I saw an AD on Craigslist for a 2010 Honda Crosstour and texted the number that was provided to get more info. Stevie, introduced himself and assured me that if i/we (my partner and I) came to them, that they'd guarantee us a great experience with the right car and the right price. My partner and I went there on Saturday 11/19/16 around 4:00 p.m. When we got there we waited awhile. They have a very nice, decorative, organized and welcoming lobby. They have a coffee, tea, water and snack counter to keep you nourished while you waited. After an hour or so, we were told to go to Anna's Office, who was the manager and another broker. Anna's energy was positive from the beginning. She was extremely knowledgeable about cars, financing, and had incredible insight in taking the best route for our budget. We wanted to buy a car in cash right out but when she heard our long term plans and goal in wanting to invest in a really good vehicle that would last us essentially our lifespan- she advised us in getting a new 2016 nissan (which we told we were interested in a Nissan Altima). She knows of a place that could get us a powertrain/engine lifetime warranty on any brand new Nissan. Let me tell you- no other place will ever ever offer this kind of warranty. After negotiating, revising, reflecting, back and forth with Anna, we decided we wanted to go forward with a 2017 Nissan Rogue. Anna told us that she will find us exactly what we wanted by Monday morning. On Sunday, I texted Anna (though she's off on Sunday), that I've been doing research on the exact Nissan Rogue that we wanted. We told her we wanted a 2017 Nissan all black Nissan Rogue with the family package (includes third row) and premier package (all view camera, navigation, etc). She told us, "I got you, no worries." Long and behold, Monday morning at 11am, we got a phone call from Anna telling us she's been in touch with the dealer and asked if we could go to the Nissan Dealer in Queens (hillside) to check out a few Nissans to know exactly what we wanted. We got there around 2:30 p.m and was greeted by Arnold, a very nice salesman on the floor and. By Igal, an older gentleman that works with Anna. After checking out a few Nissan, we were told that all the Nissan rouge with the family package was sold out :(. We were extremely disappointed. However, Arnold being a great and intuitive sales-rep, took 45-1hr going through the inventory thoroughly one more time and found 1 left!!! We were excited. In a matter of two hours. The car was driven to the dealership from Belmont, inspected, cleaned, serviced, all while Anna was handling paperwork from the bank, car insurance and paperwork with Igal. Anna DID everything. My partner and I literally just sat there while everything was being done between Anna, the bank, Nissan (Igal and Arnold) and car insurance. She was cracking down numbers for us to make sure we were staying within budget. By 6:00pm- my partner and I signed and did all the paperwork that were all done collaboratively with Anna and Nissan- all DMV papers and plates done at Nissan- and we drove away happy. We drove away in 2017 all grey Nissan Rogue with the family package and premier package, with only 10 miles, $135 for full coverage car insurance (yup $135- no error), powertrain lifetime warranty and an additional Lifetime warranty bumper to bump up to 100,000 miles! We love our new car! We can't wait to drive it home to RI for thanksgiving!! I highly recommend this place. We walked in Saturday and left with a car the very next Monday. If the Elite place was open Sunday, we would have probably gotten our Car Sunday! That's how efficient Anna was!! read more

I came here about 2 years ago, to purchase a vehicle, The office was nice and great welcoming staff, I sat down with Anna, and She said she would be able to get me any luxury car with my bad credit. I payed $400 in cash, and she comes back with lousy options. Still open to her recommendations, She said she offers credit repair for $1,200, of course desperate and vulnerable I gave in, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST, for the next two years, I've had to go through countless phonecalls, emails, all ignored. No credit repair was ever done. She stole my money straight up, I'm currently in the process of taking her to court and filing a police report. My boyfriend called to get the price of a car we were interested in. He was told the price was $12,000. He wasted his whole day dealing with them trying to get the car to test drive. Finally, the car shows up after he says that we really just want to buy the car. He pays money to take it to a mechanic for a pre-inspection. Then we sit down and start paper work and we are told the price of the car is actually $16,000 and on top of that there is a $400 fee associated with the work they put into being the "middle man". They are just trying to get people in the door with "mistakes" on quoting lower prices for the cars. Don't waste your time coming here. read more

