Don't buy a used car here. I was intrigued on a used car 2022 Volkswagen to be exact. It had minor damage to the front left bumper and they would still not negotiate the MSRP at all. It did have options in it like a sunroof, heated seats, etc. but for that trim and for an accident to be big enough to be caught on a Carfax, they were not willing to negotiate even with me putting 4000 down. I went to another dealership nearby and that same day I was able to negotiate a newer car, WITH LESS options in it for a much better deal 2024 Elantra to be exact. This may be a bit long - but stick with me. I want to start with - this review is four stars only because I can only speak to the service and parts, not sales. I purchased a 2020 XT5 from another used car dealer down the road from Crown Cadillac. It seemed like everything went well but less than a week into the car I had an issue. Trying to work with the dealership was torture. (details of that are for a different review). I did the research myself and found what was wrong with the car. I printed out the GM service bulletin on it and gave it to them even! I finally got a call from them that they were going to bring it to Crown for repairs. They said "they" were going to do everything t "make it perfect for you". I asked for daily updates and borrowed a car to get back and forth to work since they said they could not provide a loaner. Almost a week into the repairs I had heard nothing so I just called directly to Crown. I ended up speaking with John. From the start he was great. He explained what was going on, the part that needed to be ordered, and yes, my service bulletin was correct. But it would be almost another week! When I sighed and said I didn't know what to do as I borrowed a car for a week and would not have it to get to work the following week, John graciously told me to come in and get a loaner from him. Now honestly, I thought they would put me in a little beater car they kept as a loan out - John was so friendly when I got in, and then told me.....my car had a Cadillac Certified Pre-Owned warranty! The dealer who sold it to me didn't tell me that, and made me think he was paying for the repairs and tried to sell me a warranty!! Then John put me in a brand new, 2024 XT5 with barely 700 miles on it as the loaner!! A short few days later I heard back that they found a small leak in the radiator, and they were replacing that as well. When I mentioned a silly thing like my cup holder cover not working - they replaced the entire assembly! John called me on a Thursday to tell me the car was done and I could pick it up after 2 pm - but I was at work, and wouldn't get home until after they closed - so we settled on Saturday morning. John greeted my husband and me as we came in - he advised me my warranty is good for another year, and if I wanted, in 10 months or so he would introduce me to the gentleman there to work out an extended warranty plan with. I told him there were some accessories I was looking for so he walked us back to Mike in parts. Mike worked to find exactly what I was looking for with no pressure. John gave me my fob and we were on our way. The car is running perfectly, and Crown has made a new loyal customer. Maybe in about 2 years, I'll try the sales department! read more

Mauro DiGeseppi is the rudest man I ever met customer service the only thing this man is good at is making the customers go somewhere else they had my car for 9 weeks this customer service representative did not say I'm sorry he came out with a smug intimidating face and stood their arguing with us. I had been planning to change how I was buying my car and I wanted my wife to see plus I wanted her to have her name on the legal documents in case I was not able to do it. She met Craig who had sold me my last car and I wanted her to see it was a very quick process and to see how I always got it done. She likes SUV so we informed Craig what we wanted and after a few minutes, Craig showed some pictures of what we were interested in and then we went on a very nice test drive and my wife was totally impressed and I was quite happy too. I recently serviced my Cadillac Escalade at this location. I have been coming here for about 3 years now. The truck needed half of the engine replaced. Lifters, cam shaft and a few other things. $7000 in repairs. I had to wait 2 months for parts but that's out of everyone hands. Once they started to work on the vehicle the real issues started. They damaged the spark plug wires and told me I had to pay for them. $200 and purchased new ones. The truck was in the shop for about a month. Once the truck was done I picked it up. Once I left at the first traffic light I stopped at it stalled out. Check engine light turned on. Somethings not right. Every time I stopped it stalled out. I brought it back the next day and after they examined it I was left with a $200 plus bill. Strange but I paid and left. 3 days later again. Check engine light again. Now its the cam shaft sensor. They just replaced the entire cam shaft. Why wouldn't they put a new sensor in. They said it was corrosion. Corrosion happens after a few months not days. Especially that they just repaired the cam shaft. Again another bill. I paid and before I left I noticed a few big scratches on my hood. The truck is wrapped so there is no repairing it. The film needs to be replaced. I was not leaving quietly this time. I spoke with the service manager. He immediately denied they did it without looking at cameras or discussing it with his techs who worked on the car. He started to walk away and I stopped him. I explained everything to him. I explained that before I left the service advisor walked around my truck to see if there are any damages and the hood was clean of any defects. Also every time I come there for service I say no car wash. I want to avoid these types of issues. The service manager Mauro got to his senses and said provide me with a estimate for repairs and he will get me reimbursed. As I was walking away he quietly said after this we are done. I just had $7000 plus of repairs and you don't want my future business over a issue you guys created and for a few hundred bucks loose a customer for life. I provided him with the estimate and then he went to play detective and called the wrap shop to get pricing and then disclosed himself and the situation with my truck to negotiate the bill down. Funny guy. I spoke with Mauro again and now he wants to see proof of payment. I sent him a email with a picture of the proof of payment. Then he responds that he wants to see my account statement that the wrap shop cashed or deposited the check. I was very uncomfortable with that but did so. After showing that proof he never got back to me. 4 emails later and we are here showing the world what transpired. My family purchased cars here since the 90s and I was planning on talking to there sales team about getting a new Escalade V. That's not happening anymore. There service manager needs to get with the times and sharpen his customer service skills. Get out the chair or get with it. I wont be returning here anytime soon. read more

Upon picking up my car from service, the my license plate holder (the RHO plate holder) was wedged into my bumper. When I showed this to the service advisor, John O'Carroll, the first words he said was 'we're not liable,' and that's not even a standard license plate holder. I was livid at this point. It came to the point that it seemed to be my fault that I had a different license plate holder. Does it matter, what holds my license plate? If I had the regular, standard license holder and came back in pieces and wedged into my bumper, would it matter? He said he spoke to his service manager and was given the same response afterwards. After this experience, I will not recommend Crown Cadillac to anyone. And this place was even recommended to me. read more

My family bought a pre-owned SRX from Crown Cadillac two years ago, and my experience from the sales side to the service side have been great. The sales specialist Mr. Jeff Pate was very pleasant to deal with. Mr. Pate was straight forward, friendly, and was helpful to get us a fair deal on our vehicle. There were no sales pressure tactics here. I was so impressed by how we were treated during the sale that we decided to use Crown's Service Department for the SRX and our old Escalade, even though there are a couple of other Cadillac dealerships more convenient to my home. Crown Cadillac's Service Department was just as customer service focused as its sales side. The service and treatment I receive the past two years are consistently exceptional. I specially want to recognize Mr. John O'Carroll in the Service Department for providing such a high level of customer service every time I deal with him. I get the sense that the rest of the service staff is also very good, but Mr. O'Carroll clearly works to ensure that his customers are well taken care of and satisfied with how they are treated. Just as the sales side, there are no high pressure tactics to do work that may not be needed. They are straight forward with what service you may need, and it's up to you to decide what work you want done. And the pricing seems reasonable. As far as I'm concerned, Crown Cadillac has earned high marks, and I don't take that lightly. Certainly it's how a dealership representing a luxury brand like Cadillac should operate. read more
