsive, honest and efficient. Slip on and regular maintenance job was done right for a fair price and no pretense. John's mellowed out demeanor makes it stress-free ... a real testament to the art and zen of motorcycle maintenance. Will be back for sure.

I just didn't want anyone ending up the way I did right now. I pretty much bought a brand new quad…read morethere to be jetted cuz I got a new Yoshi exhaust and ever since then no power. I've never been so disappointed in any work I've ever had performed. And the lack of caring on their part after they were paid. I'm friends with Chris's brother-in-law Steve, and after the work was completed a while back all I did was call and leave messages. I stopped by randomly when I saw they were open Chris was never there and that's who I want to talk to. I left messages, to this day still got no answers except for when I finally got a hold of someone last week. I told Jose last week what happened last time I brought it there and they said since it was so long ago I'd pretty much have to pay for them to look at it again. So they don't honor their work. Even after I explained I've left several messages for months after I brought my quad there and they never returned my calls once and every time I went there they were closed out riding their bikes. I think they gave their equipment more attention and care than the customers. I think the customers just fund their weekend riding. Cause if they actually cared they wouldn't be saying hey come pay me again and I'll look at it. Not only that but if you brother-in-law send someone to you you usually take care of them. Make sure they're happy with the work . I mean you were highly recommended Chris and I can never get a hold of you ever all I do is get to talk to Jose who apparently does not care at all. The only reason I came there was cause Steve told me go see my brother-in-law. He'll take care of you. There's no one better around here. I'm not going to go complain to Steve because no one offers any sort of help after the fact. If you wanted to make your customers happy you'd return their calls address their concerns my quad would have been picked up since I can't throw it on top of my Honda Accord and you would look at it and fix it for free and I'll get some sort of apology for the miscommunication but that's not the case as of right now. Maybe that will change in the future. I don't think Chris has gotten a single message I've ever left him. It's just sad I like to ride I'm disabled so it's one of the only things that I can do without having to walk for long periods of time and that was taken away from me based on a word of mouth recommendation. Thanks a lot Jose I appreciate you listening last week I'm sure you talked to Chris about it and gave him the message as usual. This review will remain up until I'm contacted and some sort of resolution comes about. In two weeks I'm just going to file a complaint with the better business bureau and consumer affairs. I brought in 100% fully working machine that I could write on two wheels all day I get it back I can't even pop a wheelie and it seems like it's flooding and just pisses out gas like the floats are stuck like the carburetor was not cleaned when they jetted my quad. I got a lot of work done I should have just left it stock because it was running perfectly before they touched it. UPDATE: Chris the owner of Digging Racing sent me a really unprofessional nasty gram which I will post later. The end of it was the message below. "digginracing@optonline.net Never called you a liar. Get the quad to me and I will fix it NO Charge" UPDATE: The following day while I am making arrangements to rent a truck for 100 bucks so I can transport the quad back to Diggin Racing because Chris said he would honor his work and repair my bike that he broke for free he reneges on the deal and emails me this now. UPDATE: "digginracing@optonline.net Actually disregard the prior message except the part that i did not call you a liar. This is how it will go down. I will meet you at Diggin Racing between 4PM-6PM on a specific day when you can drop the quad off. You can call jose @631-588-6558 to confirm which exact day between 4pm-6pm you can be there. At that date i will meet you to discuss your issues and evaluate the machine Regards Chris Shitty Business man

I know nothing about cars & seldom need to use a mechanic / repair shop, so I was looking for a…read moreplace close to Bed Stuy to take my 2007 Lexus that wasn't starting. Plenty of places in Brooklyn have lots of bad reviews, so I went with Malibu due to their lack of abundantly bad reviews. Diagnosed as a rat-chewed wiring harness. Estimated at $390 to fix, which is exactly what I paid. Bit skeptical around how much work/time was actually involved (e.g., I'm a dude who knows nothing about cars & it could have just been a loose ECM wiring plug or a single chewed wire), but at the end of the day, my car is now running perfectly & I didn't have to spend $1k+, so I don't really care how much time actually went into it. Full wiring harness replacements can be thousands of dollars. Also got a tire patched and swapped out for $20, which is cheaper than what a tire repair shop would have charged. Great communication & updates... called in the AM for drop off via tow truck & they promptly kept me updated on progress throughout the day and notified me immediately when my car was ready. Also worth noting (which is pretty reasonable) -- they charge a daily car storage fee once work is done after 24 hours. My dream of not having to deal with street sweeping for a week was unfortunately shattered pretty quickly because they were so quick. Another reason I went with Malibu is because they have a spacious workspace that can hold a lot of cars -- lots of other repair shops have 1-2 lifts in what's effectively a residential sized two car garage. Malibu has a massively sized car warehouse that can hold multiple cars being worked on, and has space for other cars around still. Entire staff is eastern euro (not sure the specific flavor), but they were friendly. I picked my car up right at closing, and got blasted with cig smoke in the garage, which felt appropriate for a car shop closing up for the day. 5/5, would come back!
