Just bought my bmw 328i here at Richmond Enterprise last week and I can't keep from raving about…read morewhat a great deal I got!! The car is used 2007 but drives like brand new, Absolutely spotless interior with sparkling, no damage exterior! My Bf is a mechanic and he said the engine and all mechanics of the car is in great condition. Looking at all the cars in the lot, the prices are very low for these luxury cars. I spoke with John who made all the paperwork and transactions simple and quick. He was easy to speak to and really went out of the way to make things work out for me so that I can take home my dream car. On the first visit I realized the radio was not working but two days later he made good on his promise and it was fully functioning. I drove it out of the lot that day :) All in all, the guys there made the scary idea of making such a big purchase easy and stressfree. I'm am more than satisfied with my Bimmer and the price paid! I would recommend Richmond Enterprise to anybody looking for a luxury car without spending the big bucks!!

Easiest, most stress-free car buying experience I've ever had!…read more I bought a 2003 Nissan Xterra last month at Richmond Enterprises. John the owner is very professional with a relaxed, humble personality which is everything opposite of what I know about used car salesmen. He has great quality cars with good CarFaxs on his lot and they also do all mechanic work on site. When I went to test drive the Xterra the battery was dead and the right rear tire was bald. John made sure that both were replaced when I came to finalize paperwork. I would absolutely come back here next time I'm looking for a vehicle and definitely recommend him to anyone.

I am VERY disappointed with this dishonest so called dealership, it's a ghetto shed that has 4…read moredesks in it with criminals that want to rip you off. There is no customer parking, it's jammed packed with cars that they cannot sell due to their greasy scamming business model. Their cars get stolen off of their lots and they install them with lo-jack that they make the customer pay for their problem. They have an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for a reason! My wife and I drive 3 hours to Price (un)Wise Auto for a Honda CR-V LX (base trim) because their listing price online was $11,795. When we got there, we observed some damage on the vehicle, the rear trunk door was broken and didn't stay open. Even with all of that said, we offered $12,000 cash and since he said that he makes more money financing the deal, I told him that he could have us finance $12,000 which is over the online said list price. The salesman named "Steven G" would not give us "the real" price until the end. He said that the vehicle is $11,795, but you are forced to pay for "Lo-Jack" theft prevention service bc they steal their vehicles off of the lot, and they pass the cost to the potential buyers. So he added $900+ to the fake $11,795 price. Then he added more of the hidden fees being a "PDSI" fee of $2000 and a "destination" fee of $2,000 and a finance fee of an additional $5,000! After speaking with his manager, he came back with the true "out the door" (OTD) price of $18,593! We thought that this would be the case after reading other Google Reviews of this shady place. Before we departed and drove 3 hours in the rain, "Giselle" and "Axel" are the liars that say the online price is real and true and have no hidden fees just to get you in the door. Giselle and Axel aren't even located or work at the dealership site, they are outsourced liars. So no matter what you do, PLEASE DON'T GO TO Price Wise Auto because they will lie and try to scam you! They are all a bunch of liars that will be out to steal as much money as they can from you! Don't waste your time! like we did! These reviews from smart consumers that made that long drive and said no to being scammed! But ultimately wasted their time, money and gas! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I strongly advise anyone to avoid this dealership…read more I purchased a vehicle here that was listed around $5,000 and was told it was a "good car" with no major issues. That was not accurate at all. After purchasing it, the vehicle became a constant source of problems. Every 2-3 months, new serious issues kept appearing, and it became clear the car had significant underlying mechanical problems that were not properly disclosed or addressed before sale. I am honestly not sure how this vehicle was sold in the condition it was in. In total, I have spent over $5,000 in repairs just to keep the car safe and running. This included engine mounts, major power steering components/valves, and a full brake system replacement (calipers, rotors, pads), along with multiple fluid flushes (brake and power steering). A mechanic later diagnosed a cylinder misfire issue that had not previously shown a check engine light. This raises serious concerns that existing problems may not have been properly identified or visible at the time of purchase. Overall, this has been an extremely expensive and frustrating experience. The vehicle required far more work than was represented, and I feel the condition of the car was significantly misrepresented at the time of sale. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership unless you are prepared for major hidden repair costs after purchase

