He went above and beyond to help us find the exact Calligraphy model we wanted in a very specific color combination, and somehow even made sure everything was completed in time for our big trip. He came highly recommended by a family friend, and he still managed to surpass all of our expectations. Not only was he incredibly professional, responsive, and patient throughout the entire process, but he also secured us a better deal than we ever expected. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way Thomas does. If you're looking for someone trustworthy, dedicated, and willing to go the extra mile, Thomas is absolutely the person to see. We couldn't be happier with our experience! Thank you again, Thomas & Motive Auto for making this such an exciting and memorable experience for our family. We truly appreciate everything you did for us and will be recommending you to everyone we know!

But what really impressed me is how they stand by you after the purchase. I bought a 2016 BMW X3, and when I took it in for recalls, I found out the car needed about $3,000 in repairs. Naturally, I was frustrated since I had just purchased it. World Star Auto didn't leave me hanging at all -- they stepped up and reimbursed me for a large portion of the repair costs, which speaks volumes about their integrity and customer service. Shoutout to my best friend for the recommendation. From here on out, all my cars are coming from World Star Auto. Highly recommend!

My experience with this dealership has been absolutely horrible. I purchased a vehicle that has had…read moreconstant mechanical problems and has spent more time at their shop being repaired than in my possession. Despite multiple repair attempts, including a recent transmission repair, the vehicle continues to break down. Instead of taking responsibility and properly resolving the situation, the dealership refused to give me a refund and offered me a ridiculous amount to take the car back. Their handling of this entire situation has been extremely disappointing. I have been left dealing with repeated breakdowns, unsuccessful repairs, and a dealership that has failed to provide a satisfactory resolution. I have filed formal complaints with the appropriate agencies. I would never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Based on my experience, I strongly caution others to think twice before doing business with them.

Not like other dealerships where there's 50 employees running around and they're rushing you into making a bad decision and making up lies and false information to make you spend more. At Shah Jee Motors I was greeted and not rushed and helped every step of the way leading to the purchase of my new car. They kept their word and I left not feeling taken advantage of and that's very important for a hard working person like myself whom only has one day off of work per week. My time is valuable and they were very informative and made the process easier than most. So if you're looking for good customer service and comfort with good priced vehicles. Shah Jee Motors is the place to go! -EP-

I never had such an amazing car experience any where else. Not even BMW sales treated me as nice and professional at this little family-owned used car shop. Not only were their fleet of cars superior to any other local neighborhood shops alike, but the fact that most of their cars are bought at auctions outside of NY was a plus!!!! Even though the car was less than $5000 the treatment, service and professionalism that I received made me feel like I was buying a Maserati or a Bugatti. David and his team went above and beyond to please us in any and every way possible to make sure we were satisfied customers. They even offered us something to drink and eat!!! now that's service!!! I highly recommend this lovely auto sales company if you're in the market for a great used car. You will not be disappointed!

I came in to purchase a car for my 17 year old daughter. We worked with Alex Quinteros who was a…read moregood sales rep and helped us find the right car. No issue there. We found a 2020 loaner car and used the in house finance manager. He was also very good. Here is where is went bad, Alex told us the car was "out for detail " and we couldn't see it over the weekend, because of that. We took delivery of the car when it was raining out. They reviewed the technology in the car and that was another good experience. The only part that ruined the buying experience was when we got home the car was not prepared for delivery. Nobody even ran a vacuum. Food between the seats, etc. There is sap on the trunk. The fact that they missed the cleaning a loaner car before delivering, should raise concern for anyone who thinks you can "trust" a dealer to do their part. I will now have pay to have it detailed and paint correction on trunk, if even possible, and some other minor scratches buffed out. Overall I was disappointed. Hence the old metaphor "never trust a used car salesman". Once the sale is made, they don't want to know you. I called Alex back and unfortunately he didn't care too much. "I should have called him" he said. That's what I just did! Hey Alex, you said the car was out for detail, did you even look over the car you sold me? Don't you guys have a checklist or some 150 point checklist for pre-owned. I would like to know who signed off on this car at the dealer after the checklist? Why wasn't this car cleaned? Nevermind detailed. It should have been delivered to me in the garage clean, next to the showroom. you have that nice little garage for delivery but Instead , my car was delivered out in the parking lot , in the pouring rain.
