I have never dealt with more professional, kind, compassionate, non judgemental people in my life!…read moreI texted Kenny Parra on a Sunday. Filled out the application and by Tuesday was approved and in my vehicle Wednesday. He truly lives up to the Seamless name! I would recommend HIGHLY that you use their company for your car needs. THANK YOU Kenny for making me feel like I mattered!!!

by far the biggest scam! Was pre-approved for a GLC…read moreMercedes-Benz on Capital One Auto Navigator ($20k). Capital One gives you the confirmed overall price for the vehicle so you don't need to negotiate the price once you get down there. After 2 hours of test driving and completing the applications they jumped up the price by $9,000 and claim that the sites listed price is how they get business in the door - false advertising! A $9,000 commission must be nice! A bunch of scammers! 0/10 I addition, no where on the site did it say there were any disclaimers. The sales manager also mentioned that he couldn't find your hidden information listed on Capital One Auto Navigator nor did the site bring me to your main website. He clearly said which I'll quote "this is how we get people in the door". https://www.capitalone.com/cars/vehicle-details/2019/Mercedes-Benz/GLC/300/WDC0G4JB8KV146083 You should be the one doing your own research and not wasting the customers time. I called prior, showed my quote upon arriving and once I completed the whole process which was well over 2 hours is when I was told that not only would my quote not be honored but jacked up by $9,000 minus any taxes or dmv fees which I was more than willing to pay. Again, it's bad business! 0/10 and would not recommend even to my worst enemy. Do better!

I have never been in a bank before, with bank tellers who have this kind of horrible customer service. I dont know if these capital one bank employees were just having a bad day ,or it was do to the coronavirus, I don't know what the problem was but the didn't show any courteous at all.they act like they didn't even want to be there. But what ever was going on these type of employees are very bad for business .before I went to this particular location. I should have looked at the yelp reviews to see why people only gave this capital one branch only one star . The first window I went to the women told me I could wait over there. Remind you there was no one in the bank.the second women teller told me I could not deposit a check because it was a citi bank check ,but I have an account with capital,I stayed a gentleman and kept my composure. I tell you this has to be the one of the worst banks of all time . Capital one you have to do better, iam just being honest with y'all messy service. Remember some customers are not going to take this kind of treatment lying down.

Lines are frequently long. While I do not blame this branch specifically, I don't believe the…read morecorporation takes neighborhood populations into consideration. There are many elderly people in this town who are not tech savvy, so laying off tellers, closing teller windows for a subpar coffee machine & suggesting using the app does a disservice to customers at this location.

I have been struggling and am very frustrated with how they handle my car trade off. My credit has been effected and the bank has been calling every other day. This dealership will effected your credit which lower ur credit score. I need help with anyone who know how I can get the dealership to pay off the car I trade off or /and different option I have.

I brought my car in with five specific issues and agreed to a single diagnostic charge to have…read morethose concerns checked. Their own signed paperwork lists the concerns together with one diagnostic charge. They diagnosed only four of the five issues. Then, instead of completing the job I brought the car in for, they told me they wanted ANOTHER full $200 diagnostic fee to diagnose the remaining issue. I refused. At that point, they refused to release my car unless I paid the $200 original diagnostic charge, despite the fact that they had not completed the diagnostic work I brought the vehicle in for. The paperwork I signed does not say the diagnostic fee is "per issue." It does not show separate diagnostic charges for each concern. It shows the concerns and a single diagnostic charge. This is one of the worst dealership service experiences I have ever had. The problem isn't simply the money. It's the way the situation was handled: changing the financial expectation after the vehicle was already in their possession, refusing to complete the remaining diagnostic without another fee, and then using possession of my vehicle as leverage when I disputed the charge. If you're considering bringing your vehicle here, my advice is simple: get absolutely everything in writing before handing them your keys, ask exactly how many diagnostic fees they intend to charge, and do not assume that the price on your signed repair order represents what they will ultimately demand. I will also be documenting the matter and pursuing the appropriate consumer complaint channels. I would not trust this service department with my vehicle again.
