His attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding. My system includes an ARC Audio X2 800.8 DSP/amplifier, JL Audio speakers, Infinity speakers, Beyma A-pillar tweeters, a Rockford Fosgate subwoofer, and sound deadening. The installation is exceptionally clean, everything works perfectly, and it looks completely factory. The biggest difference came from Patrick's DSP tuning. He transformed the system into something I honestly didn't think was possible in a RAV4. The soundstage is wide, the vocals are perfectly centered, the bass is tight and controlled, and every instrument is incredibly clear. The music is balanced, detailed, and enjoyable at any volume. Before the tuning I liked my system, but after Patrick finished, it became a completely different experience. I would rate the sound quality a 9.5 out of 10, and it now has the refined, premium sound I was hoping to achieve. My initial impression of the body shop was significantly better than my experience at the service center across the road in terms of personality, attentiveness, and efficiency of the people who work there. The body shop advisor listened to my concerns in a professional and personable manner. I left my car with them uncertain of what to anticipate (I've had a lot of bad auto experiences!). I was able to pick up my car on the day and time we had agreed upon, and the paint job looked great. The bumper, which had been popped out on one side, was *mostly* repaired though was not completely flush with the body. It's not enough to be noticeable by anyone else, and it seemed genuine when I was told that they did the best they could. The guys who worked on my car also left a razor blade near the windshield, and all of the plastic wrapping from painting in the trunk. The body shop advisor was very apologetic. Overall, I feel like I was treated well and I didn't get the runaround in terms of things not being ready on time. If you choose to use their services, I recommend that you ask for Paul (he was great), and to look over the work and your car while it's still in the shop.

Also, their website says they use OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts, but my estimate has non-OEM parts. I didn't realize this when I signed. Had I known they would kidnap my car this way I would have gone elsewhere!

The bad reviews are from 6 or 7 years ago. I had an AWESOME experience when I came to have some lighting work done on my 2020 Range Rover Sport HST. I met with Harry the owner, discussed my needs and he immediately knew what I needed and we set up an appointment. When I came in a few days later Thomas and his coworker were extremely friendly, walked me through the process and kept me in the loop and asking for my input as they did the work. You could tell they were confident in their knowledge and you could tell they had worked on a lot of Range Rovers before. Everything that had to come off, came off and was treated carefully like they were handling an infant. They completed the job in about 2 1/2 hours, were meticulous in all their work, and made everything look like it came from the factory. That included placement of the switches. They work on very high end cars, there were a few new Porche's, a Ferrari, and I know people with Bentley's, Mercedes, and BMW who are extremely happy with their work. They have a great selection of wheels, and can install virtually any vehicle accessory needed. They do wraps, tints, ceramic coating, 3 M clear coat application and much, much more!
