THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP (they 're not even a dealership, this is a car lot). These people are…read moreSCAMMERS AND LIARS. I went there to see a 2018 Subaru WRX . It was listed as $13995. I spoke to Adrian Perez. I couldn't even test drive first. That should have been their first red flag. I should left right then. They tried to sell the car for over $25,000. That's almost double the price of the listing. They charged $4000 for an ADVERTISING FEE. Has anyone ever heard of that? They also charged $3000 for a warranty fee which they said was required by the bank . And a bunch of other fees just to jack up the price . I guess that's the only way they can make money. I finally agreed to $19800 with a 6000 down payment . meaning I would owe 13800. 19800 minus 6000= 13800. when i got home and looked over the paperwork , i noticed i still owed 19800 after the 6000 down payment . when i went back there to clear this up with the manager , after arguing with him for an hour he basically said that i already signed the paperwork and that there was nothing he could do . he even had the audacity to call me a liar. he also said the car was listed as 19000 instead of 13995 . i should have printed out listing so I could shove it in his face. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF FOR A LIVING . THIS CAR LOT NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. Noone should ever buy a car from this place. the manager Peter Sanchez and the salesperson Adrian Perez are both SCAMMERS AND LIARS. DO NOT TRUST THIS RINKY DINK LITTLE CAR LOT CALLED PRICEWISE .(OVERPRICEWISE IS MORE ACCURATE)

I am VERY disappointed with this dishonest so called dealership, it's a ghetto shed that has 4…read moredesks in it with criminals that want to rip you off. There is no customer parking, it's jammed packed with cars that they cannot sell due to their greasy scamming business model. Their cars get stolen off of their lots and they install them with lo-jack that they make the customer pay for their problem. They have an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for a reason! My wife and I drive 3 hours to Price (un)Wise Auto for a Honda CR-V LX (base trim) because their listing price online was $11,795. When we got there, we observed some damage on the vehicle, the rear trunk door was broken and didn't stay open. Even with all of that said, we offered $12,000 cash and since he said that he makes more money financing the deal, I told him that he could have us finance $12,000 which is over the online said list price. The salesman named "Steven G" would not give us "the real" price until the end. He said that the vehicle is $11,795, but you are forced to pay for "Lo-Jack" theft prevention service bc they steal their vehicles off of the lot, and they pass the cost to the potential buyers. So he added $900+ to the fake $11,795 price. Then he added more of the hidden fees being a "PDSI" fee of $2000 and a "destination" fee of $2,000 and a finance fee of an additional $5,000! After speaking with his manager, he came back with the true "out the door" (OTD) price of $18,593! We thought that this would be the case after reading other Google Reviews of this shady place. Before we departed and drove 3 hours in the rain, "Giselle" and "Axel" are the liars that say the online price is real and true and have no hidden fees just to get you in the door. Giselle and Axel aren't even located or work at the dealership site, they are outsourced liars. So no matter what you do, PLEASE DON'T GO TO Price Wise Auto because they will lie and try to scam you! They are all a bunch of liars that will be out to steal as much money as they can from you! Don't waste your time! like we did! These reviews from smart consumers that made that long drive and said no to being scammed! But ultimately wasted their time, money and gas! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

This used car dealer runs their business in a very strange way, shifting their inventory problems…read moreonto customers. I happened to see a 2017 Range Rover they had for sale and went to test drive it, but it turned out the vehicle needed repairs -- there was a strong humming noise from underneath that was clearly felt inside the cabin. I refused to consider it further. A few days later, one of their employees suggested that I pay out of pocket to diagnose the issue with that same 2017 Range Rover. I explained that pushing their problems onto a buyer is unacceptable and frankly ridiculous, especially since the car is advertised as being in proper working condition. Then, a few days later, the same employee called again and said they had another Range Rover, this time a 2018 model. I scheduled a test drive in advance, but when I arrived on the appointed day, an employee named Anton told me the car was supposedly in service. After waiting for some time, it became clear I would not see the vehicle at all, so I left -- having wasted about three hours of my time, as well as money on gas and tolls for the trip there and back. Also, be careful with their pricing -- in both cases, the price listed on their website was about 10% lower than the price they quoted upon arrival.

