He was able to put me in the car I wanted at a BETTER THAN EXPECTED price, with literally next day delivery. I know this sounds too good to be true but it is. I contacted Jen at Rallye Acura on 12/13/24. I inquired about a 2024 MDX Advance and a 2025 RDX advance. Jen made sure to set me up with a time and a car to test drive, the receptionist at the entrance was very welcoming and everyone at the dealership was very nice. I noticed they were super busy when i arrived. They ask me for my license and i got the olates and the keys to the cars. The MDX i got was a trim higher A-Spec Advance, which is really a pckage that has some sports aesthetics and bigger tires. Definitely the MDX did not engage me at all. I own a 2011 MDX with 120k miles and i love my car. I Decided to check the RDX Advance, but unfortunately they did not have any in the showroom. Instead i test drove a RDX A-Spec Advance., which had a nice ride but i did not like the color combination. Jen told me that they can get a car out of the off site storage and have it ready in 24 hrs. I came back on 12/16, we test drove it with my wife, thhe car had 15 miles on the odometer. Within a few minutes we wakes into her office and started talking numbers. I can saynthe entire process from test drive, credit / finance options and agreed price. Certainly displayed a high levels of confidence, trust and transparency. Once i had the final number, i had a series of questions regarding finance rate options, down payment and how long it takes to prepare the car. My wife and I, felt very confident with the concise responses Jen provided. Clearly, she exudes excellent business acumen and most importantly she is empowered to make decisions without having to go back and forth with the finance manager. I told Jen, i would check my finances with my bank and see which loan rate makes financial sense for me. I nwent home, did my numbers and a few hours later i called her to close the deal. She made it easier for me to do some of the documents from home, to set 12/17 as the date for pick up. The entire transaction has been a very smooth experience. read more

Staff is extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating however the wait times at the dealership can be quite long. Not much amenities. They did recently get a new coffee machine however the snacks are via a paid vending machine. They also do not have their own car wash in house and utilize a third party app based system to redeem a car wash at a car wash location of your choice. read more

I am extremely disappointed with Rallye Acura and Acura USA. I leased a ZDX from them in September, and unfortunately, due to an accident, the car has been sitting in a body shop since December because Acura has failed to provide the necessary parts. No one can give me a timeline for when these parts will be available. Rather than assisting a loyal customer, Rallye Acura has simply shrugged off responsibility, claiming they are just a middleman and offering no meaningful help. All I requested was assistance in securing a loaner car while my leased vehicle remains unusable due to Acura's failure to supply parts. Rallye Acura could have reached out to Acura directly to advocate for their customer, but they chose not to. It wasn't until I physically went to the dealership and threatened to terminate my lease that the manager even offered to check on the parts. He promised to follow up the next day--but, unsurprisingly, never did. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Rallye Acura and Acura USA need to do better. If you plan to lease a car from Acura, I strongly recommend that you do not do so through Rallye Acura--and definitely do not lease a ZDX. read more

Terrible Customer Support - No Parts, No Help, No Accountability I am beyond frustrated with both Acura and Honda. My car has been sitting at the mechanic for three months waiting for parts with no timeline of when they will be available. Meanwhile, Acura/Honda has offered absolutely no assistance--no loaner car, no financial help with lease payments, nothing. How is it acceptable for a customer to be paying for a car they cannot use with no resolution in sight? When I reached out for help, I was met with nothing but excuses and indifference. If you can't supply the parts to fix your own vehicles in a reasonable time, you should at least take care of your customers in the meantime. I expected better from a brand that prides itself on reliability and customer service. This experience has been a complete nightmare, and I will think twice before ever purchasing another Acura or Honda again. Do better. read more

Went to Ralleye Acura because we found the TLX type S in the color we wanted on-line at that dealership. The salesman was very nice but the car wasn't there and expected in a week or two. We were trading in a 2015 Acura TLX fully loaded, chrome wheels etc. We were offered 7000 dollars below blue book value for our car and would have to pay 3000 dollars above sticker price for the new car. It was very insulting as we are loyal Acura owners. May be the time to look into Lexus. read more

