We came in just to price on a Hyundai Palisades calligraphy. Our salesman is Deiby. If you come in this is the person you need to see. Deiby is easy going and straightforward. No push no bullying into a sale! We were treated with respect and he listened to what we needed and gave us every discount we deserved..and worked with our price! Yes we bought due to the salesman. It's an ultra-modern luxury building, and you feel like you're being treated like a valuable guest, something you can't get at other dealerships. The staff is very friendly, and the Mohammed service staff is also very friendly. Next time I buy a car, I definitely want to buy it here.

Dropped off vehicle second time and they said it was repaired when the issue wasn't resolved. The issue: window does not roll up automatically until it relearns the command EVERY drive. The micro switch was replaced and it still didn't work. The SA (service advisor) comes out to see the issue is not resolved. He pretends to troubleshoot by repeatedly opening/closing the door, rolling the window up and down (knowing it's going to relearn the command and then properly auto-roll up/down) and turning the engine on/off. He says it works now and you're good to go (it was NOT fixed. It only learned the function until the car shuts off & then doesn't work again) PATRICK...... AVOID THIS MISERABLE PERSON AT ALL COSTS. Search "Patrick" in the reviews section and see all the people he's made frustrated. Patrick was my SA and both times I came in he was unpleasant to work with and rude the duration of each visit. DO NOT for any reason go to Patrick. It's miserable to deal with him. I reported him to the dealership and heard nothing. Traded the car a couple days after and got a 2022 M240i.

Buying a car is always an interesting experience. After working by butt off the last 5 months I decided to treat myself to a new car. I was driving a 2012 prior, so a 2020 was a huge upgrade for me. I made an appointment online, not knowing what current COVID-19 protocols were in place for car shopping. I was given my preferred date and time and was told what car salesperson I was meeting with. The day of my appointment came. When I arrived my assigned salesperson was busy, so I ended up meeting with Casey. It actually turned out for the best, as I'm more comfortable with a female salesperson being a woman myself. Casey was wonderful. Showed me some cars and we went for a test drive. She answered all questions that were brought up. She was also very knowledgeable about the car and helped me set everything up with the app for my phone. I've knocked off one star because they had to find the car in the color that I wanted. I was told it will either be driven in from another dealership or come fresh off the truck. My pick-up day came and was told my car didn't come on the truck and it was being brought in from another dealership that's "15 mins" away. My car ended up coming to me with 75 miles! That's not 15 minutes away. I was then told that it came from New Rochelle. Which doesn't make sense either, as that dealership is only 33 miles away....so I'm not exactly sure where my car came from. But it definitely did not come from New Rochelle and it didn't come from somewhere 15 minutes away. Overall, it was a decent car buying experience.

Over 90 minutes fudging numbers and circle jerking. I walked in, immediately, the old-fashioned sales pitch was in rare form, easily recognizable, and sad. I was greeted, educated somewhat on the two vehicles I came in to see, told the salesman exactly what I had to spend out of pocket, and to run numbers for me. Oh, let the games begin. Amateurs. It's said that ignorance is bliss, and if anyone left here a happy customer, I rest my case. Sadly, truly sadly, this was old school "moving numbers around". The first presentation was predictable. Three different lease numbers with three different down payments. Then the "where do you want to be", and " I want to earn your business, what can I do?" "I want to make you happy; I want you to come back in three years", on and on. Ugh! It's as if I walked in and didn't say, this is how much I have out of pocket, blah blah blah, fast talking nonsense. The may have seen the movie "Suckers" more than once. I'm going to stop now because I can write so much more about their antics, so I'll leave you with this. When they grow up and realize that there are some of us that understand numbers, they may earn another star, until then, buyer beware, they're going to make maximum profit on you, shake your hand and be your friend, and as you drive off the lot with a big smile and that "great deal" you think you got, they will sleep well that night, business as usual, another group of suckers will be back tomorrow.

I had an appointment at 9 AM for an oil change, but also needed them to look into a brake squeak that's been happening for a few years now - it was a squeak that previous mechanics I've used were not able to figure out, so I had wanted to try my luck at an actual Chevy dealership. When I first walked in, I was greeted by Gloria, who was extremely friendly, and made my experience wonderful, so I need to shout her out! My car was ready around 5 PM, and upon picking it up, I did not find that I was overcharged like some of the comments I've read. Gloria had let me know that they were able to fix my squeaky brakes which was amazing, and for around $400 between an oil change, tire rotation, and a brake pad fix, that definitely did not seem like it was breaking the bank.. Since visiting I have not as of yet heard any squeaks coming from my brakes , and overall had a great experience at this business. (thx Gloria, as well as the woman with the glasses and dark hair that I spoke with as I was paying!) - I would recommend and will be returning.

I brought my new car to the service department 3 months later for its first oil change today. Arrived shortly after 8 am. I was advised it would take about 1.5 hrs during write-up. 2 hours and 45 minutes later, it was done. For an oil change. The mechanic who drove it out told me the reason for the delay was because when he got the car, it was break time so it couldn't be worked on. I wonder how long was the break? Needless to say, I will not be coming back unless absolutely necessary. Horrible experience.

STAY AWAY LOL I…read morecanceled a warranty on my vehicle (that was pushed by Adam Frania), and the refund was processed back in Jan. However, months later, the dealership has still not applied the refund to my loan account. When I contacted the warranty company, they confirmed that the claim is closed and that the dealership has already received the funds. Communication has been terrible. I've had to repeatedly reach out just to get basic updates, and even then, I've either been ignored or given vague responses with no real resolution. Antonio Salamone literally has no idea what's going on. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially when it involves a customer's finances. A reputable dealership should handle something like this promptly and transparently. If you're considering doing business here, I highly advise you to think twice. There are plenty of dealerships that actually respect their customers and handle transactions properly--this is not one of them. This was my first time purchasing a car and I 100% feel that they had taken advantage of me because of that. They did not explain the process out to me nor did they contact me AT ALL. Good Luck.
