I used my scanner on the car & found 7 codes, I refused to even test drive the car after & I just left. Sadly thats where the good points end because the manager doesn't seem to know what hes talking about in regard to cars and will try to slap on a ridiculous fee while not explaining why it's there. This place isn't good at all not trustworthy at all , after the car I bought got delivered I couldn't drive for two days when I finally got to drive it up on very first start of car the engine light was on ! Right away I contacted the sales person informing them that there is an issue ! Took to a friend's who is a mechanic and he put the code reader on showed a code that there was a misfire on cylinder one !!first thing was went spent $70 on top of the line spark plugs ,no help , as my mechanic took off the plastic cover over the engine only one screw holding it down ,missing rest of screws . So move to checking the coil packs as my mechanic removes the coil pack the retainer clips that holds the line of just fell to pieces, other could there just missing !! Also at the vacuum pump the bracket only had one screw in it taking a closer look he spotted the hose to the vacuum pump the line/ hose was broke off where it goes into the vacuum pump and broke where hoses connect as well ?!! I've kept them updated but just pretty much get ignored me until I threatened to contact my attorney ! We agreed at their expense to take the car to the dealer and have the codes done , turned out the turbo charger was bad and the cat to fix approx was $6k they took the car back and not sure why gave them a chance to replace the car it took two months they sent me another car not what I wanted but I needed a car to get back and forth to work so that car is ok except for the fact is it's three months later and i still have no registration, no paperwork , no nothing !! I keep getting the run around about where my registration is cause I need to get legal .they charged me for a NJ temp non resident plates but the car was never driven in NJ I had it delivered to my home in pa . I wish I could unwind this whole deal and start over somewhere else , can't get clear answers no how I ask for proof of the registration is in process as they said ,nothing !!! I did drive the car after the temp plates expired because I needed to get to work , again the reason I needed a new car !! Ended up getting pulled over for no inspection followed by no registration so now $300 dollars later I still have no results !!! Do not buy here !! read more

I went in to inquire about a vehicle that this dealer had posted online. When I arrived they say that the vehicle was sold. Ziad proceeded to say they had better vehicles (minivans in particular) in stock. I agreed to view the vans that were in my price range. He showed me a 2019 dodge caravan that was aesthetically pleasing. I test drove it and it had a small vibration when the car was idling. He said it was minor but if I decide to go with this vehicle he would send it to service and o could pick it up the next day. I left an $1000 deposit. The next day came and Ziad told me the car was ready. It was getting late, so Ziad asked was I still picking up on that day. I explained yes because I wanted to use the car that weekend to go to the Poconos with my family. 5 minutes later the big boss Nash calls me and says hey so you the vibration that you felt when test driving, it's still happening. I know your family is going to the Poconos. I don't want you driving up there and getting stuck so we are going to send the vehicle back to service. 8 days later I get a text from Ziad saying my vehicle was ready. I was skeptical however, a couple of days later I went to pick the vehicle and finalized paperwork. Of course I had a million questions to ask, which they seemed to be getting frustrated with and tried playing word semantics with me. They claim that they replaced the engine in the vehicle (another red flag) because I ask for paperwork and how long would the warranty be, they couldn't produce proof and said warranty would be 30 days. Still desperate for a vehicle I went to finish financing paperwork and the tried to sneak in an additional $5000 and and didn't include my $1000 deposit. I refuse to sign. At this point I was through. They ask me to take the car home overnight, sleep on it and if I still did not want to proceed they would refund me my deposit. I took the car home that night around 10pm. The next morning I used the vehicle to pick up my DISABLED clients. Less than twenty minutes into the ride the car started to violently shake and then shut off. I called the shop to let them know, they literally suggested I turn the ignition off and restart it and try to make it back to the car dealership. Once I got back, of they had another vehicle waiting. Claiming it was better, a later model etc. I agreed to test drive it to my meeting because I was already running late due to the inconvenience of the first car breaking down on me in the middle of the street. This car a 2020 Chrysler Voyager had issues too. I told them I didn't want it. I didn't trust them to be honest with repairs. I wasted so much TIME and money (missing meetings and gas etc) . I just wanted