I am VERY disappointed with this dishonest so called dealership, it's a ghetto shed that has 4…read moredesks in it with criminals that want to rip you off. There is no customer parking, it's jammed packed with cars that they cannot sell due to their greasy scamming business model. Their cars get stolen off of their lots and they install them with lo-jack that they make the customer pay for their problem. They have an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for a reason! My wife and I drive 3 hours to Price (un)Wise Auto for a Honda CR-V LX (base trim) because their listing price online was $11,795. When we got there, we observed some damage on the vehicle, the rear trunk door was broken and didn't stay open. Even with all of that said, we offered $12,000 cash and since he said that he makes more money financing the deal, I told him that he could have us finance $12,000 which is over the online said list price. The salesman named "Steven G" would not give us "the real" price until the end. He said that the vehicle is $11,795, but you are forced to pay for "Lo-Jack" theft prevention service bc they steal their vehicles off of the lot, and they pass the cost to the potential buyers. So he added $900+ to the fake $11,795 price. Then he added more of the hidden fees being a "PDSI" fee of $2000 and a "destination" fee of $2,000 and a finance fee of an additional $5,000! After speaking with his manager, he came back with the true "out the door" (OTD) price of $18,593! We thought that this would be the case after reading other Google Reviews of this shady place. Before we departed and drove 3 hours in the rain, "Giselle" and "Axel" are the liars that say the online price is real and true and have no hidden fees just to get you in the door. Giselle and Axel aren't even located or work at the dealership site, they are outsourced liars. So no matter what you do, PLEASE DON'T GO TO Price Wise Auto because they will lie and try to scam you! They are all a bunch of liars that will be out to steal as much money as they can from you! Don't waste your time! like we did! These reviews from smart consumers that made that long drive and said no to being scammed! But ultimately wasted their time, money and gas! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

What it sounds to me is that Darren cahoots with the finance company and so if you don't finance them they don't make additional money off of you - total scam and I called prior to showing up to confirm when I got there the price was different and they tried to tell me that I had to purchase the low jack and some diamond package both of which were well over $1000 in the end they wanted to sell me a $7000 to $9000 car for $18,000 when all and done with their bullshit, this practice is criminal anybody that buys a car from this used car dealer good luck.

BEWARE THIS DEALERSHIP!! They sold me a car they did not own! Called me a month after I signed the contract to tell me they're unable to register the car because they could not get the title. Even though I was upset I worked with them to return the car. They gave me a refund on the down payment, but they're dragging their feet with paying off the financing which I am still being held responsible for! Moreover, the car is now being sold at another dealership, so now I'm financed for a someone else's car!! Stay away!

I purchased a 2022 Tesla Model 3 from BM Motor Cars as an out-of-state buyer from Ohio, and it…read moreturned into one of the most stressful customer experiences I've ever had. The process started with aggressive sales pressure and constantly changing financial numbers. I was repeatedly told the car was "beyond clean," fully detailed, and inspected before delivery. Delivery was chaotic. I was given multiple delivery dates that changed with little communication, rearranged my work schedule several times to wait for the car, and eventually had to meet the transporter in a public plaza because the truck could not access residential streets. When the car finally arrived, the condition was nowhere near what had been represented. The interior was filthy, trim pieces were detached, there were dents and loose panels, and all four wheels had severe curb rash. Most concerning, one tire had exposed steel cords, and another arrived nearly flat with a slow leak. I immediately had to replace all four tires and get an alignment because the car pulled heavily to the right. I documented everything with photos and contacted the dealership. I was told I would receive reimbursement for part of the tire issue, but that reimbursement never arrived. The problems continued for months afterward because of title and registration issues. I went through multiple temporary tags while repeatedly chasing the dealership for updates just to legally register the car in Ohio. Used cars can have imperfections, and delays happen. I understand that. What I cannot excuse is the combination of pressure tactics, poor communication, misleading descriptions of the vehicle's condition, unresolved reimbursement promises, and months of title issues after the sale. Avoid this place at all costs.

Buyer Beware So we…read morebought a car from this establishment or more accurately from Rich because he absolutely conned us to trust him and believe that what we were getting was a reliable well cared for vehicle that was not only thoroughly checked by not only his mechanic but Nissan on Rt 22 in Hillside. Well 1 week after the 3 month warranty expired so did the transmission. I outright said to him before we finalized the deal that we were at his mercy and trusted him because we couldn't find a decent car anywhere and felt like we could trust him and he assured us that we could. At no point did he warn us we were taking a risk buying this car actually quite the contrary. Well I reached out to him to tell him about the transmission and at first he acted surprised and said let me see what I can do I'll get back you this afternoon. Well a day went by and when I didn't hear from him I called him back and guess what no answer so I called from a different number and he answered and seemed a little surprised. He said he didn't have a chance to look at the paperwork but would call me back when he did. In the mean time my husband took the car to a mechanic who said the transmission was shot and evidently was not inspected prior to being sold to us because it wasn't just a coincidence. I reached back out to Rich who then proceeded to say that this happens and was unfortunate and 5 different stories about how it happened to him . He then offered us 2 options 1. he can get us a deal on a used transmission for $1800 + labor with another 3 month warranty or 2.a man made rebuilt transmission for $3800 + labor with a 1 year warranty . I gave him the opportunity to make this right,I asked him how as a decent human being he didn't feel somewhat obligated to do the right thing his response was it's unfortunate but nothing he will do outside of the 2 options he gave us. Lesson Learned ....I'll let Karma do the rest!!! Nissan in Springfield is Giving us a New transmission for $4500.

He bought his last car before the internet was invented, but now he could do all his research from the comfort of home. In most ways he had already done the ground work, reading Consumer Reports and other comparative reviews, selecting a make, model and approximate year car that he wanted to buy. Then he searched Car Fax and found his car at Metro Auto Exchange. He made an appointment to test drive it, then drove it, fell in love with the car, bought it, and took out a bumper-to-bumper insurance coverage just to be on the safe side. It was an easy deal, no pressure, plenty of time to drive around, the salesman was great! Financing was done before the purchase, although payment in cash was required. 3 months later, he is still super happy with his car and with the shopping experience.