Had a great experience!!!My son was looking for an Acura RDX and he was recommended by a friend who purchased a car here recently. I've had a lot of issues with car dealerships in the past and did not know what to expect when we came in. He figured I would be able to help out in the negotiation if he decided on the SUV so I came along. I refuse to go to any more car dealers in Brooklyn especially after my experiences with BMW of Brooklyn and Acura in Brooklyn. This was absolutely worth the drive. I immediately noticed the dealership was very busy and these were not just lookers, they were writing up deals. We had shopped several dealerships by phone, CARVOY, and some of the leasing places so we knew the price he wanted to pay on a lease. The dealership itself is very clean, has refreshments for customers and everyone was very nice. We first dealt with the Finance manager Julio who dealt with his friends purchase. Great guy, down to earth, no bull and made the entire process easy. The sales person Anthony was also great, he's been with them about 8 years and that says a lot for him and the dealership. It's not very often you find that kind of longevity for a sales person to stay in one place. He had a great attitude and is very positive on life in general. We were only "looking" as my son had about 2 months left on his Honda. We were able to negotiate a great deal and he upgraded to the A Spec which was about $4,000 more paying less per month than he was quoted from Carvana and several other places for the Technology model which is $4,000 less. we were able to basically work in an agreement so we paid the last 2 payments so he could get the car immediately. We came in on Friday afternoon and picked up the car on Saturday. Everyone we dealt with was great including the person who reviews all the features of the vehicle after the sale. From our experience I would highly recommend Ralleye Acura. It's important to know that in any retail business you have to show care and empathy for your customers. If you treat a customer as a number or don't show interest you will fail. Rallye seems to have a winning formula so go there. read more