Beware of these people! Very nice over the phone to get you to come in. I live in upstate new york and saw a car on craigslist I really liked. no price was listed with the car. I called and asked how much the lier over the phone said 10k for a 2010 honda accord with 45k on it. I thought great, explained my credit situation as well as how much down i would be willing to do answer: no worries we can get you approved. (2:50pm)I drive the two hours to the Astoria location arrive 10 minutes before my appointment. i was taken shortly after and 5 minutes in the conversation i noticed the same car i came in for listed on their website for 12,995 i asked why is the price higher she says i can get you the car for 10k. I ended up moving forward giving her my social and waited not 15 like she said but 1 hour to get an update to say i was approved. (3:50pm) After getting the update she took another appointment and said she would be with me in 5 minutes I waited another 45 minutes. this time she said that she is working with the dealer to get the best price i said okay and proceeded to wait again. By 5:30 pm she comes to me and brings me into the room saying that the dealer has the car listed for 14995. that is 5k more than what i was told coming in. in addition to the 5k, she without permission included a bumper to bumper warranty for 2500 in the finance price. I had a pretty good experience with Elite. I am no fan of car dealerships so I figured it was well worth the $399 to have them do all of the financing and negotiating. I was initially going to buy a used car but ended up with a brand new car instead. I would imagine I saved at least five hours or more of bs & hassle. When the financing deal was ready, I went to the dealership and spent about an hour and a half filling out the standard paperwork and drove home with a brand new car. Not too shabby. Dont fall for it, you can go to Northstar Mitsubishi directly to get approved for a car despite of your bad credit. They are a middle man and are on your own if the car has issues. Please dont forget to ask for a car fax, the car they sold me was in a accident and continues to give me issues and I bought it November of 2016. I went there because I accompanied a friend a few months ago who was getting a car there and was impressed with the way that the sales person Anna conducted business. When I returned in need of a new car they didn't disappoint! Anna got all of my information and was straight forward showing me the cars within my price range. She never tried to push anything I couldn't afford. When the financing was done, the manager also set up all the registration and license paper work so I didn't have to go into the DMV! Major plus especially here in New York where the DMV lines are the worst. All in all it was a great experience I even recommended my neighbor David who also came home with a new car a week later. They scam you into buying a vehicle advertising on craigslist with a cellphone number then bait you into dropping a deposit down for a car that does not show on the signing papers. The car purchased was from a whole different company and it was not even in their lot. They tell you that you are covered under warrenty and you are NOT! when asked to fix an issue that the car already came with Ana's response was to talk to the bank we do not own that car anymore. Took 3 months constantly calling about a problem with the car that they guarenteed to fix through warrenty but the problem never got resolved. i would strongly advise anyone NOT to buy here! read more

They advertise on Craigslist with a 718-844-0913 phone number and offer you cars at a "discounted price" and offer to fix your credit. Once you get there they make you pay them 500.00 for nothing. They tell you it's to get wholesale pricing and a better apr but they do not. They take your money and you still get charged 24% and pay more than what it is listed for. They are all scam artists Anna, Stevie, Walter, mike. Do not waste your time or money at this place. You will thank me ! They do not give you any invoices or paperwork for what you are paying. Make sure you don't sign any paperwork if you don't want to take my advice without reading it. Let me start off by saying that my credit is horrible and I have a repo in my credit report. I knew all this before getting involved with Elite Auto Credit. I took a chance. I spoke to Stevie several times on the phone and asked tons of questions. Although no answers can really be given over the phone, Stevie did answer certain questions for me. Stevie told me I was definitely approved for a loan. I was told you either get approved or you don't. I was told there was no set amount of money on approval. I inquired about a certain SUV and was told by Stevie that I could definitely get this SUV with $2000.00 down and my payments would be $180-$220 a month for 72 months and after a year I could trade SUV in for something else if no damage such as cigarette burns. After arriving I immediately met with a manager who told me I got approved for a Sedan for about $14000 (rough estimate) and that my payments would be approximately $480.00 a month unless I can put more money down or get a consigner. I am fully aware and take responsibility for my credit being horrible but I was completely misled by Stevie. I was humiliated. If people could be honest upfront I would have never left Elite in tears. The next night I saw another ad on Craigslist... same concept different phone number and ad stated they fix credit for free. I called the number either answering machine picked up or no answer. Fifteen minutes later they called back. It was Stevie. Different company name and number but same person. Found that very interesting. These people made me feel so humiliated and wasted my time.
