I don't usually do this and I hate to complain because it is such a first world problem, but here it comes. I bought a used Certified pre-owned Lincoln Aviator from Lincoln of Wayne New Jersey on 6/10/25 and have since had two issues, the trim fell off because it was only clipped on with 2 clips instead of 10 and there is something wrong with the sway bar that is causing a very loud squeeky noise and I have to wait for the part. I understand the process but I don't appreciate having to jump through hoops with Lincoln of Wayne to provide me with a rental car for this weekend. I just spend a fair amount of money to have the car I wanted, did my due diligence finding the right one only to have two issues in the past 14 days. Obviously their inspection process is not as thorough as advertised.

Put down a cash deposit of $10,000with Ahmad and John. Deal didn't go thru after them changing interest rate after I left. Drove to Wayne from PA, called an HOUR AND A HALF BEFORE I arrived to pick up my deposit and Ahmad tells me he has nobody to clear the check so I can either wait four hours until his manager comes back or have them mail me a check. The level of incompetence John and Ahmad showed was impeccable and top tier. Told me he'd get back to me by closing time and never did, ended up blocking me cause he's soft. All this back and forth wasted time money and gas. Best part about this dealership is their bathroom.

The online menu sucks. It only shows you a couple things doesn't show you everything so I cannot order anything.

The only real progress was made when I drove an hour and a half to deal with it in person. My temporary tags expired, and I was left driving on expired tags for nearly two weeks with no clear timeline for my registration or permanent tags. At one point, I was even told to just "get a ticket and they would cover it," which is an unacceptable solution to a problem they created. There was also an issue with the car that should have been caught during their "extremely extensive" pre-buy inspection, and getting reimbursed took nearly four times longer than what I was originally told. Dealing with them was frustrating from start to finish. Would not recommend.

Kia Riverdale is hands-down one of the worst dealership experiences I've ever had. From the moment…read moreI walked in, it was clear the staff operates with zero respect for customers and full focus on manipulation and pressure tactics. The sales team was dishonest, evasive, and clearly trained to confuse rather than inform. Pricing changed multiple times, explanations never matched the paperwork, and every question was treated like an inconvenience. Nothing about the process felt transparent -- it felt calculated. Once they realized I wasn't going to be bullied into a bad deal, the attitude flipped completely. I was ignored, brushed off, and treated like my time didn't matter at all. Professionalism disappeared instantly. The finance process was especially bad -- rushed, misleading, and full of red flags. I would not trust this dealership with anything involving contracts, money, or honesty. Avoid Kia Riverdale at all costs. There are plenty of dealerships that don't rely on deception and pressure to make a sale. This place does, and it shows.

Jarred was great to work with and made this a simple and painless process. I took the car to my mechanic; he said the car was in great condition and saw no issues, so that was a relief. The only reason I am not leaving 5 stars as I was disappointed that they only provided me with one key fob. To obtain another one it landed up costing me around $500. When I asked where the other key fob was, I was told none of the cars come with this. Yet I was conveniently handed a business card of someone who could provide one. Kind of felt suspicious to me that they were holding onto the second key fob. Then maybe working with this guy to sell and program that key fob back to customers who just bought a car from them! Not saying this is happening, but I just don't understand after spending all that money, where is the second key fob? The car also had a really odd, shaped plastic front license plate bracket, in that was not the same height as a US spec license plate. I took it off and it was stamped "Nissan" on the back, so it was not for a Renegade, let alone even a Jeep! I had to spend $50 for one to properly fit the bumper and plate. When I picked up the plates, I mentioned this to Genesis. She told me to email her a screenshot of the purchase and would look into reimbursing me for this. I have not received a response yet. Again, minus the key fob and license plate bracket, overall, I am happy with my purchase. I would recommend Enterprise and this location to others and consider buying another car in the future if I am in the market for something else.

