The team we worked with at Enterprise Car Sales was amazing start to finish. At the Hempstead location we worked with Sonia, Anthony and Herber to help us get the right car for us. We tested out a few cars until we got the perfect one for us. They also were able to work with us to transport a few cars to test that were at their sister Enterprise Car Sales dealerships within the tristate area. Their customer service was exceptional. The manager of the dealership, Melvin, also spoke to us and was very friendly. The one thing that stood out from Enterprise versus other dealerships is the no hidden fees. There was the standard dealership fee and the regular DMV fees. Everything was explained to us clearly and it made the process super easy. If we are to consider to get another used car in the future we will definitely consider returning again.

Was carrying a lot of luggage. Their rental SUV broke down; managed to park at Manorville, NY fire station on Manorville Road. It was hot & humid day. Called Enterprise and they took SUV. Was abandoned by Enterprise to fend on my own, for around 2 or 3 hours. Got water from fireman, otherwise would have fainted. Called an Uber, they stood me up, appears Manorville to Riverhead not profitable route. Eventually got a taxi from a nice cabbie, taken to Enterprise Car Rental Riverhead, NY office, where they eventually gave me another smaller rental vehicle, I then filled empty tank and headed toward Mom in Hampton Bays, NY.

He asked what we would like in a Certified preowned Jeep. He listened patiently & helpped my daughter make a selection. We test drove it and we liked it. James took the time to explain the features, and after purchase offerings. The whole time, James did not try to pressure us into doing or buying anything we didnt want, but we were aware of what was offered. I also want to make mention of Chris, the Rep that inspected our trade in vehicle. The offer Chris made was fair, and there was no need to try to press him for more. My daughter purchased a 2021 Jeep Cherokee, Slate Blue with 42k on the odometer. Theyre happy, were happy. I am the original owner and purchased this vehicle brand new -- it was never pre-owned -- yet I've already had to bring it back to the dealership 3-4 separate times in roughly two years for major issues. * Fuel pump failure -- required replacement. * ABS system failure -- required replacement. * Wheel sensor failures in TWO wheels -- caused approximately 8 different warning/error lights to come on throughout the vehicle. * And now, the air conditioning has completely failed and is blowing nothing but hot air. And the service experience has been just as frustrating as the vehicle itself. Almost every time I've brought this vehicle in, the dealership has kept it for around a week. Now, with the A/C failure, I had to wait TWO WEEKS just to get an appointment. During those two weeks, I was forced to drive and sit inside this vehicle with no functioning A/C during the middle of the summer heat. The interior would become an absolute inferno. Driving in those conditions was excruciating and genuinely miserable, especially when you're paying for a relatively new vehicle that should not be having these kinds of failures in the first place. And there's another major issue that has made every one of these repairs even more frustrating: the lack of a loaner vehicle. Every single time I've brought the Durango in, I have specifically asked for a loaner car. Every single time, I've been told that there is a waiting list and no loaners are available. I have repeatedly explained to them that I live in Queens and work in the Bronx, so being without my vehicle for a week -- sometimes longer -- creates a major transportation problem for me. Despite repeatedly explaining my situation and asking for assistance, I have never been provided with a loaner vehicle. So I'm left without my vehicle for days at a time, with no loaner, while still having to figure out how to get from Queens to work in the Bronx and back. That is an enormous inconvenience, especially when the reason I'm without my vehicle is because a brand-new vehicle with only 22,000 miles keeps having major mechanical/electrical failures. Then I finally get my A/C appointment after waiting two weeks, bring the vehicle in, and I'm told they're going to need to keep the car for multiple more days just to diagnose and repair the A/C. At this point, I have spent far too much time dealing with a vehicle that should be reliable and a service department that seems incapable of getting anything resolved quickly. Let that sink in: 22,000 miles. Brand-new vehicle. Original owner. Multiple major component failures. Multiple trips to the dealership. Weeks without my vehicle. No loaner available. And now I'm sitting here waiting again because the A/C has failed. I did not buy a brand-new 2025 vehicle expecting to spend my time constantly bringing it back to the dealership. I understand that mechanical problems can happen with any vehicle. What I do not understand is how a vehicle this new, with this few miles, can have this many significant failures already -- and why the customer is expected to simply deal with the inconvenience every time. The most frustrating part is that every individual issue seems to become a multi-day or week-long ordeal. It's not just the fact that things are breaking -- it's the amount of time, inconvenience, transportation problems, and aggravation involved every single time something goes wrong. Garden City needs to seriously address the quality control on these vehicles, and this dealership needs to seriously rethink how it handles customers who are repeatedly dealing with major problems. I bought a brand-new vehicle because I expected reliability and peace of mind. Instead, I've gotten repeated breakdowns, warning lights, week-long service visits, two-week waits for appointments, zero loaner vehicles despite repeatedly asking, and now an A/C system that leaves me driving around in an oven. Extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this vehicle or this service experience to anyone based on what I've been through.
