I saw a car online for a price that I obviously knew I wasn't going to be able to acquire at that number. Usually, scummy dealerships like this will advertise a price lower than the actual value because they charge an insane amount of fees on top, such as a $3.5k PDI, prep, LoJack, etc., which ends up being an extra $5-6k in fees on top of the listing price. Still, I had a fair idea of what the car was actually worth. I was greeted by Bryan, who, by the way, was a very respectful person, and I truly hope he finds a new job where he isn't being used by his scummy management. Anyway, Bryan, the finance manager, and I worked out a WRITTEN, SIGNED DEAL BY BOTH PARTIES at a satisfactory price, and I told them I'd be back in about 48 hours to take possession of the car. Keep in mind, these guys tried to charge me a $2,500 pre-delivery inspection and another $2,500 BS non-finance fee on top of the car's listing price. Moving on to the next day, Bryan keeps texting me asking when I'm coming to pick up the car. When the day comes that I'm ready to pick it up, I ask Bryan for the exact total so I can write a cashier's check. Bryan then uses the tactic where he drags things out for about six hours, saying he needs to talk to his manager and that he'll get back to me. After all that back and forth, Bryan finally tells me they're not going forward with the deal because "the manager" doesn't think the deal is good enough -- KEEP IN MIND THAT THE MANAGER AND I CAME TO A SIGNED AGREEMENT ON A PRICE WE BOTH AGREED ON. So unless you're trying to pay an insane amount in interest through financing, where they'll tack on a ridiculous amount of BS fees, do not go here to purchase your car, no matter how appealing it seems. Everyone running this place is genuine scum of the earth.

I went in on November 15,2013 to see if it was possible to get approved for a car loan on a new car which I did with the help of financial guy jay ! My sales man Rich was great paid close attention to my needs and my ideas as far as color on the car interior color and payments (which jay also did great in coming through with ) I did leave that night with my first brand new car every my new baby gotti 2013 Nissan sentra which I totally love especially because I got it at such a great deal ! I would recommend Nissan to all my friends and family because the service was excellent ! As far as the parts and service department I did order some accessories for my baby like the rear spoiler fog lights all season floor mats etc and the parts department treated me very well I have yet to get service on my sentra but I had gone to Nissan previously for oil changes with my honda accord so I know how they treat their costumer with respect ! They damaged the battery during service and charged one time to remove the car from the garage. They run test they did was showing battery ok. I drop the car without battery issues and they messed it up. Left me almost all day waiting and gave the car running to leave. When arrived home, no battery. Dead! On top of that they charge now 3% credit card fee. It is unacceptable. I had a service of $1.5k and $47.00 card fee when VISA charges per transaction when the real charged fees goes from 7cents to 35 or 60 cents per transaction. I do not return to this place, not recommended. Disappointing.

    with the current wells fargo fraud crisis you would expect the bank to have great customer service…read more unfortunately, the new manager and staff have not got the memo! the manager, danyelle sledge and banker 1 staffer jene irving, are very unprofessional, rude, condescending and disrespectful on the customer service level. i was treated unprofessionally by ms irving as a pmi customer and had security called on me for asking business questions. when i requested to speak with the district manager; the request was ignored THREE TIMES in contempt by the manager ms sledge; who also called security. i kid you not, i am a 58 year old male educator and conduct myself in a professional manner. however, this community does not respect such. calling security to avoid business is pathetic trick to turn the tables; just for asking direct relevant questions they want to avoid. currently, i am communicating with upper district management to resolve this wells fargo fiasco. how they handle problem staff will determine if i close my pmi accounts and move to a more professional bank without a shadow of fraud controversy. i do not take business disrespect in my community lightly in the slightest way! dysfunctional banking must be addressed immediately. *i will update this review asap when they reach a resolution and requested apologies. be aware! Theres a seating area...about five six chairs for people waiting for a certain bank teller...Came here on a Sunday there's a huge parking lot behind wells fargo bank... Asked a few questions took them forever to understand that I was asking And what i needed... There was about two people helping with my issues... They were trying there best to acomendate my every needs...but I wish they were better at there job...hoping for more efficient people...but they came to with blank faces and wasn't so sure what paper work or what the email meant ... It took about thirty five minutes to fill out paper works ...sighhh

    I really wish I could rate this place 0 stars, this is THE WORSE bank ever and the worse branch…read moreever. The wait in here is always long, the tellers are always grouped behind the counter talking instead of assisting customers. the ATMs are hardly ever work, it takes 10 days for a claim on your account with ATM issues. I spent my lunch break in here 3 times in one week and none of my issues have been resolved. I've spoke with the branch manager and all, he was supposed to close my account out because I asked for the account to be closed due to the horrible customer service that I have received from both the branch and online banking support. The employees at this location do no do their jobs (& when they do they do not do them correctly). There was supposed to be a claim submitted on my account on behalf of one of the employees, Melody, and it was never submitted; another employee processed my deposit incorrectly (even though she took my ID and asked me a bunch of questions to verify who I was and my identity), which caused a hold to be placed on the funds I deposited into my account; the branch manager, David, was supposed to close out my account and never did. He was supposed to issue me a check for the balance of my account which was incorrectly deposited by one of the tellers, as well as, assist me with my claim Melody never submitted. He didn't do any of the three things he was supposed to help me with; he also instructed me to contact the manager at the TD location where the ATM had taken my money. My responsibility as a customer should not be to do the leg work for the company, I should be able to trust that TD will handle my money appropriately for me. I bank with Bank of America, as well as, Chase and I have never received this extremely poor quality service from them. So much for America's most convenient bank, there's nothing convenient about it or their service. This week I've closed my bank account and my safe deposit bank, I'm taking my business else where and will be contacting corporate to place my complaint, as well.
