Zero customer service, very unfriendly staff. they trying to act like they're busy, but really they're just on their phones. instead of it better clean up your dealership. There are expensive cars there, but the showroom is very dirty, the ceiling is dirty, the glass and doors are greasy. I highly recommend visiting this place if you want to spoil your mood and waste your time!

ENSURE YOU SCAN THE OBD on these vehicles before buying them, as they may not be fully repaired when Deluxe offers them for sale. Asked Shane and Michael to have the car diagnosed at the local Genesis dealer and they AGREED (see attached E-mail). While the vehicle was supposedly in dealer service, per Shane, they mysteriously "took a deposit from an out of state customer" to avoid selling it to me (see attached E-mail). The vehicle was still on the website several days later, until I advised the owner (Danny Sanchez) of the consumer affairs violations per N.J. Admin Code 13:45A and the NJ Consumer Fraud Act 58:1. Sanchez immediately became frustrated and advised me to "ask Trump" (I don't even know what he's talking about) and stated the salesman needed "to take a shower" after I looked at the vehicle. I don't know if this guy is drunk or high or just mental? I attempted to reason with him to make amends, but he was committed to being frustrated over the apparent attempt to deceive me. He also owns Bridgewater Kia.

I am VERY disappointed with this dishonest so called dealership, it's a ghetto shed that has 4…read moredesks in it with criminals that want to rip you off. There is no customer parking, it's jammed packed with cars that they cannot sell due to their greasy scamming business model. Their cars get stolen off of their lots and they install them with lo-jack that they make the customer pay for their problem. They have an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for a reason! My wife and I drive 3 hours to Price (un)Wise Auto for a Honda CR-V LX (base trim) because their listing price online was $11,795. When we got there, we observed some damage on the vehicle, the rear trunk door was broken and didn't stay open. Even with all of that said, we offered $12,000 cash and since he said that he makes more money financing the deal, I told him that he could have us finance $12,000 which is over the online said list price. The salesman named "Steven G" would not give us "the real" price until the end. He said that the vehicle is $11,795, but you are forced to pay for "Lo-Jack" theft prevention service bc they steal their vehicles off of the lot, and they pass the cost to the potential buyers. So he added $900+ to the fake $11,795 price. Then he added more of the hidden fees being a "PDSI" fee of $2000 and a "destination" fee of $2,000 and a finance fee of an additional $5,000! After speaking with his manager, he came back with the true "out the door" (OTD) price of $18,593! We thought that this would be the case after reading other Google Reviews of this shady place. Before we departed and drove 3 hours in the rain, "Giselle" and "Axel" are the liars that say the online price is real and true and have no hidden fees just to get you in the door. Giselle and Axel aren't even located or work at the dealership site, they are outsourced liars. So no matter what you do, PLEASE DON'T GO TO Price Wise Auto because they will lie and try to scam you! They are all a bunch of liars that will be out to steal as much money as they can from you! Don't waste your time! like we did! These reviews from smart consumers that made that long drive and said no to being scammed! But ultimately wasted their time, money and gas! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

What it sounds to me is that Darren cahoots with the finance company and so if you don't finance them they don't make additional money off of you - total scam and I called prior to showing up to confirm when I got there the price was different and they tried to tell me that I had to purchase the low jack and some diamond package both of which were well over $1000 in the end they wanted to sell me a $7000 to $9000 car for $18,000 when all and done with their bullshit, this practice is criminal anybody that buys a car from this used car dealer good luck.

He bought his last car before the internet was invented, but now he could do all his research from the comfort of home. In most ways he had already done the ground work, reading Consumer Reports and other comparative reviews, selecting a make, model and approximate year car that he wanted to buy. Then he searched Car Fax and found his car at Metro Auto Exchange. He made an appointment to test drive it, then drove it, fell in love with the car, bought it, and took out a bumper-to-bumper insurance coverage just to be on the safe side. It was an easy deal, no pressure, plenty of time to drive around, the salesman was great! Financing was done before the purchase, although payment in cash was required. 3 months later, he is still super happy with his car and with the shopping experience.

I strongly advise anyone to avoid this dealership…read more I purchased a vehicle here that was listed around $5,000 and was told it was a "good car" with no major issues. That was not accurate at all. After purchasing it, the vehicle became a constant source of problems. Every 2-3 months, new serious issues kept appearing, and it became clear the car had significant underlying mechanical problems that were not properly disclosed or addressed before sale. I am honestly not sure how this vehicle was sold in the condition it was in. In total, I have spent over $5,000 in repairs just to keep the car safe and running. This included engine mounts, major power steering components/valves, and a full brake system replacement (calipers, rotors, pads), along with multiple fluid flushes (brake and power steering). A mechanic later diagnosed a cylinder misfire issue that had not previously shown a check engine light. This raises serious concerns that existing problems may not have been properly identified or visible at the time of purchase. Overall, this has been an extremely expensive and frustrating experience. The vehicle required far more work than was represented, and I feel the condition of the car was significantly misrepresented at the time of sale. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership unless you are prepared for major hidden repair costs after purchase