My car was towed to Rallye Acura Service. Bottom line after the Rim and tire was fixed with the Tire and Rim Insurance which was an issue due to their high prices. then we were called that we need additional parts. a Brake hose a tire sensor and bleeding the brake fluid. The manager of service gave us a price of $1000.00 plus tax. 5 hrs of labor plus parts, I called my local mechanic and he said only a 2 hr labor cost plus parts. total $300.00 after going back and fourth a few phone calls with the service manager he came down to 3 hrs labor at $178 per Hr. total cost of parts less then $100.00 BIG RIPOFF. Dealership Theives I would never buy a car there again or ever get it serviced there We bought the Acura from them. This was just as bad as getting slapped from Will Smith. I had a 2019 RDX took my car in for service for the Blank Display. They said they fixed it. Two months later after sitting in my garage the blank display came back I took the car back. After showing the Service manager Charles Ludemann the picture he told me that was not proof of the issue and to top it off the said he would need to call Acura to see if they could fix the issue again. I don't know about others but that is the stupidest thing I have ever heard in my life even a ford dealer would not have said that to a customer. I told him in response fix the F ing car. Now to top it all off they gave me a loaner car I got a red light camera and they charged my card with out telling me what the charge was for. I had to call then to find out about the charge. Now for a second recall which they should have fixed the first time I should have been granted some leniency on the service fee.. But instead they are so unprofessional they charged mt $50 for a service fee and $50 for the ticket. I have never had a ticket in any loaner car from any dealer. If you want to be treated like an idiot and unprofessional you found the right place. Avoid them at all cost. Terrence exudes professionalism and other service departments should takes notes. Next is Enza Comito who is by far the best Customer Service Representative in the auto industry. She use to send wonderful letters and make phone calls. The voicemails she left were always sweet and endearing. Now we get the green friendly emails, with a sweet tone to them. "I hope you are completely satisfied 100%" - Enza, yes we are thanks to you. Keeyoung Moon, the service adviser that does it all. He is extremely detail oriented and is very knowledgeable. He cares what is going on in your life and it is real. Chad Tammaro, the service advisor with the big personality. For the past ten years, I have been servicing my cars and purchased two RDX's at Rallye Acura. I have remained a loyal client because of the outstanding service offered to me by the Acura family. On April 11, 2022, I ran over a truck tire that totaled my car and left me stranded in Suffolk County. When I contacted Acura's Roadside Assistance, they informed me that they would pick up my car and bring it to the closest Acura in Suffolk. Given my long-standing relationship with Rallye, I was uncomfortable taking my car anywhere else. I immediately called Rallye to speak to Chad Tammaro who handles all of my service visits. The receptionist at Rallye informed me it was his day off and wanted to know how to be of further assistance to me. I explained my predicament and was told that this matter would be looked into. While I was trying to call AAA to get my car towed, I got an unexpected call from Chad on the other line. It was such a pleasant surprise to hear a familiar voice during such a stressful time. Chad was very reassuring and told me not to worry. I don't know how Chad did it, but he took care of everything from A to Z. My car was towed to a nearby facility in Carle Place, a rental car was arranged for me, and he put me in contact with ZB negotiations. Chad was a complete God Send!!! The whole process was seamless and thanks to his networking with ZB negotiations, I received an additional $3K for my settlement. Chad isn't the only person who I need to thank in this letter. Unfortunately, I desperately needed to replace my car during one of the worst car shortages in my lifetime. Of course, I contacted Will Vergez because of my previous positive experiences with him when purchasing my current/totaled car. Will was given the near impossible task of finding a used Acura RDX that matched the same specifications of my totaled car. Within a few days, Will proved to be a miracle worker and found a near duplicate to my white 2019 RDX with nicer rims and a running board. Will exceeded my expectations and managed the process with finesse. As I look forward to my first service appointment for my Acura RDX, I feel the need to thank Chad Tammaro and Will Vergez for being my guardian angels when I needed them the most. We went to this dealership on Saturday, 11/9/19, and I feel compelled to leave a review, even though we do not have any intention of purchasing the MDX. Let me preface this review by saying that we went to almost 10 dealerships this weekend to test drive vehicles, and the great experience I had at this dealership was second to none all weekend. The reason for this is partially due to the very congenial front desk person who greeted us warmly and set us up with the sales person, but most significantly, due to Julio Herrera, the sales consultant that assisted us. Going to dealerships is a bit more unpleasant than getting a root canal - I HATE IT. I hate the untrained sales guys with insipid handshakes who can't answer basic questions about the vehicles they're trying to sell, I hate the slimy sales managers who think they're just oh-so-slick and at least 50% smarter than you, I hate the uncomfortable chairs, I hate waiting for 45 minutes while the sales guy "talks to the manager" to "get a deal," I hate their stupid games, I hate it all. In general, it is just exceedingly unpleasant. I'd been to this particular Acura 3 years ago in 2016, and at the time, my experience was par for the course, and maybe 1.5-2 star at best. This time around, it was a 180 experience, and I wanted to make it known to customers and Acura management that the man of the hour, for us, was the sales guy. First and most importantly, the man could answer our questions about the vehicle. WHAT IS UP WITH SALES GUYS WHO DON'T KNOW THEIR CARS?!?!?!? oh my gosh, so annoying. It's your freaking job - study the cars!! Ugh. One of my many pet peeves. lol. Moving on, secondly, Julio was a no-BS straightshooter but in a kind and soft-spoken kind of way. He came across very genuine and honest, as if he really was looking out to help us make the right decision, and it was so appreciated. It was apparent after the test drive that the MDX was actually not the right fit for us, and he remained patient, respectful, kind, and pleasant all the way to the door as we were leaving, even though we had told him honestly that we would not be closing a deal with us. I cannot speak to whether he'd be able to get the best deal for you or how the dealmaking process would have been, as we didn't get that far - only can speak to his knowledge of the vehicle, his demeanor, and the genuine way he came across. Like I said, I've had subpar experiences with this specific dealer in the past, but if I or someone I knew was in the market for an Acura, I would not hesitate to recommend going to this dealer and asking for Julio. I appreciated being treated kindly and respectfully, and I appreciated being treated like a human being in a car dealership - one of the most dehumanizing, infuriating experiences I can think of. read more

