    UPDATE ONE WEEK AFTER LEASE 4/5: On April 5th, shortly after having my lease for a week and a few days, I received service notifications along with a high voltage system alert. I promptly contacted my sales representative and shared pictures of the issue. It remains unclear whether he was genuinely concerned or simply attempting to downplay my worries regarding my 2024 Honda Prologue. Given that this is a common problem associated with this model, I am uncertain why I was not informed about it prior to my purchase. When acquiring this vehicle, I expected it to be entirely reliable and safe for both myself and my young child. On Monday, April 7th, I will write an updated review regarding how this major inconvenience was managed, specifically addressing whether I was provided with a courtesy vehicle or a rental in lieu of the manufacturer's defect. Written before manufacture defect: I had the best experience with Terrence McClain i came in upside down with my ford explorer ever other dealership wanted 8k he got me into a new lease and i love my prologue and got tints the same day if your situation is a little complicated trust me they will help you no matter what fair and professional i'll always go back to vip

    This is the worst Honda you can ever go to. They are never polite, the service team doesn't even give you a smile when you enter the service office, at times they don't even say hello. Some of the service team are racist towards black and hispanic customers. You take your car for service and they lie what they worked on so they can make more money. Even when purchasing a car, they put extra things in your contract totaling in thousands of dollars and whats worse is without them telling you. Watch out for fake signatures that they do without your knowledge and this happens with finance managers. Other Hondas treat the customers with more respect and make them feel welcomed but this V.I.P Honda in North Plainfield is the worst i have ever been to.

    I bought a new car from them. I contacted them through the US news true car program and their advertised price was the best. When I went to the dealership , I met with their sales agent KJ. they offered me the advertised price without any question. KJ even helped me get a slightly better price. I have visited quite a few dealerships in the last 3-4 weeks. This was by far my best experience. I think I could have shopped around and saved a few hundred more, but I really appreciated how KJ was not trying to force me into anything or pressuring me to do anything. So the combination of KJ + the exact car I wanted (trim + color + package) made me sign for the car. I'll recommend VIP Honda, especially KJ, wholeheartedly to any friend/ family member who wants to buy a Honda.

    Absolutely terrible experience. Avoid this dealership at all costs…read more I brought my Ford F-150 to Liccardi Ford for a transmission issue and clearly stated that I had insurance coverage. I spoke with the service manager, Harold King, who told me I needed a new transmission and an oil leak repair. I agreed, expecting the process to move forward promptly. That did not happen. A full week went by with zero communication. When I finally called, I was told the insurance adjuster had only come out the day before--something that typically happens within 24-48 hours. So clearly, my vehicle sat there for an entire week with nothing being done. From there, it only got worse. The dealership appeared to inflate pricing despite the insurance company already providing estimates. Getting any kind of update was nearly impossible--calls and texts were ignored, and the service manager was completely unresponsive and unhelpful. After a week and a half, I was told they were still "working out numbers," now considering used parts. Let me be clear: no repairs had been started at all. My truck was just sitting in their lot the entire time. At that point, I had enough and went to pick up my vehicle--only to be charged $250 for a diagnostic that I still have not even received. To make matters worse, it's obvious why this place has such a low rating. They have wide-open, even same-day service appointments available, while every other Ford dealership has at least a one-week wait. That should tell you everything you need to know. This place is disorganized, unprofessional, and completely lacking in communication or accountability. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration--go anywhere else.