Buyer Beware So we…read morebought a car from this establishment or more accurately from Rich because he absolutely conned us to trust him and believe that what we were getting was a reliable well cared for vehicle that was not only thoroughly checked by not only his mechanic but Nissan on Rt 22 in Hillside. Well 1 week after the 3 month warranty expired so did the transmission. I outright said to him before we finalized the deal that we were at his mercy and trusted him because we couldn't find a decent car anywhere and felt like we could trust him and he assured us that we could. At no point did he warn us we were taking a risk buying this car actually quite the contrary. Well I reached out to him to tell him about the transmission and at first he acted surprised and said let me see what I can do I'll get back you this afternoon. Well a day went by and when I didn't hear from him I called him back and guess what no answer so I called from a different number and he answered and seemed a little surprised. He said he didn't have a chance to look at the paperwork but would call me back when he did. In the mean time my husband took the car to a mechanic who said the transmission was shot and evidently was not inspected prior to being sold to us because it wasn't just a coincidence. I reached back out to Rich who then proceeded to say that this happens and was unfortunate and 5 different stories about how it happened to him . He then offered us 2 options 1. he can get us a deal on a used transmission for $1800 + labor with another 3 month warranty or 2.a man made rebuilt transmission for $3800 + labor with a 1 year warranty . I gave him the opportunity to make this right,I asked him how as a decent human being he didn't feel somewhat obligated to do the right thing his response was it's unfortunate but nothing he will do outside of the 2 options he gave us. Lesson Learned ....I'll let Karma do the rest!!! Nissan in Springfield is Giving us a New transmission for $4500.

I purchased a vehicle back in August of 2019 and I waited 6 months before posting this review so I…read morecan give it a fair and honest review. With that said here is my review. The head gasket on my car blew so I went on Facebook and noticed there was ads for zero money down and $99 a week (which I knew was bull, but I have money and I'm smart enough to know it's a sales thing to capture customers). So I inquired about a vehicle they were advertising on Facebook through their website. Within hours I got a phone call and went down to see the vehicle. I put in a credit application before I even went down so I could be a head of the game and didn't care if I got approved because I was going to buy the car either way with cash, but when I was approved for the car loan with a great interest rate I decided to go that route. As they were finishing up my paperwork the cars salesman Ibrahim Suliman told me the air conditioning needed to be refilled but it's not a problem and they were going to fix it for me the following Tuesday. To me that wasn't a problem, because the salesman Ibrahim said I would have a couple days to drive the vehicle around and they would fix anything that needed to be fixed on it. Sounded like a great deal. An hour or so later I got called into the finance office where the finance guy told me I had to go to the Irvington office to finish up my purchase because I can get a better deal there. As fishy as that sounded I just wanted to get my car and be on my way so I went to the Irvington office, while there the finance manager from that branch told me I was not obligated to purchase all the extra warranty's and gap insurance that the first office in linden was forcing me to purchase. As I'm finishing up the deal in the Irvington office the original manager from the Linden office calls over on speaker phone and tells the other manager to make sure I get the supreme warranty. I found it super shady and didn't understand why he would do that because he already had the sale so I know he doesn't car what happens to the car and me after. That was until I got in the vehicle and noticed a couple things. The air conditioning didn't work, the car shook dangerously when stopping, and the car was really loud from the exhaust area upon start up. (All things in which I could fix not major issues). The issue was when I brought it to their the mechanic as they instructed across street from their facility, he only wanted to fix the Air conditioning and when I explained all the other problems the gentlemen responds "what do you expect the car was probably a rental and got the piss beat out of it and used cheap parts". Uneasy I called the dealer and they told me don't worry about it They will call the mechanic he will fix it. I get the car back and the AC works great but I noticed he only resurfaced the rotors and the noise still remained and a slight shake. At that point I was irritated so out of pocket I took it to my mechanic and got it done the right way. A month goes by and I get a call from the dealer telling me if the warranty company calls me to tell them that I approved the mechanic to fix my car. Confused it all started to make sense to me why they wanted me to buy the warranty. I explained to the dealer what happened and he told me he would call me back and never did. However, I soon figured out my warranty was used to fix a problem that existed long before the vehicle was sold to me, which is shady business. I was going to come back and purchase an other vehicle for my wife but after my experience I wouldn't go back there. The other thing is they were trying to pressure me to give a video testimony that they are great and my experience was great before I even left the lot. This is why I wait six months before posting a review so I give an honest and fair review. This was just my experience, and my honest review. The staff there is super friendly and professional and they have a great selection of vehicles, but they are a bit pricey for what they offer. If you do your research before you sign anything you'll be fine, just make sure you don't sign anything until your sure what you are buying. Great place, great selection, just test drive and crunch numbers before you go there. Also don't think your driving out of the place without a hefty down payment... the zero down and $99 a month doesn't exist...even after I offered a down payment with all the attachment fees, taxes, title, and extra I ended up doubling the amount I was going to put down.