This review is for Acura Service Department only. I purchased two acura's here and no complaints. I have been coming to this location to service my car for over 10 years now. In recent years, since they renovated, the service department has become money hungry liars. I highly recommend you DO NOT go to service advisor Rich Wong. This guy has no idea what he is talking about. This review is after the third time my car was assigned to him. The last time I specifically complained to Norman the manager about him. This time my husband took the car and had it serviced elsewhere when I only wanted him to do just the inspection. i explained to my husband no i only take the car to Acura. So when my service light went on I looked up the code, called Acura to confirm code, and all i needed was an oil change. As I mentioned, my car had already been serviced (fluids changed, brake checked and struts checked etc) because I recently needed an inspection sticker and needed services for it to pass inspection. When my husband brought my car to Acura for just the oil change. Mr. Wong proposed services resulting in a bill that would have cost me over $2,000 for brake pads, struts, power steering fluid etc. He said these services were absolutely needed on the car including scaring him into replacing the brakes. Do you really want your wife driving around with bad brakes? You should at least fix the brakes (keep in mind that alone is $500). I told my husband by phone no i just had that done and the fluids too. My husband gets so upset he goes back to the dealer to demand that they fix what Acura now claims was not fixed. The dealer then proceeds to take the car in, he breaks protocol and allows my husband into the garage center and then proceeds to prove to him that these services were indeed rendered. The fluids came out clear when Mr. Wong said they were black and needed to be fully replaced. The technician then showed my husband that the fluid going in and the fluid coming out was "identical" the same color.The technician then Proceeded to say "Acura said it was black and it hasn't been changed in forever?" now does that look black to you? My husband said "no of course not it looks clear like the fluid going in..."It's was so upsetting to hear that and in hindsight I wish my husband took video of it so we had physical evidence that we caught Acura in a lie! It wasn't even close to being black and in fact it was the same color ! On top of that , just look at how Acura returned my car back to me. they left oil prints on top of my hood !!!! Even though Acura gave me a coupon to wash my car this is how they return it? This is totally unacceptable from ANY establishment but extremely upsetting to see from a high end dealership. Rallye Acura you have officially lost me as a customer! I miss the days when you valued your customers enough to do the right thing by them regardless of pricing and go the extra mile. I recently bought a Certified Acura MDX 2019 from Rallye Acura in Roslyn NY and wanted to share my excellent buying experience working with Danny Park and the dealership team. At the time of looking for a vehicle in Q1/2022, the chip shortage has resulted in limited inventory for new and used vehicles. After a couple of months of not finding a vehicle matching my criteria with local dealers in Raleigh NC area, I expanded my online search to a wider radius along the East coast. When buying a vehicle remote to your area, my advice is to buy a new or Certified vehicle, and find a reputable dealership. With my expanded online search, I found a very nice Certified 2019 MDX that met my criteria (ie. low miles, features, color preference, reasonably priced) at the Rallye Acura dealership. I carefully looked at Google and Yelp reviews and found many positive comments on the buying experience and integrity of the Rallye Acura dealership. Danny Park (Floor Manager and Salesperson) was mentioned many times very favorably in the reviews so I sought him out. I called Danny late Wed and within an hour we worked out a deal and completed the pre-approval for Acura Financing. On Thursday I flew to NY to complete the deal in person and pickup the MDX. Danny and the Rallye Acura dealership had everything in order. From the moment I arrived, Danny greeted me at the door and guided me through the buying process in a very timely manner. Danny was great to work with in that he is professional, trustworthy and very friendly. There were no games trying to add in fees or upsell. Everything was as it should be as we agreed upon. After I performed a test drive and review of the vehicle features, Danny arranged for me to work with Julio Herrera in the Sales / Finance dept to complete the paperwork. I traded-in my 2014 Chevy Traverse and bought a certified pre-owned 2016 Acura MDX. My wife likes the vehicle but it's NOT worth the HEADACHE that Joe Filardo, the Finance Manager, and the General Manager, Joe Matajy, are causing us! Since we still owed money on our trade in, Rallye Acura becomes responsible for paying off the rest of the money however, the loan is still in your (our) name. Rallye Acura Failed to write a check to chase bank, over 1 month after I traded in my old vehicle. Rallye Acura guaranteed it would not affect my credit...BULLSH*T! My credit score dropped so much that the home loan I applied for to fix my house was denied at the special rate, because of their MAJOR ERROR. It cost me over $8000 with the new interest rate I was given. I contacted Corporate Acura and filed a complaint. I also notified the BBB, Consumer Affairs Dept and the State Attorney Generals office to inform them of the incident. Then I had to bring my vehicle in for a new windshield (there was a big crack in it before I bought it and it was owed to me on their 'thing to still do' list), Joe Matajy the general manager, has the BALLS to insult me b/c i don't trust him or his team b/c they screwed me out of money and they trashed my credit score with their MAJOR Trade-in error. What a classless, bully-like act! I already have an attorney on retainer regarding their major errors. AVOID this dealership at all costs, take the trip to the Smithtown Acura dealership, they are so much better! read more

