Matt from Deluxe made the experience of getting in my new Alfa Romeo Stelvio easy. Great selection of pre-owned performance and luxury vehicles in the "candy shop"

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!' No one at Deluxe exhibits any integrity. Once they have your business, they IMMEDIATELY want YOUR REVIEW then THEY'RE DONE with you! Next it's a bunch of LIES and NO SUPPORT if you need them. BETTER READ THE FINE PRINT!!! It's been over a year and I still haven't received my prorated refund from a warranty that I've never used. I decided to post this because these people have decided not to return my emails or phone calls.

This is my third trip and third purchase with Deluxe Auto. I had an opportunity to have a great salesman Wilmer to assist in our purchase. He was professional and informative. Wilmer answered all our questions and guided us with every detail of the process. I will continue to be customer and refer my friends as well. Thank you for once again helping me with my vision.

This is the car that the price was changed 5 time just to get me to pay more, it's a nice looking car though.

Before you read this if you are planning on going to deluxe auto sales you should reconsider. Horrible experience stay away, they made me pay 2,000 just for something I didn't ask for and changed the price mid discussion I ended up buying the car for my son after all to make him happy, although I will never be seen in that building ever again. I am so unhappy with the service and wait time there was no one in the building just me and my son and we had to wait 5 hours to get the paper work.

Met with Shane Henderson and Michael Lao on a Genesis. I FOUND OBD CODE B2474 FOR A STEERING COLUMN MODULE FAULT (see pics). ENSURE YOU SCAN THE OBD on these vehicles before buying them, as they may not be fully repaired when Deluxe offers them for sale. Asked Shane and Michael to have the car diagnosed at the local Genesis dealer and they AGREED (see attached E-mail). While the vehicle was supposedly in dealer service, per Shane, they mysteriously "took a deposit from an out of state customer" to avoid selling it to me (see attached E-mail). The vehicle was still on the website several days later, until I advised the owner (Danny Sanchez) of the consumer affairs violations per N.J. Admin Code 13:45A and the NJ Consumer Fraud Act 58:1. TO BOOT, vehicle also 1013 MORE miles than it was advertised with. They never advised me. Scammy. Sanchez immediately became frustrated and advised me to "ask Trump" (I don't even know what he's talking about) and stated the salesman needed "to take a shower" after I looked at the vehicle. I don't know if this guy is drunk or high or just mental? I attempted to reason with him to make amends, but he was committed to being frustrated over the apparent attempt to deceive me. He also owns Bridgewater Kia.

1st thing, if you visit this place, make sure you ask for Charles! He is fantastic and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. He even took the time to mail my Gucci sunglasses to my house that I left in my trade-in. This Location: PRO's The inside of this business is clean and comfortable!, Large welcome desk as soon as you walk in, and I'm not sure of her name, the woman at the desk was BEAUTIFUL! ;-) The back area with all of the cars looks terrific!, straight from a movie scene! Made me feel as if this place was an invite-only! The vehicles had a well-kept appearance, and I was able to sit in my dream car, C8 (I can't wait to catch it at the regular price!) Cons......... Not much, but this is why I can't give 5 stars.... I came here preapproved for 120K and chose the GLC AMG 43 just shy of 100K. I went preapproved, so I could get in and out; I think I was there entirely too long after we all agreed on the numbers. I fell for the "If we can get you a lower rate, would you take it" trick every dealership plays! Unfortunately, Deluxe auto does this too! I understand the process if they get you to finance with them, the more money they get in the long run, buuuuutttttt, if you want to be the best dealership and carry that reputation, I highly recommend stopping asking people that question. I have to wait two years for that HARD pull to be removed! (I was told it was going to be a soft pull... NO, ITS NOT!) One last thing.... This was the most expensive vehicle I purchased; I'm sure this place has celebrities with millions of dollars coming in and out, so some young dude buying a 100K vehicle isn't too special around there.... But for the little folks like myself and others, I think the Deluxe team should come together and congratulate the buyer or something.. Ringing a bell for every car sold or something. It was like I was at the DMV, with no reaction from anyone!!!!!

There is no customer parking, it's jammed packed with cars that they cannot sell due to their greasy scamming business model. Their cars get stolen off of their lots and they install them with lo-jack that they make the customer pay for their problem. They have an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for a reason! My wife and I drive 3 hours to Price (un)Wise Auto for a Honda CR-V LX (base trim) because their listing price online was $11,795. When we got there, we observed some damage on the vehicle, the rear trunk door was broken and didn't stay open. Even with all of that said, we offered $12,000 cash and since he said that he makes more money financing the deal, I told him that he could have us finance $12,000 which is over the online said list price. The salesman named "Steven G" would not give us "the real" price until the end. He said that the vehicle is $11,795, but you are forced to pay for "Lo-Jack" theft prevention service bc they steal their vehicles off of the lot, and they pass the cost to the potential buyers. So he added $900+ to the fake $11,795 price. Then he added more of the hidden fees being a "PDSI" fee of $2000 and a "destination" fee of $2,000 and a finance fee of an additional $5,000! After speaking with his manager, he came back with the true "out the door" (OTD) price of $18,593! We thought that this would be the case after reading other Google Reviews of this shady place. Before we departed and drove 3 hours in the rain, "Giselle" and "Axel" are the liars that say the online price is real and true and have no hidden fees just to get you in the door. Giselle and Axel aren't even located or work at the dealership site, they are outsourced liars. So no matter what you do, PLEASE DON'T GO TO Price Wise Auto because they will lie and try to scam you! They are all a bunch of liars that will be out to steal as much money as they can from you! Don't waste your time! like we did! These reviews from smart consumers that made that long drive and said no to being scammed! But ultimately wasted their time, money and gas! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

What it sounds to me is that Darren cahoots with the finance company and so if you don't finance them they don't make additional money off of you - total scam and I called prior to showing up to confirm when I got there the price was different and they tried to tell me that I had to purchase the low jack and some diamond package both of which were well over $1000 in the end they wanted to sell me a $7000 to $9000 car for $18,000 when all and done with their bullshit, this practice is criminal anybody that buys a car from this used car dealer good luck.

Then he searched Car Fax and found his car at Metro Auto Exchange. He made an appointment to test drive it, then drove it, fell in love with the car, bought it, and took out a bumper-to-bumper insurance coverage just to be on the safe side. It was an easy deal, no pressure, plenty of time to drive around, the salesman was great! I strongly advise anyone to avoid this dealership…read more I purchased a vehicle here that was listed around $5,000 and was told it was a "good car" with no major issues. That was not accurate at all. After purchasing it, the vehicle became a constant source of problems. Every 2-3 months, new serious issues kept appearing, and it became clear the car had significant underlying mechanical problems that were not properly disclosed or addressed before sale. I am honestly not sure how this vehicle was sold in the condition it was in. In total, I have spent over $5,000 in repairs just to keep the car safe and running. This included engine mounts, major power steering components/valves, and a full brake system replacement (calipers, rotors, pads), along with multiple fluid flushes (brake and power steering). A mechanic later diagnosed a cylinder misfire issue that had not previously shown a check engine light. This raises serious concerns that existing problems may not have been properly identified or visible at the time of purchase. Overall, this has been an extremely expensive and frustrating experience. The vehicle required far more work than was represented, and I feel the condition of the car was significantly misrepresented at the time of sale. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership unless you are prepared for major hidden repair costs after purchase
