After 2 hours of test driving and completing the applications they jumped up the price by $9,000 and claim that the sites listed price is how they get business in the door - false advertising! A $9,000 commission must be nice! A bunch of scammers! 0/10 I addition, no where on the site did it say there were any disclaimers. The sales manager also mentioned that he couldn't find your hidden information listed on Capital One Auto Navigator nor did the site bring me to your main website. I came in on a sale for an Infiniti listed at $19,000 with $2,500 cash down. Sam said he could only get me approved for 16% interest at $640mn car payment. This was clearly out of my monthly payment maximum. He told me not to worry... "Don't put any money down and use that $2,500 cash as payments toward the vehicle," he told me. "After 6 months of on time payments" he would get me refinanced. I agreed. So we did the paperwork. I didn't leave with any paperwork bc Sam said once his office would get done making copies, they would mail out mine. 9/18- 2 weeks pass and I still do not have my paperwork! I called, texted, emailed and no response. I had to call the dealership to have them contact Sam bc he wasn't responding. Still no paperwork even after they talked to him. 10/18- Still no paperwork from Sam but I receive my loan details from the bank. The $19,000 sale on the vehicle I purchased... Sam had finance amount for more than $27,000 !!!!!!!! I immediately called him and told him I'm bringing the car back. He said no need to worry... "This is what I do. This is how I help people. We are going to do a loan modification & forgiveness, then refinance." He said to TRUST him. He would get my current loan forgiven and then get a new loan at the current market value of my vehicle at that time. Then refinance. I just needed 6 months of on time payments. SO I TRUSTED HIM. Huge mistake... 2/19- So I make my 6th on time payment and contact Sam. No response. I call him... nothing. I had to contact dealership again and have them contact him. He finally calls back after two weeks of trying to contact him. He said to submit an application on his website. I tried, couldn't submit app on his website bc it was down, so I try to contact him to send me a PDF app via email. No response. TWO WEEKS later... He responds. He was on vacation. Website back up and I can send in application. So I send it... Two weeks pass with ZERO contact from Sam. 3/19- I'm now making my 7th $640 payment I cannot afford. I hear nothing from Sam. Cannot get him to respond back. I'm asking around to other finance guys about this "loan forgiveness and modification" and everyone has never heard of it tells me it's a scam. So now Sam has completely screwed me. I now have to pay an attorney to go after him. Thank god I have tuns of text messages of our conversations but it will still end up costing me. DO NOT TRUST THIS CON ARTIST. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!
