Similar to the other reviews (which I wish I read before I went there), I was very unhappy with the job that was done. Did the "platinum" package. The entire interior, but more specifically, the horrible job of vacuuming. There was very visible chips still all the floor (the main reason I brought it in). An empty bag of chips was left inside on the floor and there was still dust and other debris on the dash and in the cup holders. I was visibly update when, who I assume the owner, came out to ask if all was OK, apologized and said that it was unacceptable. He then did some 'clean-up himself, but didn't vacuum, just used a compressor to blow around the dust and dirt. The only thing that got sucked up was the $40 I spent. I won't go back there again. I don't see this place surviving when Spark opens down the road on Hamburg. read more

Nice options for car washing, they do a very good job at reasonable prices. They do car detailing as well, but I have not tried that yet.

I just payed $80. for what they called detailing, like new! let me list the things that were not done, under the seats never vacuumed, enough water left in Matt's to allow stray scraps of paper to float in, spatters of some spray left all over front seats, so much polishing stuff left on interior surfaces that they re silk and tacky! I should have known when they were finished in 15 mins! what a rip off. read more

I just got home from getting my car washed. I chose the "silver", so they'd clean the inside as well. The backseat was not vacuumed. Smudges on the windows we're still there. But the worst was, they took the mats out, hosed them off, and tossed them back into the car full of puddles. I just spent 20 minutes trying to get the mats back in place, since they were just thrown in, not put back together, and sticking up all over. My car is currently sitting in the driveway, all the doors open, drying out. This was always my "go-to" car wash... but thats all for me. I'll find another. read more

Came in here and they were able to wash my shelby f150. The greeter was very nice and got me in right away. The owner then said hi and even offered me a cappuccino. I got the platinum wash and was very happy with it. Will definately return read more

Went for a wash early this morning (Silver) and my car was not touched by a vacuum nor were any of the leather seats wiped down. Needless to say I will not be back. Update **** I posted this over a week ago and have still not been contacted by the owner or manager regarding my request for a refund. Poor business practice. Update 2 **** Since I'm unable to respond to the owner's comment, I'll include it here. I had 3 items in my trunk which included a child stroller, one small shovel and empty reusable grocery bags. The backseat was not stained but rather left unwiped whatsoever. The excuses provided are a sorry excuse for bad service. I'm happy to report that Royal Car Wash on route 23 had absolutely no issue cleaning all of this, covered under a $16 Level 2 car wash. read more

Very disappointed! Took car there paid for Gold car wash. Actually mentioned please vacuum well car needs it. The floors were not vacuumed well at all, only used compressed air to blow off the rug mats and NO ONE vacuumed the truck at all. The trunk is mentioned on the description as being vacuumed. Additionally, the interior dashboard and doors were not even wiped down well at all. Take into account also it was not a busy day! read more

I had a totally unexpected but wonderful experience when I stop by Pristine Auto Spa. I was emptying my husband's car asking myself "how am I ever going to get this thing clean" when Tony walked up to me and said "is that all your stuff?" I said "yes it is" and he said, "how about a 15 minute detail?" I said "if you can get it done in 15 minutes go right ahead!" Well he was true to his word and the car turned out beautiful, immaculately clean and considering what it looked like prior that is a miracle. I've been going here two years now and with different cars I can officially say I will no longer becoming here after the monthly wash is up. The way i was treated was very disrespectful and it honestly shows why they have two-three stars I should've known. I came here for a routine cleaning I have a monthly for their platinum cleaning. Honestly every time I went there the inside windshield was never cleaned and they left my mats soaking wet. EVERYTIME. The owner even noticed and made her workers dry them, the one time. LOL. First thing I noticed was something on my windshield but I thought it was either water or like a mark that wasn't cleaned, but it wasn't there before. Next thing I noticed was the car was not properly cleaned and again mats were wet and the inside of the windshield was not cleaned properly. Honestly I'm not one to even do reviews, but this place truly deserves it. I was told to come back to take a look at the windshield. Upon getting there I was ignored by the staff for almost 10 min and eventually walked up to them myself to address the situation. I talked with Tony and he eventually took up a nasty tone, said they weren't responsible, and said I need to speak with the owner. I waited for the owner to come out and she immediately wrote it off as a pebble did, it was probably there before. And I immediately said no it wasn't because it's very noticeable, if you're sitting in the drivers side and look straight at the road it's right in front of your face, it's not something I would miss on one a brand new car and two on a just cleaned car ( I had taken it to be cleaned just two days prior). She then tried to say the car could've been too dirty to notice and that's when I said I had just gotten the car cleaned two days ago and it had just rained yesterday. She started to get loud with me even because I refused to except what she was saying. I pulled in with no crack and pulled out with one and on top of that I didn't even get what I paid for because the car still dirty. The best part is she tried to make it seem like I haven't gone here for a couple years now which was a slap in the face. This place is clearly not appreciative of loyal customers and the revenue we bring. Honestly guys there are other small businesses that do a better job for less don't waste your money or time here I know I won't anymore. read more

