All this stuff was wrong with the car when we got it, they won't pay for the rapars or even give us our registration

For the safety of your family do not buy from this place. He sold me a car with bad brakes and bad tires. He would not reimburse us for. We could not even get the car inspected. The Gm is Paul. It took him over 2 months to get the car registered. He said his lawyer is better than mine.

it is my first time going there the guys were great very helpful. The gentleman that helped me with his name is Joey . I don't know his last name, but he was a cool guy that did the best. I can got out of there with a nice car. they good guys I will go again, I recommend anybody to go there. Nice prices good cars God bless them.

Regarding GMC ARCADIA 2011. This dealership practices bait and switch tactics. We called yesterday and talked to the salesperson and they said the car was available. We called this morning and he said the car was still available we told him that it would take us an hour to drive down. Just before we left the house we called and he said it was still available and that he will call us if it's sold. Just as we walked through the door and asked about the car he told us that the car just sold and whether or not we would be interested in seeing something else. Total bait and Switch. Do not trust them.

I hope this reach review reaches as many people as possible. I wish I could give a negative rating. They don't even deserve one star. I went in to inquire about a vehicle that this dealer had posted online. When I arrived they say that the vehicle was sold. Ziad proceeded to say they had better vehicles (minivans in particular) in stock. I agreed to view the vans that were in my price range. He showed me a 2019 dodge caravan that was aesthetically pleasing. I test drove it and it had a small vibration when the car was idling. He said it was minor but if I decide to go with this vehicle he would send it to service and o could pick it up the next day. I left an $1000 deposit. The next day came and Ziad told me the car was ready. It was getting late, so Ziad asked was I still picking up on that day. I explained yes because I wanted to use the car that weekend to go to the Poconos with my family. 5 minutes later the big boss Nash calls me and says hey so you the vibration that you felt when test driving, it's still happening. I know your family is going to the Poconos. I don't want you driving up there and getting stuck so we are going to send the vehicle back to service. 8 days later I get a text from Ziad saying my vehicle was ready. I was skeptical however, a couple of days later I went to pick the vehicle and finalized paperwork. Of course I had a million questions to ask, which they seemed to be getting frustrated with and tried playing word semantics with me. They claim that they replaced the engine in the vehicle (another red flag) because I ask for paperwork and how long would the warranty be, they couldn't produce proof and said warranty would be 30 days. Still desperate for a vehicle I went to finish financing paperwork and the tried to sneak in an additional $5000 and and didn't include my $1000 deposit. I refuse to sign. At this point I was through. They ask me to take the car home overnight, sleep on it and if I still did not want to proceed they would refund me my deposit. I took the car home that night around 10pm. The next morning I used the vehicle to pick up my DISABLED clients. Less than twenty minutes into the ride the car started to violently shake and then shut off. I called the shop to let them know, they literally suggested I turn the ignition off and restart it and try to make it back to the car dealership. Once I got back, of they had another vehicle waiting. Claiming it was better, a later model etc. I agreed to test drive it to my meeting because I was already running late due to the inconvenience of the first car breaking down on me in the middle of the street. This car a 2020 Chrysler Voyager had issues too. I told them I didn't want it. I didn't trust them to be honest with repairs. I wasted so much TIME and money (missing meetings and gas etc) . I just wanted to move forward with my refund. After trying to convince me to look at pricier options and I refuse they agreed to refund me. They ask that come back the next day because it was late and nobody was there to do the transaction. I text Ziad what was needed for the refund and he said you gotta come in. Once again wasting my time I went in for him to say they keep getting and error message, something was wrong with my card company. Me being me I called the card company on speaker. The card company refuted all the lies they had to tell and recommended that I dispute the charge. I don't like going to the extremes of disputes and negative reviews. I asked was there something that can be done so that I didn't have to dispute. Ziad said I'll have my refund by the end of the day. Next day still no refund, I call Nash (the bid boss) he was very snarky but again promised I'd receive my refund by the end of the day. Today still no refund, Ziad blocked me (iPhone) and when I called the office they are claiming Nash isn't there so I'm moving forward with the dispute and trying to warm as many people as possible to stay away. I have attached some of the text thread below. UPDATE I received a call after I made this post. Basically, Nash called asking me to remove the review and stated you don't know who you're messing with. I'm shaken by this comment and wanted to document. I added a screenshot of call.

He claimed the car could be made "certifiable" for $5,000. It wasn't my first time buying a car, so I walked out right away. We stopped by Route 22 Honda without an appointment and were greeted by Juan David. We asked if they had any 2023 CPO CR-V EX-Ls available. He let us know they only had one on the lot and offered to show it to us. Unfortunately, we didn't like the color combination. He then checked their database and other lots for inventory that matched our preferences. Juan brought over a senior sales manager, Gio, who confirmed they didn't have the year and spec we were looking for anywhere in their system. He suggested considering a new CR-V instead. While we weren't planning to buy new, we appreciated the suggestion and were open to the conversation. What stood out was that neither Gio nor Juan pressured us or tried to push a sale. They were transparent about the out-the-door pricing and gave us a clear breakdown of the costs; no games or endless "let me check with my manager" delays. In the end, we purchased a brand-new 2026 CR-V from them. The price was fair, but more importantly, we were well taken care of. One thing I didn't like, though it's more about the dealership than Juan or Gio, is that they charge a fee for using a credit card. Covering credit card processing fees is part of running a business, and they shouldn't be passing that cost on to customers

That was completely untrue. By the time the car was shipped to me and arrived the day after Christmas, the battery was dead. That seemed minor at first, until I learned they had already installed a new battery before shipping it. I replaced it again, and within a week, a Chrysler dealer had to install yet another one. The issue? A faulty hands-free device causing a constant power drain. The replacement part is unavailable, and now nearly April (!) the car just sits in my garage on a charger. As for "only needing tires"? That's far from reality. The vehicle has severely rusted brakes, control arms, rotors, and more ( PLEASE see photos). To make matters worse, I paid cash and still have not received a signed bill of sale, IT'S ALMOST APRIL. I've requested it at least four times, AND TWICE IN THE PAST TWO DAYS SO I CAN GET IT WHO REGISTERED. I was told by MERO, in December that the paperwork was only for internal use. Now he won't respond and I feel bad that Karly, who is super sweet, has to take my calls THIS is unacceptable, I need a signed copy for my records and the DMV. To date, I've spent nearly $8,000 on what has turned into a non-drivable vehicle, AKA PAPER WEIGHT with missing documentation and undisclosed mechanical issues. Wish I had read the reviews before buying. I've attached one in my photo documentation as well.
