Stevie, introduced himself and assured me that if i/we (my partner and I) came to them, that they'd guarantee us a great experience with the right car and the right price. My partner and I went there on Saturday 11/19/16 around 4:00 p.m.
When we got there we waited awhile. They have a very nice, decorative, organized and welcoming lobby. They have a coffee, tea, water and snack counter to keep you nourished while you waited. After an hour or so, we were told to go to Anna's
Office, who was the manager and another broker.
Anna's energy was positive from the beginning. She was extremely knowledgeable about cars, financing, and had incredible insight in taking the best route for our budget.
We wanted to buy a car in cash right out but when she heard our long term plans and goal in wanting to invest in a really good vehicle that would last us essentially our lifespan- she advised us in getting a new 2016 nissan (which we told we were interested in a Nissan Altima). She knows of a place that could get us a powertrain/engine lifetime warranty on any brand new Nissan. Let me tell you- no other place will ever ever offer this kind of warranty.
After negotiating, revising, reflecting, back and forth with Anna, we decided we wanted to go forward with a 2017 Nissan Rogue. Anna told us that she will find us exactly what we wanted by Monday morning.
On Sunday, I texted Anna (though she's off on Sunday), that I've been doing research on the exact Nissan Rogue that we wanted. We told her we wanted a 2017 Nissan all black Nissan Rogue with the family package (includes third row) and premier package (all view camera, navigation, etc). She told us, "I got you, no worries."
Long and behold, Monday morning at 11am, we got a phone call from Anna telling us she's been in touch with the dealer and asked if we could go to the Nissan Dealer in Queens (hillside) to check out a few Nissans to know exactly what we wanted.
We got there around 2:30 p.m and was greeted by Arnold, a very nice salesman on the floor and. By Igal, an older gentleman that works with Anna. After checking out a few Nissan, we were told that all the Nissan rouge with the family package was sold out :(. We were extremely disappointed. However, Arnold being a great and intuitive sales-rep, took 45-1hr going through the inventory thoroughly one more time and found 1 left!!! We were excited.
In a matter of two hours. The car was driven to the dealership from Belmont, inspected, cleaned, serviced, all while Anna was handling paperwork from the bank, car insurance and paperwork with Igal. Anna DID everything. My partner and I literally just sat there while everything was being done between Anna, the bank, Nissan (Igal and Arnold) and car insurance. She was cracking down numbers for us to make sure we were staying within budget.
By 6:00pm- my partner and I signed and did all the paperwork that were all done collaboratively with Anna and Nissan- all DMV papers and plates done at Nissan- and we drove away happy. We drove away in 2017 all grey Nissan Rogue with the family package and premier package, with only 10 miles, $135 for full coverage car insurance (yup $135- no error), powertrain lifetime warranty and an additional
Lifetime warranty bumper to bump up to 100,000 miles!
We love our new car! We can't wait to drive it home to RI for thanksgiving!!
I highly recommend this place. We walked in Saturday and left with a car the very next Monday. If the Elite place was open Sunday, we would have probably gotten our Car Sunday! That's how efficient Anna was!!
