When I was waiting for Justin I happen to go on Yelp and read the reviews, I was shocked at how poor they were. Had I checked Yelp before I got here I probably wouldn't have come. I'm so happy that I didn't do that!! I was there for several hours and ended up leasing a 2022 Pearl White Nissan Altima with leather interior. Justin and the store manager Andy were very honest and fair to me! Especially reading the yelp reviews I was apprehensive. I mentioned to both of them how bad their scoring was on Yelp. I told Andy and Justin the money I wanted to spend per month and how much I wanted to trade my car in for. They checked my car out and had a number a little less in mind but they honored the price I wanted to trade my car in for. It was a fair price for both of us. All I was really concerned about getting was all the paperwork, taxes and registration taken care of so all I had were my monthly payments. The first car they talked to me about seemed great but I felt it was a little too sporty for me so I ended up choosing a car in their store and by the end of the entire visit I drove away in a brand new car! They also as a courtesy added wheel locks so my rims wouldn't get stolen I also received 6 months worth of free car washes and 1 year of free oil changes included in my lease. I had been shopping around to Other car dealershipincluding brokers and was really disappointed. With the economy and not many cars being available I was getting frustrated. I wish I had First gone to Nissan of Queens! I can't say enough nice things about this car dealership, Andy the store manager and Justin my sales guy. Everyone was respectful, courteous and didn't try to rush me into a sale or rush me out the door after I signed on the dotted line. Justin went above and beyond what he had to do for me especially because I'm new at this and really depended on his honesty. I actually came in the next day so Justin could explain more of the features to me on the car and Said please come back anytime if you have any questions or concerns. Nissans are great cars and great on gas so if you're looking for a car or you're looking for a Nissan please go to Nissan of Queens whatever those bad reviews are on yelp they clearly don't apply anymore.

This dealership will try to sell you as many items that you don't need as they can. Don't trust them. Don't take your car here unless it is still under the manufacturer's warranty. I found the problem today, left front tire tilts at a 10% angle when you turn the steering wheel left. Why their mechanic couldn't see that when it is so obvious I don't know.