Jay promised me numerous times that "Everything is perfect." It was checked & gone over down south before delivery & we checked everything here in NJ." Unfortunately my believing him was a big mistake on my part. Glass roof panels had multiple strips of sap that looked like scratches in the glass, so the truck wasn't cleaned. I got home to find a brake light out. So again, it was not checked. The washers weren't working as the fluid had froze. When they did work the left side wasn't working due to a pinched line. Noise in left front tire rubbing on inner fender, no road test? Few weeks later the sun visor fell out of the roof. My warranty from you was useless as Dover Dodge charged me about $375. Shimmy in wheel began a few months later, cost me $70 for tire rotation as I had to to return again to Sparta Tire for balancing. When I finally took it on the highway a few weeks later the vibration was worse. I returned to Sparta Tire to find out a tire had a belt coming loose causing severe shaking above 60 so it went back to the rear of the truck. I also need to remind you there are two different treads & different manufacturers on the truck. I never in my life after being a Ford mechanic for 17 years has ever heard of mixing tires, therefore I returned to Paul. BTW no one called to tell me my plates were in, I was driving with expired reg. When I stopped in for plates which I put on myself in the parking lot, thank you very much I told Jay about the brake light out. He told me to "Go down the street to an auto store." Now I want the tires to match so I want the bad tire replaced along with the other two that only have 4/32" - 3/32" left so they are worn. I don't think that's unfair - my concern is safety & two different treads are not. I have receipts & documentation for everything. Two tires are 3/32" & treads don't match two other tires. Why would you sell a truck with different treads? Obviously they don't care about safety. I don't think safety or honesty are a concern with Enterprise. I recommend no one to deal with dishonest sales people & never EVER believe them when they tell you all is good & 100%. Videos & pictures to be added. I was supposed to get a call back which of course never happened. Time to contact BBB & Channel 7 News.

I told him upfront I was working with a broker who already secured a strong discount off MSRP--and I specifically told him not to waste my time unless they could truly beat it. He responded saying they could "probably beat it and even give me an extra $1,000 off." This is now the third time in a row they've made that claim. Each time, I send the deal, and each time they come back with excuses and an offer that's actually worse than what I already have--whether from a broker or even another BMW dealership nearby. What made this even more frustrating is the constant push to "come in." It feels like a tactic to reset the conversation rather than provide a real, competitive number. I made it clear I was ready to move forward based on numbers, not a showroom visit. I was genuinely upset with how this was handled and told them I would be leaving a review. Instead of addressing the situation, I was told not to leave one--which says a lot. At this point, I will not be doing business with Paul Miller BMW again--neither sales nor service. I'm a relationship-driven customer, and after multiple purchases, it's clear there's no loyalty here. Every interaction feels like a game. If you're considering them, do yourself a favor and shop other dealerships and brokers first. You'll likely get a better deal--and a much more straightforward experience. Specially if you are a repeat customer! The sad thing is I remember this exact experience from the last time and wasn't even going to reach out to them to purchase this car. I knew I should've went with my original gut..

They lied before I even arrived--promising the battery was charged and tires were good on a used RAV4 Prime I drove 90 minutes to see. Neither was true. During the sale, the used car manager pushed a $3,000 warranty using outright false claims (7 years of maintenance, lower sales tax), lowballed my trade-in by rating it "fair" despite its condition, and when I pushed back on all of it, told me he "hopes to never see my face again." The whole process took 5.5 hours, and the cruise control listed on their website was broken--discovered on my drive home. Their response: "Did you buy the warranty?" The post-sale experience was worse. I requested a registration transfer at purchase. After weeks of being brushed off, they processed it as a brand-new registration instead. When my temporary tag was about to expire because of their delays, their rep J. Perez advised me to just drive on an expired registration. My salesman followed that up in writing offering to cover any ticket--which tells you everything about how seriously they take their own mistakes. When I demanded the plates be overnighted (confirmed verbally and in writing via email), they shipped two-day FedEx to arrive on a weekend during a holiday. Five days, not one. My salesman Rodolfo dodged calls and messages throughout, has since left the dealership, and his manager--who tried to push misleading insurance on me at signing--never followed up as promised. I've been calling their Customer Relations Manager for two weeks. Voicemail every time. The copy-paste reply you'll likely see below this review is exactly that. They asked me for a 5-star review twice before I had the keys. Now you know why.
