    In February 2020, I picked up my 2020 GLE450 at night in the pouring rain. It was very hard to see the details of the car closely when it was very dark, so the next morning I got a better look at the inside of the car and noticed the leather seat craftsmanship was very bad, not Mercedes quality standards. My family has been Mercedes Benz owners for over 50 years and I know the quality of the leather seats wasn't good at all. In my opinion, the leather seats inside the Hyundai cars were better than what was inside my 2020 GLE450. I made a complaint to my sales guy at Rallye Motors, he assured me I would get new seats replacement for my car. I waited patiently for many months and during the many months I asked about my seats many times, but I always got the factory is not working as quickly because of the Covid-19 Pandemic, I gave my sales guy the benefit of the doubt. As time pass on by and it's already October, Rallye Motors wanted to change the cover on my leather seats instead of getting me two brand new seats, after they had my car for around 2 weeks, the seats don't look any better, it actually looks worse in some areas on both seats. I got tired and feel I wasn't getting anywhere, so I wrote a letter to the CEO of Rallye Motors, and the day she got my letter, the head of the service department called me saying he will order me brand new seats. It's now mid-February, I had the feeling the seats were never ordered like I was told by the head of the service department. For 1 year, Rallye Motors has been lying to me over and over again and constantly giving me the run around making me believe new seats were ordered, but never did they order the new seats. I always thought Rallye Motors were on a different level compared to all the other dealerships, since I did many transactions with Rallye Motors over the course of 15 years. I got many cars at Rallye Motors, BMW X5, Acura MDX, and Mercedes AMG GLC43 I had no issues at all. But everything changed with how they treated me during the past year with my GLE 450. I would tell everyone to stay away from Rallye Motors, I always thought Rallye Motors had high standards and high integrity, but I was wrong. Somehow, Rallye Motors wanted to screw me over on the GLE 450, they treated me like a fool, treated me with no respect at all, constantly lying to my face. Rallye Motors got NO HONOR!! Rallye Motors people would sell their own mothers to make a buck, this how sleazy they are as a dealership. Karma will take care of things for everybody at Rallye Motors.

    Kudos to Rallye Motors. My experience was amazing and exceptional, Robert was being so helpful and patience at all time! You will never find better customer service anywhere. The team are more committed to customer help and satisfaction than literally any other business I know. They are impeccably courteous and efficient. If I could give 6 or 7 stars, I would!!

I settled on 3 stars because I am satisfied with the car I ultimately purchased. I have purchased more than 50 vehicles over the years. I've also sold multiple cars on consignment that were ultimately sold over the Internet, so I know the process. I had never purchased a car over the Internet and, after this experience, I will never do so again. I erroneously assumed that a luxury car dealer with over 15 years in business would have in place a rigorous, detailed, well-documented inspection process before offering a car for sale. Their website boasts "We offer a level of customer service that is unparalleled in the industry". This review can't accurately convey the frustration and follow-up required to get to the finish line on this car. No individual issue taken on its own was important. But cumulatively they added up to a nebulous, tiresome, and frustrating process. I emailed the owner Lance, and sales manager Stu multiple times. The outcome might have been different if either of them replied. So, if you are willing to go through the process, you will probably, like I did, get a decent car at the end of the day, but the process is exhausting.

A pending snowstorm, like everyone else I depend on my car too much! Unfortunately, it's towards the end of the work day and it's an issue I can't avoid. We all have certain family and friends that you have on "speed dial". This is the sentiment I hold for Jamie Nussbaum and his wonderful staff at East Hill Subaru in Roslyn, New York. I made the call and Lisette answered. She immediately understood my issue and responded, " You know there is a snow storm coming. You need to bring your car here and we'll take care of it". Lisette is another example of a true professional that takes great pride in her position. I arrived and was greeted by Service Advisor Justin Peralta. He did the intake and assured me the car would be thoroughly checked out and I would be updated throughout the process. In a short period of time, Lorrie Santiago came to inform me that my car was ready. Lorrie Santiago is always congenial, professional and laser focused on the task at hand. Lorrie's area is highly efficient, the paperwork and fob were all ready to go. Lorrie informed me of what was completed, asked if I had any questions and personally thanked me for bringing my car to East Hills Subaru. Lorrie is very proud of this organization and it shows every time! Integrity begins at the top! Jamie Nussbaum is an extremely professional individual.His affect is always pensive yet gregarious in nature. Jamie's attention to detail is reflected in every aspect of his Service Department. The amount of pressure with work orders, pending projects, emergency customer drop-ins could make this Service Department of "FRENETIC HOT ZONE". However, to the contrary, Jamie's strong but calming presence guides his ship through another day of success for his entire team. Philip Saccio and Justin Peralta are top Service Advisors. I've been most impressed by both of these professionals. These men take their positions most seriously. The initial intakes are thorough, the process is clearly layed out with potential cost and a clear timeline is presented. Philip Saccio and Justin Peralta assure me they are dedicated to success. The man behind the curtain where all the magic happens is Sandro! I call him the "Economist-Master Technician. Sandro always has a smile along with being extremely gifted. His videos that he takes of the work he performs are extremely informative. Sandro will always give suggestions to keep my vehicle at its peak performance. Sandro's economic background is always integrated into his technical practice. It appears Sandro's daily mission is to be the best "Economist-Master Technician" every day. Mission Accomplished Sandro! Finally, I have to acknowledge Jamie Nussbaum again. He always takes a compliment and deflects to include his team. His conversations with me always demonstrates a pride he has of everyone on his team. I understand his pride in working with these great professionals. Our experience began with a most wonderful, honest, and gentlemanly salesman, Tommy Kim, who can be described as nothing less than an absolute gentleman. He was great throughout the entire process ...all the way from purchase to pick up. Additionally, the service provided by both Nick Mignano, Manager, and Chris Volonakis, finance manager clearly surpassed any service we have experienced at any other dealership. As indicated, in addition to the 2025 Rav4 XLE that we had just purchased and picked up, we had previously purchased a 2011 Highlander, a 2013 Rav4 Limited, and a 2020 Rav4 Hybrid. All of our vehicles are regularly serviced at Penn Toyota. Our experience at Penn Toyota throughout the years has indeed made us feel like we are part of the Penn Toyota family. He made the process as smooth as possible. We made 3 visits and drove off with our vehicle. We initially met with another sales agent-- he promised our car would be there on a specific day-- called us to let us know it would be there after 2:30PM. Then called 10 minutes later to inform us the car wasn't even in their warehouse-- but rather still in transit from Mexico and wouldn't be here at the dealership for potentially for a month. It really left a bitter taste in our mouth with that sales agent and the dealership.
