Instead of taking responsibility and properly resolving the situation, the dealership refused to give me a refund and offered me a ridiculous amount to take the car back. Their handling of this entire situation has been extremely disappointing. I have been left dealing with repeated breakdowns, unsuccessful repairs, and a dealership that has failed to provide a satisfactory resolution. I have filed formal complaints with the appropriate agencies. I would never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Based on my experience, I strongly caution others to think twice before doing business with them.

It was very expensive to maintain a car that I used once or twice a month. I decided to sell a 2021 Mazda CX-30 that had 2200 miles on it. I did my research on Edmunds and Kelly Blue Book and factored in whatever minor damage the car had. I went to the dealer as I had seen similar cars on their lot which they were offering for almost as much as I paid originally. The associate told me that the car was worth $5000 less than I had read because it had minor repairs--even though they were fixed. I walked away. I then went to Simple Auto Group, which is a broker not a dealer. The associate inspected the car, took note of the damage and immediately offered me close to the estimate from Edmunds and Kelly. We negotiated a little and in the end I felt I received a fair price. The refreshing thing was that he started at a reasonable price and did not try to badmouth my car and then lowball me. Businesses live and die by their reviews, so I understand how a negative review can affect them…read more Bad reviews often are not deserved, or small issues are blown out of proportion, so I normally leave either a positive or no review. I settled on 3 stars because I am satisfied with the car I ultimately purchased. I have purchased more than 50 vehicles over the years. I've also sold multiple cars on consignment that were ultimately sold over the Internet, so I know the process. I had never purchased a car over the Internet and, after this experience, I will never do so again. I erroneously assumed that a luxury car dealer with over 15 years in business would have in place a rigorous, detailed, well-documented inspection process before offering a car for sale. Their website boasts "We offer a level of customer service that is unparalleled in the industry". This review can't accurately convey the frustration and follow-up required to get to the finish line on this car. No individual issue taken on its own was important. But cumulatively they added up to a nebulous, tiresome, and frustrating process. I emailed the owner Lance, and sales manager Stu multiple times. The outcome might have been different if either of them replied. So, if you are willing to go through the process, you will probably, like I did, get a decent car at the end of the day, but the process is exhausting.
