The entire process was seamless from start to finish thank you to our exceptional sales associate, Jessica M. She explained the features of my vehicle, the contract terms, and the incredible benefits of my new car. Her communication was consistent and timely to make sure everything moved as quickly and efficiently as possible. Less than a week later, I have my new car and I am absolutely delighted! I would highly recommend Jeep of Westbury, and specifically Jessica M, for anyone in the market for a new car!

Sold me a lemon in the 2yrs I had this 2019 grand Cherokee the engine,transmission,radio, axle and 2 seat belts were replaced plus paint corrosion on the hood..Every time I bring it back it's always minimum of 6 weeks in the service..Stay away from this dealer at all costs

Came here recently to upgrade the wife's car. I know that they have one of the largest selections of Jeeps on LI so we made our way over. Due to coronamona you have to check in and wait for a salesperson to come help you. We ended up dealing with Phil who was really a pleasure to work with. He was patient, NOT pushy and very knowledgeable. We didn't feel like we were being "sold" as Phil was very meticulous and made the entire process seamless. He worked with us to figure out our trade in, test drive and all of our other questions. My only reason for taking 1 star off was the wait. We did have to wait at pretty much every turn but this wasn't Phil's fault at all. I guess it's just part of the game. At the end of the day we're happy with our new Jeep and I would highly highly recommend coming here to see Phil!

When I want to buy a used car to commute, Heather recommend this website to me, she told me that they were reliable cause in the warranty period they offered her a brand new set of tires when her tires expired. So I decided to go through the website to check out. Fortunately I saw two infiniti G37x Sedans! I compared the price with Kelly Blue Book and some other online used car sellers, their price is good. They offered me carfax and autocheck reports, but for double check, I payed for another round of carfax and autocheck search by myself, there existed no accident or damage with both infiniti. Finally I payed 500 deposit for the 2012 G37 cause I prefer lower mileage. I lived in brooklyn, not very far from their office, so I got my vehicle in just 2 days with everything all set, include the title transfer. They took the car to detail service before delivery so it looked pretty clean and tidy! I had a test drive near my apartment and I did like it. The whole process of buying my car was easy and convenient, and the Carlohaers are very nice. I like this company and hope this young business could go further!

From start to finish, she was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. She answered all of my questions thoroughly, making sure I understood everything. I never felt pressured to make a purchase at any point, which I truly appreciated. Although there was a delay in receiving my car, due to circumstances beyond Tricia's and the dealership's control, she maintained consistent communication and kept me well informed throughout the delivery process. Other members of the team I would like to acknowledge are Maria and Willie. Maria, sales receptionist, was welcoming, friendly and professional both on the phone and in person. Willie, in the finance department, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient as he explained everything in detail while completing the paperwork for my purchase (financing, payments, warranties, etc.). On a personal note, this Hyundai Tucson purchase was very special and significant to me. It was the vehicle my husband of 31 years and I had intended to buy together before his sudden and unexpected death nearly four months ago. I had an appointment at 9 AM for an oil change, but also needed them to look into a brake squeak that's been happening for a few years now - it was a squeak that previous mechanics I've used were not able to figure out, so I had wanted to try my luck at an actual Chevy dealership. When I first walked in, I was greeted by Gloria, who was extremely friendly, and made my experience wonderful, so I need to shout her out! My car was ready around 5 PM, and upon picking it up, I did not find that I was overcharged like some of the comments I've read. Gloria had let me know that they were able to fix my squeaky brakes which was amazing, and for around $400 between an oil change, tire rotation, and a brake pad fix, that definitely did not seem like it was breaking the bank.. Since visiting I have not as of yet heard any squeaks coming from my brakes , and overall had a great experience at this business. (thx Gloria, as well as the woman with the glasses and dark hair that I spoke with as I was paying!) - I would recommend and will be returning.

I was advised it would take about 1.5 hrs during write-up. 2 hours and 45 minutes later, it was done. For an oil change. The mechanic who drove it out told me the reason for the delay was because when he got the car, it was break time so it couldn't be worked on. I wonder how long was the break? Needless to say, I will not be coming back unless absolutely necessary. Horrible experience.

I'm going to stop now because I can write so much more about their antics, so I'll leave you with this. When they grow up and realize that there are some of us that understand numbers, they may earn another star, until then, buyer beware, they're going to make maximum profit on you, shake your hand and be your friend, and as you drive off the lot with a big smile and that "great deal" you think you got, they will sleep well that night, business as usual, another group of suckers will be back tomorrow.
