Drove 45 minutes from home to dealership made the deal got back to my home when the oil light came on. following day I got under the car to look for oil leak found that the drain plug was cracked and the oil was everywhere under the car. The oil had never been changed and the engine guard, a very important part, was missing under car. Called Max on Monday he said he would speak to manager and get back to me. Their prices looked amazing -- too good to be true -- but I figured I'd call and verify before jumping to conclusions. Turns out, the car I was looking at would cost $7,000-$8,000 more out the door than the price listed online. That was disappointing, but I was still interested because the vehicle was exactly the variation I wanted. Unfortunately, getting in touch with anyone was a nightmare. Never have I been to a sleazier car dealership. Took a 3 hour train to get there after I got off the phone confirming the price of the car at 22400, get there, place is blasting music and it's like the whole place is run by children. Was stuck at the dealership for 2 hours waiting for them to show me the numbers so I could confirm what I heard on the phone. The classic bait-and-switch operation. They'll list cars below market to get people in. Then when it comes time to discuss taxes and fees they load up the sale with insane dealer's fees. The thing is, the car I looked at was so under-priced per KBB, it was still a decent deal even with a crazy $3000 destination fee (lol). But it leaves a bad taste in your mouth nonetheless. Also, if a dealership is going to add these BS fees, they're only inviting the customer to haggle and argue. Then the sales associates feign shock when you tell them a $900 doc fee or a $2000 "protective coat" isn't happening. Got out under the price we went in willing to pay... but knowing we paid nearly 25-30% of the (admittedly reduced) listing price in dealer fees is just annoying. I'm in the used car business so I'm able to find out certain things . I gave them $1000 to get my out of state registration and plates . And I knew the truck had recalls on it before I bought it . But I took the truck into a ram dealership for the recalls and they told me the vehicle was short 4 quarts of oil . So I could have blown my motor had I not gotten everything checked out . What kind of dealership does that ? Sell you a vehicle without all the liquids atleast topped off . I too was asked to make a statement on the service before I left . I truly wish I hadn't !!! You can never reach anyone at the dealership to talk to . I went the next day to purchase a vehicle and they kept asking me if I was paying cash or financing. I told him I was paying cash after an hour and a half salesman came back to me to tell me that there's a surcharge premium for paying cash. They took me outside to tell me this so that I probably wouldn't make a scene on the sales floor, I didn't even let him finish his sentence and I told him deal is off and I wanted to walk away. He then brought me back inside and put two pieces of paper. The cash deal was an extra $20,000 making the car 75k. The lease was 68,000 so It had another $13,000 of hidden fees Either way this is one of the worst cases of false advertisement. i bought a vehicle in july 2025, the financing took almost three weeks to be completed which i've found very odd considering i've bought multiple cars in the past that i've financed. when all was said and done not only did they tack on over 10,000 dollars in fees on my car loan, i have yet to receive my vehicle registration and new plates. i am currently operating with expired temp tags and the owner will not compensate me for such an inconvenience. i paid 450.00 to get registered and plated which they just took my money and have still never submitted payment to the dmv in pennsylvania. they sold me a vehicle without a title, the nj investigator informed me that they sold me this vehicle with a repossessed title. they took 6,000.00 dollars from me as a down payment put warranties in a contract that i didnt sign for. forged all my paperwork with an copy and paste signature. and now im facing impoundment from the philadelphia police because my vehicle isnt registered through no fault of my own. do not purchase from them. read more

Dealer has a nice selection of used luxury cars at a good price but their business practices and attention to detail leave a lot to be desired. Beware the advertised price. You only get that price on two conditions: you finance with them and you are a returning customer. While I have no doubt that the fine print on the website indicated this, it is still incredibly deceptive. I had secured a car loan though my bank at a good rate. To get me to finance through them, in order to earn the $1,000 discount that was baked into the advertised price, they encouraged me to finance through them and refinance through my bank after making a couple of payments. What they didn't tell me was that the rates for refinancing are much higher than the rates for an original loan.  I'm now stuck with a high interest rate loan that's going to cost me more than the thousand bucks I saved. Beware this gambit. When my right front tire blew out on the highway only one week after purchase, I discovered that my car had four *different* tires and only one was run flat (as needed for a 2021 BMW with no spare tire). When I called to tell Square One what happened, I was informed that my car had "four good tires" when they sold it to me and that was all they were responsible for. I took delivery of my car at night and didn't notice until the next day that the interior of the rear window was covered in glue residue form poorly removed window tinting and there was dried up window tint in the 3rd brake light cavity. A few weeks later, when my wife used the back seat for the first time, we discovered a spill in the passenger seat back pocket that was clearly quite old. Square One did not give this car a thorough inspection and cleaning before delivery. To top it off, when I made an appointment (first thing in the morning) to have these issues cleaned up, I had to wait 2.5 hours because they were "backed up". They clearly had no respect for my time. The sale was made. On to the next sale. Bottom line: buyer beware. The sales staff is very friendly and will make every effort to secure a sale. It is up to you to make sure the car meets your expectations before you sign on the dotted line. read more

My fiancé and I drove almost two hours to this location to purchase a 2020 BMW X1. The asking price was $22,900 all said and done before taxes; they came back with fees coming out of their a$$es, making the grand total of the vehicle almost 40k. No one could explain where those hidden fees came from, not even the manager, himself. He tried throwing all these random numbers at us, trying to convince us those number were accurate. Not only was the finance manager a misogynist (not even making eye contact with me or shaking my hand even though I was the one there buying the vehicle) but everyone at this location is a snake, to say the least. BEWARE: they will tell you the numbers add up - THEY DO NOT. A $22,900 will be $40,000. They bait you in with seemingly good prices and then try to line their pocket. Do a simple comparison WITH ANY finance calculator and see THEY WILL ADD ~$10,000 to line their personal pockets (and say it's going to the lender, BUT IT DOESN'T)! $22,900 with $5,000 cash down = $17,900 financed (before fees). Taxes and fees added up to ~$1,400.... = $24,300. $24,300 + lender's profit was about $31,200. Instead of showing us $31,200 out the door (lifetime loan cost) it was $40,000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
