Mind you the manager, Juan Genao, hand-written on the warranty that the engine an transmission would be guaranteed for 30 days. He claimed they fixed the initial problem, however, I picked up the car on February 8, 2024 and once again the check engine came on and this time they refused to fix it or refund my money. I test drove it, it drove a little rough, but I was told it was just because it was sitting for an extended period. The car needed brakes which they were willing to fix in addition to other small cosmetics which were easily fixed....I drove the car home with my new year-long extended and it cut off about a half a mile from the dealer. I drove back to the dealer they added oil and told me to get an oil change from there mechanic on Monday! I went to the dealers mechanic go an oil change and from that point forward that car was in and out of the shop for a month for a bunch of stuff major oil leaking, fuel pump, oil pressure sensor and oil pump malfunction it got to the point I drove the car more to that shop than anywhere else! For the first month, the car was in the shop for 17 days! Once Jan 5, 2020, came United Auto Sale LLC decided that they were unwilling to fix the car anymore! And told me to go through the warranty company "Veterans Warranty" they are not friendly to veterans at all, I served this country with pride and I would never treat people the way they did. Veternas Warranty sent me to a car repair place that held my car for another month. Without doing repairs, Veterans Warranty ordered the repair shop to diagnose the car! Veterans Warranty sent an inspector whose sole purpose was to find a way to deny the claim stating that my trouble was a preexisting problem and it was not covered and I had to pay $700 for a diagnostic done on a 2009 Cadillac Escalade with a damaged engine....If your thinking about buying a car from this place know that you have been warned because they will do the same thing to you! Run as far away from this place as possible! I've have not had a working car since December 10th, 2019, No has contacted me about my down payment of $1,500 no one has apologized about this whole situation. They suck! Ps. I checked their website they have the same car that gave me all those problems for sale again! Don't be the next victim!! This is the name of the dealership don't be the next victim United Auto Sales Used car dealer in Newark, New Jersey Address: 313 Elizabeth Ave, Newark, NJ 07112 Phone: (973) 732-5132

He claimed the car could be made "certifiable" for $5,000. It wasn't my first time buying a car, so I walked out right away. We stopped by Route 22 Honda without an appointment and were greeted by Juan David. We asked if they had any 2023 CPO CR-V EX-Ls available. He let us know they only had one on the lot and offered to show it to us. Unfortunately, we didn't like the color combination. He then checked their database and other lots for inventory that matched our preferences. Juan brought over a senior sales manager, Gio, who confirmed they didn't have the year and spec we were looking for anywhere in their system. He suggested considering a new CR-V instead. While we weren't planning to buy new, we appreciated the suggestion and were open to the conversation. What stood out was that neither Gio nor Juan pressured us or tried to push a sale. They were transparent about the out-the-door pricing and gave us a clear breakdown of the costs; no games or endless "let me check with my manager" delays. In the end, we purchased a brand-new 2026 CR-V from them. The price was fair, but more importantly, we were well taken care of. One thing I didn't like, though it's more about the dealership than Juan or Gio, is that they charge a fee for using a credit card. Covering credit card processing fees is part of running a business, and they shouldn't be passing that cost on to customers

BUYER BEWARE ‼…read more Please see my review on Google and look at these reviews you can find on Cars.com BUYER BEWARE‼ Photos attached‼ I purchased a vehicle from this dealership while living in Colorado and was told it had been fully inspected and only needed tires. That was completely untrue. By the time the car was shipped to me and arrived the day after Christmas, the battery was dead. That seemed minor at first, until I learned they had already installed a new battery before shipping it. I replaced it again, and within a week, a Chrysler dealer had to install yet another one. The issue? A faulty hands-free device causing a constant power drain. The replacement part is unavailable, and now nearly April (!) the car just sits in my garage on a charger. As for "only needing tires"? That's far from reality. The vehicle has severely rusted brakes, control arms, rotors, and more ( PLEASE see photos). To make matters worse, I paid cash and still have not received a signed bill of sale, IT'S ALMOST APRIL. I've requested it at least four times, AND TWICE IN THE PAST TWO DAYS SO I CAN GET IT WHO REGISTERED. I was told by MERO, in December that the paperwork was only for internal use. Now he won't respond and I feel bad that Karly, who is super sweet, has to take my calls THIS is unacceptable, I need a signed copy for my records and the DMV. To date, I've spent nearly $8,000 on what has turned into a non-drivable vehicle, AKA PAPER WEIGHT with missing documentation and undisclosed mechanical issues. Wish I had read the reviews before buying. I've attached one in my photo documentation as well.

Within less than two months it's been nothing but a nightmare. ** BUYER BEWARE**Breakdown #1: Transmission sensor failed a week and a half later. Cost me $2,400, five days in a shop, plus $400 for a rental. Long commutes back and forth to work. **BUYER BEWARE**Breakdown #2: Thought I was back on track, even spent $700 on new tires. A week and a half later the fuel pump failed. Another $1,500 repair, $400 rental, $1,900 gone. **BUYER BEWARE**Breakdown #3: Car overheated. Radiator flush revealed a hole, then another mechanic confirmed blown head gasket--too expensive to fix. **BUYER BEWARE***I don't even have this car two months, and it's already eaten more than $6,000 out of my pocket. My savings are gone. I'm back to work after beating cancer, and this car beat the hell out of me financially. For $10 I should've bought an OBD scanner and known the truth. Instead, Auto Mall 77 sold me a total lemon **THEY KNEW IT** They'll smile at you, but you'll pay for it later. Be very careful buying a car from this place. Be prepared to open your pocket far and wide with the bonafide scam dealership. https://www.77automall.com/