Rallye Acura and, in particular, Chris Wuttke reminded me why Rallye is the best Acura dealership on Long Island. With my lease up in March, I began looking for my next vehicle back in late-October 2014, so that I could compare various vehicles and especially so I could check out the all-new TLX. Chris walked me through the early lease turn-in option so that I could get into my new car early and patiently took me out to test drive both the 4-cylinder and V-6 models. I was seeking a particular color which was not in stock and hard to obtain but he kept tabs on their incoming inventory until one arrived. He also kept in touch with me throughout to see if I had any questions and once the preferred color was in, I quickly went in to seal the deal. After my car was prepped and while I was on my way to take delivery of my car, Chris called to let me know there had been a slight incident with minor damage to the car and he presented me with options on what I could do. This included taking the car I was looking at or selecting another one in a different color. Being that the color I really wanted was hard to come by, I agreed to let them fix the car and closely inspect it to make sure we were pleased with the fix. In the end, the car looked to be in tip-top shape and I have had it for over a week now. At delivery, Christopher Poggioli patiently went over all the features of our car, helped me setup my phone to link with the car, and answered all my questions with the insistence that I get in touch with him if anything else came to mind. The interface is all new and some of the features are a bit different than my 2012 TL so there was lots to wrap my head around. He knew the car very well and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with everything. This, too, on a bitterly cold day when all anyone probably wanted to do was be in the confines of their cozy office. So far, I've loved every minute of driving it. I am pleased with the vehicle and also with Rallye's follow-up after the fact, to be sure I was satisfied with everything leading up to and following the transaction. I will not hesitate to recommend Chris Wuttke and Rallye to anyone in the market for a(nother) vehicle. They are top-notch in every regard and their showroom, too, is head and shoulders above their local competition. Lastly, I can also tell you that our extended family have been Rallye Acura clients since about 2006 and their service department, too, is helpful, fair, and friendly. Lose a star for inconvenient hours. I go in there on a Saturday to pick up a minor part- and guess what? "the Parts department is CLOSED on Saturdays", the girl behind the counter cheerfully told me... WTF? How convenient is that? When might it be open I inquired? Apparently 9-5 daily - which is just peachy except I happen to WORK those same hours. - why thank you VERY much. They are down to two stars and that is more because I happen to love Acura cars, not this dealership. read more