to move forward with my refund. After trying to convince me to look at pricier options and I refuse they agreed to refund me. They ask that come back the next day because it was late and nobody was there to do the transaction. I text Ziad what was needed for the refund and he said you gotta come in. Once again wasting my time I went in for him to say they keep getting and error message, something was wrong with my card company. Me being me I called the card company on speaker. The card company refuted all the lies they had to tell and recommended that I dispute the charge. I don't like going to the extremes of disputes and negative reviews. I asked was there something that can be done so that I didn't have to dispute. Ziad said I'll have my refund by the end of the day. Next day still no refund, I call Nash (the bid boss) he was very snarky but again promised I'd receive my refund by the end of the day. Today still no refund, Ziad blocked me (iPhone) and when I called the office they are claiming Nash isn't there so I'm moving forward with the dispute and trying to warm as many people as possible to stay away. To fix this situation, he told me to trade it in and buy a new car so they can fix the problem on their end and make me give them more of my money. I bought a vehicle April 3, 2024, didn't receive it until April 22 2024 there was a problem that had to be fixed they finally got the part and shipped the vehicle to my home. The vehicle had barely enough fuel to make it to the gas station. I looked at the tires totally bald. I get the car back home. The driver side door doesn't lock by this time I knew I made a mistake buying from them i called the following day talk to David Rabbimov he told me he sorry and promised to send me 250 to get the door lock fixed never happened. Less than 50 miles of me driving the vehicle check engine light comes on now. i really pissed they had 3 weeks to get the car right, and they didn't. Called numerous times, and everything lies more. After the sale (your problem not mine attitude and never returned my calls or emails. It is now May 25th, 2024, and nothing so beware of the lies and BS, so I spend over 1200 to correct most of the problems and still don't believe they fixed the problem from the purchase. Both my brother and I look under the hood and there is a bones, as well as chicken inside of the fucking. Just sitting on top of the. At the beginning of our interaction, their customer service was great--service with a smile. Once the sale was made and documents were signed however, it was a completely different story. The sales person Ray/Ravon could not be bothered with me once the sale was made. He moved on to the next customer, even though I had remaining questions (new car buyer). The documents that I needed were not given to me, I waited 3 days for "Nash" the manager to bring it to my home. I then waited an additional month for my title which I was advised could be mailed to me, at the time of the sale. When I called to confirm my address for the title to be mailed, I was then advised that I would have to come in to the dealership to pick it up. Inconsistency. Since it took so long for me to get the title, my temporary registration would soon run out, I asked if I can get an updated temporary license plate with an extended expiration date so that I can avoid possibly getting a fine since I park on the street. I was told (in not so many words) that I would have to take that up with DMV. Lastly, their dealership fee was quite ridiculous, greater than $2,000 which they are sure not to add to the bill of sale. A $10,000 car ended up costing me $12,300. The service was deplorable. This was a very bad experience through and through. Lesson learned. Buyer(s) beware. UPDATE: Today, I got two tickets! Just as I explained would happen. This is such an inconvenience. Now, I hope that I am able to dispute this. Following my initial review, the manager called to address my concerns. In the end, his recommendation was to return the car! I had a terrible experience at this place. Customer service was great, I had a great time with the process of purchasing my car. It's what came after that was the problem. They said they could do a simple thing by putting certain names on the title of the car. This simple request was forgotten about and we didn't even bother trying to get it resolved, even after they promised to do this. The car that I purchased was my dream car and I could unfortunately only find it at this terrible dealership. The car had so many issues that could have SIMPLY been fixed by the dealership. To name a few: missing parts, hole in the windshield washer fluid and no front license plate, which is ILLEGAL in NJ. I asked kindly if they could put on the front license plate for me, in which they responded "no, sorry we can't do that" WHY NOT??? I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars fixing this car over the past several months THAT SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN SOLD IN THIS CONDITION IN THE FIRST PLACE. To be fair, I should have had the car properly inspected before purchasing so I would have known not the make such a mistake, but I urge you to learn from my mistake.