HONEST REVIEW - PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING…read more The salesman asked me and my fiancé (who was not the buyer) to leave a 5-star review before I even drove the car off the lot. This explains why there are so many 5-star reviews. Do NOT leave a review until the dealership has fulfilled their promises. El vendedor me pidió una reseña de 5 estrellas antes de que yo me llevara el carro. NO LO HAGAS hasta que cumplan con su parte del trato. My experience with BM Motor Cars (Mike Gil & David - Service Director) Friday 10/31 - Initial Visit I went to see a vehicle and immediately noticed: * Tire pressure warning light ON * Strange noises (I suspected alignment issues) I told the salesman Mike Gil, and he told me the issues would be fixed before pickup. Saturday 11/01 - Pickup Day When I arrived, the issues were NOT fixed. Mike then told me the service department was closed on weekends and that I needed to make an appointment with David, the Service Director. Wednesday 11/05 - First Service Visit Before meeting with David, I took the car to a private mechanic. Their diagnostic showed multiple issues. On my way to the dealership, the car began shaking above 30 MPH. I showed David the mechanic's diagnostic. He briefly looked at it and told me he would take care of everything listed. Thursday 11/06 - After First Repair I picked up the car and: * The TPMS light was still on * David told me to "drive it 30 minutes" for the light to go away and it did not go away * The shaking issue was still present 11/21 - Picking Up Plates I told David the problems were still happening. He told me to come back Monday 11/24 at 10 AM. 11/24 - Second Visit I arrived at 10 AM, but David was not there. He called me instead and told me to drive the car to a mechanic 13 minutes away. At the mechanic he sent me to: * They fixed the TPMS light * They discovered the inner tie rod was damaged, the steering rack boot was detached, and told me the vehicle was unsafe to drive in that condition * They also told me they could NOT make that repair there Because of the safety concern, I drove carefully to another mechanic who could fix the issue. I texted David to let him know the car needed to stay at that mechanic. He said he would get back to me once he reached his office. I also messaged Mike Gil asking for a supervisor's email, and I was left on read. Today: 11/26 I have not received any response from anyone. My car is still at the mechanic, and I am paying out of pocket for repairs that should have been addressed before the vehicle was sold. Conclusion Based on my experience: * Promised repairs were not completed * Communication after the sale was poor * The car had serious safety issues that were not properly inspected * I was left without support once I reported problems Please be cautious and make sure all promised repairs are fully completed before finalizing a purchase.

I strongly advise anyone to avoid this dealership…read more I purchased a vehicle here that was listed around $5,000 and was told it was a "good car" with no major issues. That was not accurate at all. After purchasing it, the vehicle became a constant source of problems. Every 2-3 months, new serious issues kept appearing, and it became clear the car had significant underlying mechanical problems that were not properly disclosed or addressed before sale. I am honestly not sure how this vehicle was sold in the condition it was in. In total, I have spent over $5,000 in repairs just to keep the car safe and running. This included engine mounts, major power steering components/valves, and a full brake system replacement (calipers, rotors, pads), along with multiple fluid flushes (brake and power steering). A mechanic later diagnosed a cylinder misfire issue that had not previously shown a check engine light. This raises serious concerns that existing problems may not have been properly identified or visible at the time of purchase. Overall, this has been an extremely expensive and frustrating experience. The vehicle required far more work than was represented, and I feel the condition of the car was significantly misrepresented at the time of sale. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership unless you are prepared for major hidden repair costs after purchase

Buyer Beware So we…read morebought a car from this establishment or more accurately from Rich because he absolutely conned us to trust him and believe that what we were getting was a reliable well cared for vehicle that was not only thoroughly checked by not only his mechanic but Nissan on Rt 22 in Hillside. Well 1 week after the 3 month warranty expired so did the transmission. I outright said to him before we finalized the deal that we were at his mercy and trusted him because we couldn't find a decent car anywhere and felt like we could trust him and he assured us that we could. At no point did he warn us we were taking a risk buying this car actually quite the contrary. Well I reached out to him to tell him about the transmission and at first he acted surprised and said let me see what I can do I'll get back you this afternoon. Well a day went by and when I didn't hear from him I called him back and guess what no answer so I called from a different number and he answered and seemed a little surprised. He said he didn't have a chance to look at the paperwork but would call me back when he did. In the mean time my husband took the car to a mechanic who said the transmission was shot and evidently was not inspected prior to being sold to us because it wasn't just a coincidence. I reached back out to Rich who then proceeded to say that this happens and was unfortunate and 5 different stories about how it happened to him . He then offered us 2 options 1. he can get us a deal on a used transmission for $1800 + labor with another 3 month warranty or 2.a man made rebuilt transmission for $3800 + labor with a 1 year warranty . I gave him the opportunity to make this right,I asked him how as a decent human being he didn't feel somewhat obligated to do the right thing his response was it's unfortunate but nothing he will do outside of the 2 options he gave us. Lesson Learned ....I'll let Karma do the rest!!! Nissan in Springfield is Giving us a New transmission for $4500.
