I told him it sound like my timing belt, he insisted it wasn't. He said it should last another 6 months or even a year. 2 weeks later going to work, yelp, it broke, my belt. Stuck on the Parkway. So NJ Parkway tow truck charge me $337.75 to get towed to Honda. I thought Honda was going to say, I needed another engine like Jimmy from Kars said I did. Nope they said it was a failed timing belt. I forgot to say I asked Jimmy should I take it to Honda, he said for what, they can't do anything either but put another engine in it. Why would he lie to me, after being a great customer too? Now I had to pay for another timing belt, oil pump cause it ruined it somehow.$ 1,586.98 later, still mad.

I was almost ready to give up and I tried Kars Automotive and they found the issue and resolved it on my first visit for a fraction of what I spent at the other places. What a delight to have a mechanic that listens to you and resolves the issue and does not find other ways to get more money from you. Ten out of ten.

He claimed the car could be made "certifiable" for $5,000. It wasn't my first time buying a car, so I walked out right away. We stopped by Route 22 Honda without an appointment and were greeted by Juan David. We asked if they had any 2023 CPO CR-V EX-Ls available. He let us know they only had one on the lot and offered to show it to us. Unfortunately, we didn't like the color combination. He then checked their database and other lots for inventory that matched our preferences. Juan brought over a senior sales manager, Gio, who confirmed they didn't have the year and spec we were looking for anywhere in their system. He suggested considering a new CR-V instead. While we weren't planning to buy new, we appreciated the suggestion and were open to the conversation. What stood out was that neither Gio nor Juan pressured us or tried to push a sale. They were transparent about the out-the-door pricing and gave us a clear breakdown of the costs; no games or endless "let me check with my manager" delays. In the end, we purchased a brand-new 2026 CR-V from them. The price was fair, but more importantly, we were well taken care of. One thing I didn't like, though it's more about the dealership than Juan or Gio, is that they charge a fee for using a credit card. Covering credit card processing fees is part of running a business, and they shouldn't be passing that cost on to customers

This was something new as for most salvage yards whatever is in the yard, that's it, though that could just be the ones I've dealt with in the past. When I had some time I went in person to inquire about it, and the guy, not sure if it was the same one I spoke to before was helpful and even came out to look at my car and help me determine size. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the part but I was given my money back I gave only a few minutes before for deposit. The yard is small from what I could tell, but there was as expected quite a bit of parts strewn about and even some on the inside where you're to go check-in as they seem to discourage directly entering the yard. Due to the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff here I'd recommend calling or dropping by here for some spare parts if you need. It's oddly on a residential street and is on the small side but if they have what you need they may need to order it, it's no matter.

Luis obtained my allocation quickly and kept me well informed during every phase including production and overseas transit. Andrew managed the final delivery at the dealership efficiently and professionally. He completed all necessary paperwork and provided my plates and registration on the same day. The support I received from Luis and Andrew made the entire process straightforward and reliable. I highly recommend both Luis and Andrew at BMW of Bloomfield. Price was very fair ($119 if I recall). The waiting area was great - I'd originally scheduled a ride but with the time estimate of 2-3 hours, I figured I'd wait. Gina was first rate as an advisor: kept things moving, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was out promptly. The service department was pretty slammed so they went over the mark a bit on timing (closer to 4 hours) but I was happy to not have to leave the car, deal with loaners, etc. The walk around and video inspection of the car are a nice touch and informative.

Updating my review after the dealership responded publicly asking me to reach out…read more Unfortunately, the experience has continued to decline. It took multiple calls (nearly 5 attempts) and about 30 minutes on hold just to get in touch with the General Sales Manager. This has been a consistent issue -- no one at the dealership answers the phone or returns calls, which makes resolving anything extremely difficult. When we were finally able to speak with Hussain, the information provided was inconsistent and misleading. We were told that a payoff check had already been sent to Mazda. However, after contacting Mazda Financial Services directly, we were informed that no payoff had been received and no payoff had even been requested until today. We were then given conflicting explanations (including that a check was sent to the "wrong location"), which does not align with what Mazda confirmed. Additionally, there was an attempt to shift responsibility onto the broker involved in the transaction. To be clear, the dealership is ultimately responsible for processing the payoff and completing the transaction correctly. That is the purpose of dealer fees, and this situation is entirely within the dealer's control. At this point, the issue appears to be a combination of poor communication, lack of follow-through, and inaccurate information being shared with customers. Meanwhile, the delay has resulted in a past due account and additional fees -- all of which should have been avoided if this had been handled properly from the start. Extremely disappointing experience overall. Proceed with caution.