Pristine car wash is great And has been my car wash for many many years And have yet had a problem with detail, oil changes and car washes. The workers inside are very inviting and welcoming,asking if there is anything I need and also good to my kids. I do go at least 2 times a year for a detail And also have the monthly so with kids for the amount I pay monthly I can go every day If I want: I've saved over 125$ a month just for the Monthly. I was paying at least 50$ a week going 3xs a week with having twins 7 year old and also being ocd. So that is a huge saving a month. I detail/wash my car but along with mom and dad and my husband and all my friends also I've have sent . They do an amazing job and Tony even tho he is a character he has a good heart and loves what he does and makes sure your wash or detail is perfect when you leave. if you havent been give it a try. This is not what I expect when I spend almost $30 on a car wash. Interior still dirty, wheels still dirty, barely vacuumed, and never received the tire shine. I have had their monthly car wash plan for years. But recently the quality of the service I have been receiving has declined. Recently my windshield was streaked and filthy when I got in my car so I asked them to wipe it again. I was given a rag to wipe my windshield myself. Really ?! I don't pay $40/month to wipe my own windshield. Horrible management. So after a loyal customer of 8 years I have cancelled my monthly plan. I'll find another car wash that provides better service at a much better price. read more

Took car for car wash. Gold service $27.77 after tax. And then a tip. Hood of car still dirty had to get someone to clean off debris. Inside of car had the floor mat laid across back seat w the seats down on top so that one would not even notice if one did not pull up seats to put back in place. Inside minimally vacuumed. Cup holders minimally cleaned and car was not even that dirty. Went out of my way to go here but will not go back. read more

I was recommended to come to this place I had detailed done that cost $80. Tony was friendly, evaluated and suggested I should get the mini detailed and I was assured by Tony the stains would be removed on my front seats. I waited for an hour to get my car done and rushed to get home. As soon as, i got home. I inspected the car. Disappointingly, I wiped down some places and was still dirty. Residue and blotches of wax spray outside of car, side doors, stereo were not wiped and seats were still wet. I called and they suggested I should go back. I stated, I cant come back b/c I have plans. Tony did not suggest to offer for me come back the next day and hung up. Don't rush and try to inspect your car before leaving. My daughters first used car needed a little detail TLC. Was I in for a shock! Tony kept saying "I'll take care of it we don't mess around here" I been coming to Pristine for years for oil changes and car washes but never a full detail. Well I left my daughters first used car we just purchased her that is in good condition but needed to have exterior clay barred, compound and waxed. Interior was in need of shampoo rugs and seat steamed cleaned plus just normal inside detail. Tony went above and beyond. He did full engine detail, restored the headlights to almost brand new condition. But wait!!! There is more. The car had a few small scratches. I could not get the paint. He said "don't worry I got you" He not only went to the Ford dealership and got the paint with his connections, he did all the scratch repairs and then completed the full exterior detail. Tony left the car looking like a brand new car. I was amazed because I never thought that the car could look so new. Tony is a professional and keeps to his word on what he promises and a detail magician to boot! Tony and Pristine Spa are the best around and very fair with reasonable and affordable pricing. I recommend Pristine Auto Spa and service center for all your auto needs. Tony my daughter is so happy with her new car. You really showed how you care about your customers . Thank you! read more