I arrived 10 min early during "slow hours" on a Thursday afternoon. After years of getting letters, I decided to come in for my Power Steering House Recall. Wait time: 1 to 1.5hrs I opted to wait I was greeted outside by a gentleman opening my car door, impressed. Inside there were two gentlemen, one on each side of the counter. Neither called me over. I wandered further in and **** asked how he may help me. He was incredibly cordial. At first I was wary of Rallye's 2 star review but so far this is 4 star service! I walked the floor, checked out the new models. Was approached by helpful non-pushy salespeople. Very Nice Staff! 2 hrs later I was informed my car was being washed. Ok, 30 min longer than estimated but that's to be expected. Still 3 Stars. [5 min later a gentleman behind me who arrived AFTER me was told his car was being washed. 20 min later his car was ready] 40 min later, still waiting... 40 minutes and my car is still being washed. It must look gorgeous right? (there was still bird poop on it and it was still all wet, funny how it couldn't be dried in 40+ min...) Waiting Room: - Nice seating area. - Coffee and Tea machine, chips. If you would like soda, that's $1 for a can at the vending machine... IF it wasn't Out Of Order. It's $0.60 for a snack sized bag of chips. I'm surprised they are trying to make such a huge profit off customers. - WiFi ceased working and Verizon is weak in the area. Wonderful. (see Photo) When I spoke with my Fiancee, who goes to Rallye Lexus, he said Acura sounds "cheap" and "definitely not to Lexus standards", great. Overall: Arrived at Lot 1:30pm. Left the Lot 4:15pm Staff is incredibly kind, inaccurate wait time very inconsiderate. The service was performed and **** was very kind, he offered me a free oil change after he explained he could not help me get a Navigation DVD because my car is too old, dvd would not fit in my car. He did seem genuinely upset that I was not happy with my experience. My only explanation would be I was there for a non-paid service so they gave me lowest priority. Why else would would I have seen 8+ people come and go and I was the last one there waiting? read more

My whole family drives acura's and gets acura's serviced and they did not win my business. Typical problem with today's small minded, short term thinking business people. I came in today to look at the 2023 Integra. Both Jennifer and Johnathan were very courteous. After some talking we couldn't work out a deal, I felt the price for my trade in was a bit low, but they offered msrp on the Integra even without me having to trade in the vehicle. Although we didn't conduct business, I felt they were very sincere and professional throughout. I have had a nightmare experience with the Roslyn dealership. Purchased a "certified" pre-owned MDX 3 months ago-and have nothing but problems. Everything that was promised has been a major screaming match for 3 months to get what was promised- not to mention i paid additional $2000 to have the car certified. Today was the 3rd time i have to have it services at the Smithtown dealer ( which BTW are amazing people). I had to pay more $ ( $120) because the differential fluid was NEVER changed. Terrible, not a good place to shop for a car ,lead you on to something and then they change

I would be very cautious on doing business with these folks. This happened to me today: I'm totally livid and just as pissed off. The lease on my Acura expires on 03/26/21 and I have decided to buy the car outright since not only do I love the car but it also has low mileage so in January I called Acura directly and they told me that all I needed to do is wait until 03/26 and they will take the funds for the purchase of the car right out of my account. Today the salesman from the dealership called me trying to get me to lease another new car and I explained to this idiot that I was buying the car outright. I even when as far as asking him if he was going to make any commission if I paid for the car through the dealership instead of paying Acura direct and he said no so I told him that I was just going to go through Acura instead. Ten minutes later he sends me this text message trying to swindle money from me so I called Acura directly and I reported him and the dealership and Acura is going to investigate the scam. Once he read my text message his boss called me trying to apologize simply because he was the one that told him (the salesman) to tell me this shit. Saw a preowned car online. Spoke to Robin. Drove 45 mins to see this MDX with William. The whole passengers side from back bumper to front bumper was SEVERELY DAMAGED with scratches. This was NEVER disclosed prior to our arrival. I spoke to an auto body shop & was given an estimate to paint half the car. The dealership did take $1000 off. We then realized the bumpers also had to be replaced. Too much work for a $38k car. The manager & dealership could care less. I canceled the deal. I'm so upset & disgusted that this dealerships attitude was nonchalant. SHAME ON RALLYE ACURA!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! read more
