The team we worked with at Enterprise Car Sales was amazing start to finish. At the Hempstead location we worked with Sonia, Anthony and Herber to help us get the right car for us. We tested out a few cars until we got the perfect one for us. They also were able to work with us to transport a few cars to test that were at their sister Enterprise Car Sales dealerships within the tristate area. Their customer service was exceptional. The manager of the dealership, Melvin, also spoke to us and was very friendly. The one thing that stood out from Enterprise versus other dealerships is the no hidden fees. There was the standard dealership fee and the regular DMV fees. Everything was explained to us clearly and it made the process super easy. If we are to consider to get another used car in the future we will definitely consider returning again.

Was carrying a lot of luggage. Their rental SUV broke down; managed to park at Manorville, NY fire station on Manorville Road. It was hot & humid day. Called Enterprise and they took SUV. Was abandoned by Enterprise to fend on my own, for around 2 or 3 hours. Got water from fireman, otherwise would have fainted. Called an Uber, they stood me up, appears Manorville to Riverhead not profitable route. Eventually got a taxi from a nice cabbie, taken to Enterprise Car Rental Riverhead, NY office, where they eventually gave me another smaller rental vehicle, I then filled empty tank and headed toward Mom in Hampton Bays, NY.

    Stay far away from this dealership…read more I purchased a brand-new 2026 Nissan Frontier PRO-4X, and on the drive home I immediately noticed unusual noises coming from underneath the truck. I brought it back to the dealership, and they kept it for one day, claiming they had tightened some parts on the driveshaft. When I picked the truck up, the noise was still there, and now the airbag warning light had come on. After researching the issue myself, I found numerous Nissan Frontier owners discussing a common problem involving the slip yoke not being properly greased from the factory. I brought this information to the dealership, even showing the mechanic a video. He laughed and dismissed my concerns. The dealership then kept my brand-new truck for another three days. At this point, they had possession of my truck for four days, while I had only owned it for one. When I finally got it back, the mechanic admitted that I was right all along and confirmed they had greased the slip yoke to fix the noise. However, the airbag warning light still needed to be addressed, and they had to order a replacement sensor. To make matters worse, when I returned to pick up my truck, I was informed that they had "lost" the keys to my brand-new vehicle. It's now been three weeks, and I still do not have the replacement airbag sensor or a replacement key. As a gesture of goodwill for all the time, inconvenience, and frustration, I simply asked if they would provide a set of grille accent lights that retail for about $200. They refused. For what is supposedly the largest Nissan dealership on Long Island, the customer service has been extremely disappointing. Between the repeated visits, the inability to diagnose the problem correctly the first time, dismissing my concerns, losing my keys, and leaving me waiting weeks for parts, this has been one of the worst dealership experiences I've ever had. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you're considering buying a vehicle from this dealership.

He asked what we would like in a Certified preowned Jeep. He listened patiently & helpped my daughter make a selection. We test drove it and we liked it. James took the time to explain the features, and after purchase offerings. The whole time, James did not try to pressure us into doing or buying anything we didnt want, but we were aware of what was offered. I also want to make mention of Chris, the Rep that inspected our trade in vehicle. The offer Chris made was fair, and there was no need to try to press him for more. My daughter purchased a 2021 Jeep Cherokee, Slate Blue with 42k on the odometer. Theyre happy, were happy. James & Chris are models of what every employee should be, nomatter which industry theyre in. Thanks James & Chris Hope to do future business with you again.

    I brought my car to this dealership for nothing more than a tire replacement. After the service, my…read morecar suddenly started showing an engine malfunction that had never happened before. I took it to my personal mechanic, who found that the ignition coil cable had been disconnected. As soon as it was reconnected, the problem was completely gone. It's very hard to believe this was just an accident. It left me feeling like my vehicle had been tampered with in an attempt to create a problem that would lead to unnecessary repair costs. Whether it was negligence or intentional, it's completely unacceptable. I trusted this dealership with my car, and instead I left with a problem that shouldn't have existed. I will never return, and I strongly recommend that anyone who brings their vehicle here carefully inspect their car before leaving.

    I don't know where to begin…read more.. It was simply by chance that I stumbled upon this place. I had body work done and my car was brought to the Enterprise location across from Olympos when I noticed that my inspection was expired. I drove across the street and spoke with Mike, the owner. I asked if he could do an inspection immediately which he did. And my 7 year relationship began. I have had 3 cars since then, my most recent being an Audi, and Mike is the only person I would bring any of my vehicles to. I trust him. He takes care of me. He makes sure that someone drives me to and from work. He is extremely fair on the price. He makes sure my car is ready when I need it. And, he has uber knowledge of auto mechanics. I've been in the car with him numerous times when he's taken my cars for test drives if there is a noise or something out of whack. It's impressive to see him in action. Last week I asked him to take a ride with me to New Jersey to look at a car I was interested in purchasing. He spent half a day with me, looking at the car inside and out, test driving it and he even went with me to the Audi dealership when we got back to inquire about buying out my lease and warranties, etc. so that I wouldn't get taken advantage of. I have sent friends to him who have also been extremely pleased with his work, customer service and knowledge of cars. Not to mention the fact he's also a really nice guy. Oscar, the manager is also courteous and treats me as if I were family. I need to also mention Angel and Mike, the mechanics, who have taken extra special care of my car whether it be washing it, putting air in the tires or whatever else needs doing. I always get treated like a VIP. That is the reason I have been going there and will continue to do so for as long as I am driving. Thank you Olympos for making me realize that there are still some honest, reliable and trustworthy mechanics... or maybe there's just one. But, that's all I need!!!

    I called them for a price quote for an oil change (I gave them specifics on mode and oil type we…read morewanted) and they quoted me over the phone . My husband went to them the same day & Mike gave him a different price because he doesn't recommend that type of oil (which he totally failed to mention, but we were already there and had no choice but to get it done there). He also told my husband he needs new tires (which were just changed a couple of months prior, he drives his car minimally ). George the manager was nice enough to try to smooth things over , but when looking for an honest mechanic , simply put this place is not it.
