Please save your self the aggregation and don't go here unless you absolutely must, and even then don't hold your breath because what ever you or someone you have a check to won't get resolved or cashed. I am no longer a Bank of America customer but I do cash checks given to me by one, last check I cashed was two weeks ago yet with all my proper ID she refused to cash the check and gave me absolutely no reason as of you only "Sorry, we can't cash it" I asked her to call the customer who gave me the check on the number they have on file and she refused to and said They don't call customers and that even if she called and verified her self they would not cash it for me. I asked the manager for her business card and she purpose made me wait 5 minutes while she did nothing after waiting 45 minutes in line, yes 45 minutes! I counted 18 people ahead of me while in line and 13 in the ATM line. Didn't even have time to make it to another financial institution on time. If you don't want to be aggregated, take your business elsewhere! While I was in the line same thing happen to a customer who was before me. So frustrated with this location, will be taking this complaint further for sure!

To be fair, my salesperson Mark was professional and respectful throughout the process. However, my issue is with the finance side of the deal. I had already applied for a loan with Bank of America the morning before going to the dealership. Since I didn't receive a response in time, I proceeded with the purchase at the dealership. During financing, the manager, Ally, presented me with an interest rate of 6.99%. When I questioned the rate--especially given my credit score of around 820--I was told that the rate was set by the bank and that nothing could be done. The following Monday, I received my approval directly from Bank of America at 5.5%--a significantly lower rate, and notably from the same bank used through the dealership. This raises serious concerns about transparency. It appears the rate may have been marked up, and I was not given accurate information at the time of purchase. As a consumer, that feels misleading and unfair. I've attempted to contact the dealership to address this and potentially correct the financing terms, but I have not received a response. Buyers should be very cautious and ensure they secure their own financing ahead of time. Transparency matters, and unfortunately, that was lacking in my experience. I am currently escalating this with the lender and corporate because this situation does not seem right.