This place does a very poor job of cleaning a vehicle. I stopped here for a car wash based on convenience and was highly disappointed in the overall result. the folks here are nice enough they just do a poor job on the details. My car had dirty wheels with road grime and the tires that had actual dirt on them from getting into a slightly muddy area in upstate New York. The rims came out just a little bit cleaner than they did when they went in on the face but all the inner surfaces were filthy and untouched. The tires came out with the same mud on them after being washed. I can't imagine revisiting. read more

Rather expensive for the Diamond package - you don't expect the inside of the windshield to still be dirty. You also don't expect to drive away and purple cleaner streaks to be all over the car. Also- a suggestion for the owner- don't bring up politics to your customers- it's def not a topic to discuss. read more

From what I hear they've changed owners/management recently, and from what I can tell it's for the better. After my fiance called a couple places around, this was one of the cheaper options for a full detailing. He was so impressed with the quality of service he got, he's been taking his car there ever since and I even started doing so as well. They take their time and do a fantastic job. read more

I am negligent about maintaining the outside and inside of my car with regular car washing, so I made an appt to have my car detailed. The inside was dirty, and most of the outside was covered in a lot of tree sap. Tony at Pristine Auto Spa was able to get my car in really quickly. He had warned me that sap is difficult and that he would do the best he could. When I went back to pick up my car, the inside was spotless, and smelled nice. The outside was shiny and there was NO SAP left any where on the hood or roof. He did an unbelievable job. It was like getting into a brand new car. This detail with Tony was amazing! read more

Update: It is very upsetting that it took writing a one star review to receive a response like this. Where was the customer service when I called initially? I'd like nothing further from your facility and I refuse to change my rating. Perhaps provide better customer service immediately in the future, not just during damage control. Because updating deleted my previous review: Oil change guys put antifreeze where my windshield wiper fluid should have been put and wiper fluid in my antifreeze chamber. This caused my windshield to become extremely oily and impossible to see out of when I went to use my fluid. If I had been driving, I could have certainly gotten into an accident. When I called to ask about this, I was met with "I'll tell the guys" by the manager. No sorry, no offer for rectification. Just, "I'll tell the guys". Crappy customer service. Not to mention, "the guys" working there are clearly not well-trained. In addition to this mishap, they also reset my trip odometer, which doesn't matter... but proceeded to write that my next oil change should be done at 3000 miles than when I brought it in!! This could easily confuse someone who does not know their car as well. All in all, I used to love this place. Not anymore. Too bad. read more

This place is the worst! Do not go there especially if you're a woman because they will try to take every advantage of you that they can if you don't know about cars. My wife went there for a oil change and car wash that we bought on Groupon and instead of just doing the oil change and the car wash like they were supposed to they started taking the car apart, telling her she needed air filters, power steering fluid change, struts, and anything else they could possibly come up with. Instead of doing what they're supposed to do they try to rake you over the coals for things they didn't even ask for permission to do. They kept her there much longer than she had to be there trying to sell her things she didn't need. Being a levelheaded woman she is she did not lose her temper visibly but when she left there she was more than upset. If you look up clip joint in the dictionary they'll probably be a photo of this place. I gave it one star only because they didn't have zero stars on here. Tomorrow I'm taking the car to my mechanic shop have them look it over to make sure that everything was put back properly to avoid things they might have done that would create future problems. Find a more reputable place to do your auto repair work or oil change, because this place will take you to the cleaners if you let them. read more

