One of the most dishonest and unprofessional dealership experiences I've ever had…read more I found a vehicle online that I was prepared to buy and specifically called and texted ahead to confirm it was available. I made an appointment for the next morning at opening and even let them know I was on my way and would arrive within 10 minutes. After driving more than an hour, I walked in and immediately found out the person I had been communicating with wasn't even at the dealership because she "works remotely." I was passed off to another salesperson who casually informed me that the vehicle had been sold. According to them, it sold right before closing the night before. Convenient story. What's even harder to believe is that the vehicle was still sitting on the lot when I arrived, not detailed, not cleaned, and certainly not looking like a vehicle that had just been sold and was awaiting pickup. The whole thing felt like a deliberate bait-and-switch. Get customers excited about an attractively priced vehicle, repeatedly assure them it's available, lure them into the showroom, then suddenly tell them it's gone and start pushing higher-priced alternatives. Not a single vehicle they showed me was remotely comparable in price. At best, this dealership is wildly incompetent and has no idea what's in its inventory. At worst, they're intentionally misleading customers to get them through the door. Either way, the result is the same: they wasted over two hours of my day, burned fuel, and showed absolutely no respect for my time or my business. If you're considering making a special trip to this dealership, don't. There's a good chance the vehicle you're calling about won't magically "sell" until the moment you walk through the door. Save yourself the aggravation and take your business to a dealership that values honesty and treats customers with basic respect.

Place is extremely shady…read more Sold us a car that broke down several times in the first few weeks . Refused to honor 30 day warranty. Lied that they would fix the problem then attempted to say it was "as is" and they wouldn't fix it . Deceptive sales tactics, deceptive contracts, unethical behavior, non existent customer service. Going to have to seek litigation as the car is useless. The lesson is to always do research on used car dealers ahead of time . Reccomend to avoid this place at all costs

Had my timing belt done at Kars 2 years ago, and it broke within 2 years, took it back to Kars told…read moreJimmy a banging noise is coming from the side of the timing belt, Jimmy check it, he said it was a rod that's broke, and I needed another engine. I told him it sound like my timing belt, he insisted it wasn't. He said it should last another 6 months or even a year. 2 weeks later going to work, yelp, it broke, my belt. Stuck on the Parkway. So NJ Parkway tow truck charge me $337.75 to get towed to Honda. I thought Honda was going to say, I needed another engine like Jimmy from Kars said I did. Nope they said it was a failed timing belt. I forgot to say I asked Jimmy should I take it to Honda, he said for what, they can't do anything either but put another engine in it. Why would he lie to me, after being a great customer too? Now I had to pay for another timing belt, oil pump cause it ruined it somehow.$ 1,586.98 later, still mad.

I was almost ready to give up and I tried Kars Automotive and they found the issue and resolved it on my first visit for a fraction of what I spent at the other places. I have learned my lesson and will only be bringing my car back here in the future for any maintenance or work that is needed. What a delight to have a mechanic that listens to you and resolves the issue and does not find other ways to get more money from you. Ten out of ten.
