Dave recently solved a nagging but known problem with my son's '15 Infiniti Q40. The car would take on water every time there was a steady rain. My son had taken his car to several mechanics but the problem was never resolved. Apparently the leak was a known problem with Infiniti's sunroof drain system. The outlet would easily get clogged by dirt and falling debris. Rather than simply blowing out the dirt and debris with a water or air hose like the other mechanics my son used, Dave was the only one who thought outside the box and re-ran the sunroof drain lines from both sides of the sun roof and connected the two hoses into one using a T valve and running the one single drainage hose out the car via the AC outlet. Happy to report that it's been 6 or 7 months now and the car which is parked uncovered in my driveway full-time, is now bone dry even after some very heaviest days of rain.