Response to the Management: Actually, Edgar invited us to Pristine to discuss the matter and asked us to talk in the garage while he wasworking on cars: I explained to the receptionist that would be against your insurance policy. He came out to the reception area and began the conversation in front of your customers and caught himself and invited us into the office. We followed him into the office and after the meeting, walked quietly, through the waiting area. I have it recorded and you can view your tapes to confirm, no scene happened in your establishment. Edgar apologized for the treatment we received and that you would contact me to settle this matter. There were some discrepancies but again, he apologized. The car is not serviced by you, and our mechanic offered you his records and explained to you, that the threads were fine but the plug was missing. You did not post the complete records, 1) our mechanic offered you his records of the Altima's servicing; 2) more importantly, your service records are incomplete because you omitted a few years ago, your mechanics caliprated the breaks. You were very very loud on the phone, insisted you spoke to my wife and I had to explain to you, three times that I am not a lesbian and don't have a wife. At that point, you explained you had me mixed up with a different complaining customer. By continually, interupting me, confusion with other customers and your other businesses and your insults, it was not a productive conversation. You and I conferenced with my mechanic and he explained to you, that mistakes happen and we were only requesting the cost of the inconvience and not the cost of the engine you damaged. He stated, "it wouldn't matter if the car was only worth $5, the plug wasn't properly tightened and caused this problem." I was more than fair, asking only for the rental and low book value. I didn't even ask for the refund of the oil change nor the unauthorized tire rotation and more important, I did not ask for a $2500 engine on an old car. I am entitled to it because you damaged the engine but that is okay, because you obviously, you need the $584 more than I do and I have already purchased a new car. Use this as a teaching moment for your staff and best of luck. read more

What a HUGE disappointment. In short, don't waste your time going to this place. For more information, I explain in detail below. Took my white car for a wash today. I had recently driven back and forth to NC and the front of the car is covered in black bug streaks and possibly tar from the road. No line when I pulled in. I cleaned everything out of the car and unlocked the WeatherTech floor mats so they could be more easily removed and cleaned by the staff. I asked the man at the check-in about having a Silver package wash without air freshener (allergies) and no wax and pointed out the black marks in front. The man told me he could not split packages. A bald-headed guy then appeared from no where and in a very loud voice told me the same thing. I indicated (calmly) that I wanted everything else in the Silver wash and would pay the full price (including the wax and air freshener), but asked they just leave those two items out. I asked why they would apply wax over these marks that needed to be removed. The bald man (no offense intended; this is just how I am identifying him) became more adamant and raised his voice to exclaim there was NO WAY TO SPLIT PACKAGES and IT'S ALL PRE-PROGRAMMED! I repeated my question about waxing over road debris stains on the front and he did not answer me or address this. I told him that I was leaving. As I got back in my car, I stated (again calmly) that I have been coming to this establishment for more than 25 years, and could not believe how things had changed. The bald man ripped off his mask and shouted at me that THAT IS HOW IT IS and ANY OTHER PLACE WILL HAVE THE SAME THING! He was also angrily gesticulating with his arms. I directed him to lower his voice and not shout at me. The man said "YOU'RE THE ONE WHO'S GETTING ALL PANICKY AND LEAVING!" At that point, I stopped addressing him and told the two male employees standing at check-in I was sorry they had to work with this man. So there you have it. I realize now new owners came in during 2016, which explains everything. I will not only never bring my business here again, but will discourage everyone I know from going there, too. read more

I've been coming here for years and have the most expensive monthly plan for suv. While I really like the new owner I must say the quality and consistency I was accustomed to receiving is not there any longer. Side view mirrors not blown out, whole passenger side of car not done, interior cleaning inconsistent & poor, doors other than driver door left open for me to close, rugs in backwards. The detailers look very disorganized at times, even when not being rushed due to volume. I'm still a loyal customer, I hope you take this feedback constructively and put some structure & training in place to get the quality and consistency back! read more

I have been coming here for years, I was happy when the old owner left , great service ... until they decide to be funny about what a full service car cleaning means. You have to pay extra for cup cleaning, extra for vacuuming floors , extra for wiping down the exterior by the trunk , extra extra extra!!!! New management is working hard to improve. After a quick glance, a QC guy told me to check my car out before I leave. My car looked great except for one detail, the most important in my view, the windshield. I didn't see it until a bit later when the sun was shining on it the right way. Looks like it is smeared by a dirty rag. I didn't have the time to go back and get them to fix it. I will go back and give them another chance. Ok, brought my son's car to just have the wipers replaced. My only option on a Sunday I assume. I was very clear that was all I wanted done. They changed the oil anyway. In the end I was only charged for the wipers but, really, I could not have been more clear on what I wanted done. Also, getting your car cleaned is hit and miss.
